Claims (6)

1. Verfahren zum Verbinden von zuvor bedruckten Blättern zu einem Block durch Pressung des Kopfendes des Blattstapels zwischen den Platten einer Heizpresse, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
- daß die benutzte Unterlage ein Kunstdruckpapier mit einer Mikroporosität ist, die ausreicht, um die klebenden Stoffe der benutzten Druckfarbe an der Oberfläche zurückzuhalten,
- daß zum Druck eine übliche Druckfarbe mit natürlicher Polymerisation an der Luft benutzt wird, und
- daß zwischen den Platten und in dem für die Klebung vorgesehenen Bereich ein Druck von 100.105 bis 250.105 Pa (100 bis 250 daN/cm2) ausgeübt wird.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mikroporosität des benutzten Kunstdruckpapiers, gemessen nach dem Beschmutzungstest im 1.G.T.-Gerät mit der Druckfarbe 3800 Lorilleux, bei der Messung der optischen Dichte der Beschmutzung folgende Werte ergibt:
. nach 15 Sekunden 0,30 bis 0,80
. nach 60 Sekunden 0,10 bis 0,60
3. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß gleichzeitig mehrere aufeinandergelegte Blöcke gepreßt werden, die voneinander durch heizende oder beheizte Zwischenlagen getrennt sind.
4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkzeuge für die Pressung des Klebungsbereichs einander ergänzend geprägt oder geriffelt sind.
5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Preßwerkzeuge mit einem Film von Trennmittel überzogen sind, z.B. einem Mittel auf Silikonbasis.
6. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwischen den Platten und auf den für die Klebung vorgesehenen Bereich ausgeübte Pressung 150.105 bis 250.105 Pa (150 bis 250 daN/cm2) beträgt.
