Claims (14)

  1. Schreinerei mit verdecktem Flügel, umfassend einen Flügelrahmen, der mit einer Verglasung ausgestattet ist, und einen Blendrahmen, der den Flügelrahmen verdeckt, wobei die Stütze und Querstreben des Flügelrahmens metallisch sind und die Außenseite des Flügelrahmens mit einer Auflagefläche endet, die zur Verglasung parallel ist, wobei die Anordnung der Verglasung auf der Auflagefläche über die Außenseite erfolgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stütze und Querstreben des Flügelrahmens aus Stahl und nur durch Schweißen, ohne zusätzliches Verbindungsteil, zusammengefügt sind, um einen einstückigen Rahmen ohne Schnittlinie nach Aufbringen eines Endanstrichs zu bilden, und dass es einen Blendrahmen aus Aluminium umfasst.
  2. Schreinerei mit verdecktem Flügel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verglasung dicht am Flügelrahmen montiert ist.
  3. Schreinerei mit verdecktem Flügel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Dichtung zwischen dem Flügelrahmen und der Verglasung montiert ist.
  4. Schreinerei mit verdecktem Flügel nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Mittel zur Aufnahme der Last der Verglasung umfasst, sichergestellt durch mindestens einen Aufnahmekeil auf dem Flügelrahmen.
  5. Schreinerei mit verdecktem Flügel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lastaufnahmemittel auf jedem der gegenüberliegenden Winkel des Flügelrahmens zwei Keiltraglaschen umfassen, die miteinander verbunden sind, um sich jeweils entlang von zwei senkrechten Rändern der Verglasung zu erstrecken.
  6. Schreinerei mit verdecktem Flügel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laschen abnehmbar sind.
  7. Schreinerei mit verdecktem Flügel nach einem der Ansprüche 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laschen mindestens einen Montageabschnitt mit dem Flügelrahmen aufweisen, der mit mindestens einer auf diesem ausgebildeten Öffnung zusammenwirkt.
  8. Schreinerei mit verdecktem Flügel nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laschen miteinander mit Hilfe einer Schraube verbunden sind.
  9. Schreinerei mit verdecktem Flügel nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der verdeckte Flügel eine Kappe trägt, die die Verglasung hält.
  10. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schreinereis mit verdecktem Flügel, umfassend einen Flügelrahmen, der mit einer Verglasung ausgestattet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Erhalten von Stützen und Querstreben aus Stahl;
    - Zusammenfügen der Stütze und Querstreben aus Stahl nur durch Schweißen ohne zusätzliches Verbindungsteil, um einen einstückigen Rahmen zu bilden, der nach außen mit einer ebenen und zur Verglasung parallelen Auflagefläche endet;
    - Anstreichen des einstückigen Rahmens, um einen gestrichenen Rahmen ohne Schnittlinie zu erhalten;
    - Anordnen der Verglasung auf der Auflagefläche über die Außenseite;
    - Erhalten eines Blendrahmens aus Aluminium.
  11. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schreinerei mit verdecktem Flügel nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Schritt des Anordnens mindestens eines Keils zur Aufnahme der Last der Verglasung auf dem Flügelrahmen umfasst.
  12. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schreinerei mit verdecktem Flügel nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder die Keile auf Keilträgern montiert sind, umfassend zwei Laschen, die senkrecht zueinander montiert und miteinander durch Schrauben verbunden sind.
  13. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schreinerei mit verdecktem Flügel nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Schritt des Anordnens einer Dichtung zwischen dem Flügelrahmen und der Verglasung umfasst.
  14. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schreinerei mit verdecktem Flügel nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Schritt des Verbindens einer Haltekappe der Verglasung mit dem Flügelrahmen umfasst.
