Abstract

Bei einer einteiligen zusammenlegbaren quaderförmigen Transportpalette, bestehend aus Bodenteil (1), vier Seitenwänden (2, 2', 2", 2"') und einem Deckelteil (3) sind jeweils drei Kanten des Boden- und Deckelteils der Palette aufgebordet (5, 6), während jeweils die vierte Kante (7, 8) über zwei Rillungen (9, 9', 10, 10') mit dazwischenliegenden Stegen (12, 12') mit jeweils einer Kante (7, 8) der Seitenwände (2, 2') verbunden ist. Dabei liegen die beiden Rillungen und Stege so einander gegenüber, daß das Bodenteil mit einer Seitenwand (2) und das Deckelteil mit der gegenüberliegenden Seitenwand (2') verbunden ist.

Description

  • Die Neuerung betrifft eine einteilige zusammenlegbare quader­förmige Transportpalette, bestehend aus Bodenteil, vier Seitenwänden und aufstülpbarem Deckelteil.
  • Transportbehälter der oben genannten gattungsmäßigen Art sind in zahlreichen Ausführungen bekannt, beschrieben bei­spielsweise in der US-PS 4 648 034 sowie der EP 0 236 652. Sie bestehen in vielen Fällen aus Karton und sind ohne weite­res zum Transport leichterer oder kleinerer Güter geeignet. Schwerere Güter werden in massiven Paletten, bestehend aus Holz oder Metall verpackt, was einen hohen Aufwand an Ver­packungsgewicht erfordert und den Rücktransport unrationell macht, oder aber die Güter werden in kleineren Einheiten einzeln verpackt und mehrere Kartons auf einer Palette ge­stapelt zum Transport gebracht. Auch dies bedeutet beim Verpacken, Entpacken und eventuellem Rückversand einen hohen Aufwand an Material, Zeit und Kosten.
  • Weitere Nachteile bekannter Verpackungen sind ungünstige Dimensionierung im zusammengelegten Zustand, so daß sie zum Rücktransport beispielsweise nicht auf Euro-Paletten gestapelt werden können oder die Notwendigkeit, Hilfsmittel wie Klebeband zur stabilen Verpackung beziehungsweise zum Transport zu verwenden.
  • Deshalb bestand die Aufgabe, eine Palette der eingangs ge­ nannten Art zu finden, welche nicht die oben genannten Nach­teile aufweist.
  • Neuerungsgemäß wurde die Aufgabe gelöst mit einer zusammen­legbaren Transportpalette mit den im kennzeichnenden Teil des Anspruchs 1 genannten Merkmalen. Weitere Einzelheiten der Neuerung gehen aus den Unteransprüchen, der Beschreibung und den Zeichnungen hervor. Die Neuerung wird nun anhand von Zeichnungen näher erläutert und zwar zeigen
    • Figur 1 bis 3 die Palette im mehr oder weniger zusammenge­legten Zustand
    • Figur 4 die Palette im mehr oder weniger aufgerichteten Zustand.
  • Die neuerungsgemäße Transportpalette (Figur 4) besteht aus Karton und ist zusammengesetzt aus einem rechteckigen Bo­denteil (1) sowie einem Deckelteil (3), welche jeweils an drei Seiten Borde (5, 6) besitzen. Die Seitenwände (2, 2′, 2′′, 2′′′) sind derart mit dem Boden- und Deckelteil ver­bunden, daß die untere Längskante (7) der Seitenwand (2), welche nicht aufgebordet ist, gemäß Figur 3 über einen Steg (12) sowie zwei Rillungen (9, 9′) mit dem Bodenteil verbunden ist und daß die der Seitenwand (2) gegenüberliegende Sei­tenwand (2′) an ihrer Oberkante (8) ebenfalls über einen entsprechenden Steg und Rillungen an dem Deckelteil hängt. Die zwischen den Längsseitenwänden (2 und 2′) liegenden Quer-Seitenwände (2′′, 2′′′) sind über in ihrer Mitte senk­recht angeordnete Rillungen (11, 11′) einklappbar. Die mit dem Bodenteil verbundene Längswand (2) kann an ihrer Oberseite eine aufklappbare Ladeklappe (13) aufweisen.
  • Die Dimensionen des Boden- und Deckelteiles entsprechen vorzugsweise der Euro-Paletten-Norm (80 x 120 cm). Zum Beladen wird das Bodenteil zweckmäßigerweise auf einen Palettenboden (Figur 4), der in den meisten Fällen aus Holz besteht, abge­legt, worauf die Palette aufgefaltet wird, was durch den geschilderten Aufbau außerordentlich leicht durch eine Person handhabbar ist. Die Seitenwände (2˝, 2′′′) bekommen durch die Borde (5) einen Halt nach außen, da sie im aufgebordeten Bodenteil eingestülpt sind. Nach vollständigem Beladen wird die Ladeklappe eingeklappt und der Deckel aufgestülpt.
  • Zum Rücktransport kann die Palette ebenso einfach zusammenge­faltet werden (Figuren 2 bis 4), wobei sie im zusammengefal­teten Zustand eine Dicke einnimmt, die kaum größer als die Summe der Dicken von Bodenteil, Deckelteil sowie dem Vier­fachen der Seitenteile ist (Figur 1). Zweckmäßigerweise werden mehrere der aufeinandergestapelten zusammengefalteten Paletten gemeinsam auf einem Euro-Paletten-Boden transpor­tiert.
  • Die Vorteile, die mit der neuerungsgemäßen Palette erzielt werden, lassen sich wie folgt zusammenfassen:
    - Material-, Volumen- und Gewichtseinsparung beim Transport.
    - Wiederholte Verwendbarkeit gegeben, da die Rücklieferung im geschlossenen Zustand stoßgeschützt erfolgt.
    - Leichtes und zeitgünstiges Ver- und Entpacken ohne Hilfs­mittel.
    - Bessere Lagerhaltung.
    - Rationelle Verwendung beim Transport wegen Euro-Palet­ten-Norm.
  • Wenn die Rillungen (9, 10) in Trennlinien umgewandelt werden, wird aus den Stegen (12, 12′) ein Bord für die jeweils vierte Kante des Boden- beziehungsweise Deckelteils, so daß die Palette auf diese Weise zwei- oder dreiteilig statt einteilig ausgestaltet sein kann. Dabei werden die oben ausgeführten Vorteile erhalten und die Raumform wird nicht verändert.

