Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Türschild für Knauf- oder Drückerbefestigung mit den Merkmalen im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs.
- Übliche Knaufbefestigungen werden häufig zusammen mit einer zentralen Gewindehülse, wie sie in Abbildung 7 mit 12 bezeichnet ist, zur drehbaren Befestigung des zur Schloßbetätigung erforderlichen Vierkantstiftes verwendet. Der Knauf wird dabei genietet (Abbildung 6) oder gleichzeitig mit der Gewindehülse befestigt. Im ersten Fall ist der Knauf nicht umwechselbar oder austauschbar und im zweiten Fall führt eine unzureichende Befestigung aufgrund der gerade möglicherweise nicht vorhandenen passenden Anschraubwerkzeuge oft zu losen Knäufen und Wechselstiften. Außerdem ist die Gewindehülse relativ aufwendig herzustellen. Schließlich ist von Nachteil, daß beim Einsatz von Drückern, wie sich aus der Figur 8 ergibt, ein anders gestaltetes Türschild notwendig ist.
- Aus der AT-B-119 456 ist eine Knaufbefestigung der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs genannten Art bekannt, wobei hier zwei sich diametral gegenüberliegende Bohrungen vorgesehen sind, durch die Schrauben von der Innenseite des Schildes in den Knauf eingedreht werden können, um die Verbindung Knauf/Türschild herzustellen.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Türschild zu schaffen, daß einerseits ein Austauschen von Knäufen ermöglicht, bei dem asymmetrische Knäufe einfach montiert, und zwar rechts oder links oder mittig, werden können und daß darüber hinaus eine stabile und verdrehfeste Befestigung der Knäufe durch Formschluß und Festschrauben mittels Standardschrauben möglich wird. Schließlich soll dieses Türschild sowohl für Drücker als auch für Knäufe verwendbar sein.
- Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe erfindunggemäß mit den Merkmalen im Kennzeichen des Anspruchs.
- Die Erfindung soll anhand der Zeichnungen erläutert werden, wobei die Figur 1 eine perspektivische Darstellung des Türschildes mit einem Knauf bzw. einem Drücker zeigt, Figur 2 die Ausbildung des Durchbruches, Figur 3 bis 5 Anbringung symmetrischer Knäufe und die Figuren 6 bis B Knäufe bzw. Drücker in herkömmlicher Anordnung zeigen.
- Wie sich aus der Abbildung 1 ergibt, weist das Türschild einen Durchbruch auf, dessen mittlerer Teil 4 kreisförmig ist und bei dem diametral gegenüberliegend an diesen kreisförmigen Durchbruch angrenzende Bohrungen 5 vorgesehen sind, die zur Aufnahme von Schrauben 7 dienen, mit denen der Knauf 1 am Tür-schild anschraubbar ist, wobei hier zu den Schrauben 7 gehö-rige Gewinde 6 im Knauf vorgesehen sind. Diesem Durchbruch angepaßt, ist eine Scheibe 3, die aus der Figur 1 ersichtlich ist, wobei diese Scheibe eine mittlere Öffnung aufweist, durch die der Vierkantstift 2 hindurchgesteckt werden kann und gegen Herausziehen durch einen Sicherungsring gesichert ist. Wird diese Scheibe 3 mittels der Schrauben 7 mit dem Türschild bzw. dem Knauf verbunden, so ist eine formschlüssige Verdrehsicherung des Knaufes bei gleichzeitiger Drehbarkeit des Vierkantstiftes gewährleistet. Auf dem Knauf 1 können gegebenenfalls Noppen 8 vorgesehen sein, welche einen Formschluß mit den nicht durch Befestigungsschrauben 7 belegten Bohrungen 5 bilden und außerdem kann der Absatz 9 zur zusätzlichen Orientierung bei der Montage des Knaufes vorgesehen sein.
- Wie sich aus den Figuren 3 bis 5 ergibt, ermöglicht diese Ausbildung des Türschildes in Verbindung mit dem besonders gestalteten Durchbruch bei einem einzigen Türschild eine wahlweise Montage des Knaufes rechts (Abbildung 3), mittig (Abbildung 4) oder links (Abbildung 5) durch den Benutzer, ohne daß in diesem Fall z.B. werksseitige Bevorratung von drei verschiedenen Schilden notwendig ist. Aus der Figur 1 ergibt sich gleichzeitig, daß anstelle des Knaufes auch der Drücker 15 einsetzbar ist, wobei hier eine übliche Drückerführung 14 statt des Knaufes in den Durchbruch 4 eingeschoben wird, so daß hierdurch ein Drückerlager gebildet wird.
- Die Bohrungen 5 sind - wie die Abb. 1 und 2 zeigen - auf einer axialen Teillänge mit einem prößeren Durchmesser 13 ausgeführt, um den Kopf der Schrauben 7 aufzunehmen.
Claims (1)
- Türschild für Knauf- oder Drückerbefestigung mit einem zur Schildaußenseite abgesetzten, kreisförmigen Durchbruch zur Durchführung des mit dem Vierkantstift zu verbindenden Drük-kers und zur Aufnahme der Drückerführung bzw. Befestigung für den Knauf von der Schildinnenseite her, wobei sich jeweils diametral gegen-überliegend, an den Umfang des kreisförmigen Durchbruchs (4) angrenzende Bohrungen (5) im Türschild vorgesehen sind, durch die der Knauf (1) mittels Schrauben (7), die in Gewinde (6) des Knaufes (1) eindrehbar sind, am Türschild befestigbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vier um 90° um den Durchbruch versetzt angeordnete Bohrungen (5) vorgesehen sind und daß in den Durchbruch eine in ihrer Kontur diesem angepaßte Scheibe (3) eingesetzt ist, die Bohrungen für die Schrauben (7) zur Knaufbefestigung aufweist und die eine zentrale Bohrung zur Aufnahme des Gewindes des Vierkantstiftes (2) besitzt und daß der Vierkantstift (2) mit dieser Scheibe (3) gegen axiales Herausziehen gesichert verbunden ist.
