Die Imprägnierstation 25 enthält eine Imprägnierflüssigkeit 26, die sich in einem in Förderrichtung (Pfeil) schräg anteigenden Imprägnierschneckenförderer 27 und einem vorzugsweise vertikalen Querförderer 28 befindet, der ebenfalls als Schnekkenförderer ausgeführt ist. Im Ausführungsbeispiel sind der Austragsschneckenförderer 5 und der Imprägnierschneckenförderer 27 mit unterschiedlichem Steigungswinkel angeordnet, wobei zweckmäßig die Steigung des Imprägnierschneckenförderers 27 größer ist als die Steigung des Austragsschneckenförderers 5. Der Imprägnierschneckenförderer 27 kann in einem Winkel von etwa 5 bis 60°, vorzugsweise etwa 25° angeordnet sein, wie dies beim vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel angedeutet ist.
Claims (11)
- Einrichtung zum Konditionieren von Schüttgut wie Spänen oder Schnitzeln, insbesondere pflanzlicher Art, wie Holz( hackschnitzeln zur Herstellung von Fasern oder Zellstoff für die Papier- oder Kartonerzeugung bzw. Faserplattenherstellung, mit einem Silo (2), der an verschiedenen Stellen verteilt angeordnete Dampfzuleitungen (15), ein Räumaggregat (4) und eine Austragvorrichtung (5) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dampfzuleitungen als Dampfdüsen (15) ausgeführt und gegen das Schüttgut durch Einbauten (11 bis 14) abgeschirmt sind, die zur Entlastung des Schüttgutes vorgesehen sind, und daß abgeschirmte Dampfdüsen (15) an den Seitenwänden des Silos (2) in verschiedenen Ebenen unterhalb von an der Silowand angeordneten Einbauten (11 bis 13) in Räumen (16) vorgesehen sind, die von schrägen Führungsflächen (10) der Einbauten (11 bis 13) mitbegrenzt sind, wobei die Abwärtsbewegung des Schüttgutes an der Silowandung mittels der Einbauten (11 bis 13) gebremst wird und daher in der Mitte des Silos (2) schneller ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Dampfdüsen (15) am Siloboden (3) vorzugsweise konisch gebohrt und unter der Düsenplatte mit einer Reinigungsöffnung versehen sind und an diesem undioder an der Austragsvorrichtung, vorzugsweise einem Austragschneckenförderer (15) vorgesehen sind. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dampfdüsen (15) sich in Dampfströmungsrichtung konish verjüngende Ausströmlöcher (17) aufweisen. die bevorzugt zu mehreren in einer etwa siebförmigen Platte (18) zusammengefaßt sind. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Innenraum (20) der Dampfdüse (15) zur Reinigung der Ausströmlöcher (17) durch eine mit einem Flansch (21) verschließbare Revisionsöffnung (19) zugänglich ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Revisionsöffnung (19) quer, vorzugsweise rechtwinklig zur Längsachse (24) der Dampfdüse (15) angeordnet ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Austragschneckenförderer (5) mindestens ein, vorzugsweise mehrere Imprägnierschneckenförderer (27) nachgeschaltet sind. die Imprägnierflüssigkeit (26) für das Schüttgut enthalten. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Austragsschnekkenförderer (5) und dem Imprägnierschnekkenförderer (27) ein bevorzugt vertikaler Querförderer (28) angeordnet ist, der mindestens teilweise mit der Imprägnierflüssigkeit (26) gefüllt ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Austragschneckenförderer (5 ) und/oder der Imprägnierschneckenförderer (27) in Förderrichtung schräg ansteigen.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Austragschneckenförderer (5) und der Imprägnierschneckenförderer (27) unterschiedlich steil ansteigen, wobei der Anstieg des Imprägnierschneckenförderers (27) bevorzugt steiler ist als der Anstieg des Austragschneckenförderers (5).
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei bevorzugt parallele Austragschneckenförderer (5) vorgesehen sind, welche unabhängig voneinander betrieben werden können.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einbauten (11 bis 14) verschiedene Formen aufweisen, nämlich etwa trichterförmig, keilförmig, konisch und wendelförmig ausgebildet sind.