Claims (4)

1. Einteilige zusammenlegbare quaderförmige Transportpalette, bestehend aus Bodenteil (1), vier Seitenwänden (2, 2′, 2′′, 2′′′) und einem Deckelteil (3), gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale.
- Jeweils drei Kanten des Boden- und Deckelteils der Palette sind aufgebordet (5, 6), während jeweils die vierte Kante (7, 8) über zwei Rillungen (9, 9′, 10, 10′) mit dazwischenliegenden Stegen (12, 12′) mit jeweils einer Kante (7, 8) der Seitenwände (2, 2′) verbunden ist.
- Die beiden Rillungen und Stege liegen so einander gegen­über, daß das Bodenteil mit einer Seitenwand (2) und das Deckelteil mit der gegenüberliegenden Seitenwand (2′) verbunden ist.
- Die beiden anderen nicht direkt mit Boden- und Deckelteil verbundenen Seitenwände (2˝, 2′′′) sind über je eine senkrecht zum Boden- beziehungsweise Deckelteil stehende Rillung (11, 11′), welche symmetrisch zu den Seitenteilen der Seitenwände angeordnet sind, faltbar.
2. Transportpalette nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus Karton besteht und im zusammengefalteten Zustand nicht wesentlich dicker ist als die Summe der Dicken von Bodenteil, Deckelteil und dem Vierfachen der Seitenteile.
3. Transportpalette nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dimensionen des Boden- und Deckel­teils der Euro-Paletten-Norm entsprechen.
4. Palette nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3 dadurch gekennzeich­net, daß statt der Rillungen (9, 10) an dieser Stelle Trennlinien zwischen Seitenteilen und Boden- beziehungs­weise Deckelteil vorgesehen sind, so daß die Palette zwei- beziehungsweise dreiteilig ist.
