Claims (4)

  1. Coupleur de lignes en forme de bandes pour des circuits intégrés à haute fréquence, constitué par deux moitiés, qui sont formées par plusieurs voies conductrices en forme de bandes couplées (L₁, L₂, ...), de forme spiralée et a étendent au voisinage immédiat l'une de l'autre, et dans lequel chaque moitié du coupleur est disposée sur un substrat diélectrique (S₁, S₂),
    caractérisé par le fait que les voies conductrices en forme de bandes (L₁,L₂, ...) des deux moitiés du coupleur sont disposées respectivement sur la surface extérieure des deux substrats entièrement métallisés sur l'une de leurs faces, et que les extrémités, situées à l'intérieur de la spirale, des voies conductrices en forme de bandes sont reliées entre elles par l'intermédiaire de contacts traversants ménagés dans les substrats superposés par leurs faces métallisées, de sorte que les extrémités des voies conductrices en forme de bandes d'une moitié du coupleur, dans la succession partant de la voie conductrice en forme de bande extérieure vers la voie conductrice en forme de bande intérieure d'un faisceau de voies conductrices, sont réunies aux extrémités de la voie conductrice en forme de bande de l'autre moitié du coupleur, dans la succession partant de la voie conductrice en forme de bande intérieure vers la voie conductrice en forme de bande extérieure du faisceau correspondant de voies conductrices.
  2. Coupleur de lignes en forme de bandes suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la métallisation de la face métallisée du substrat possède des évidements (16) dans la zone des contacts traversants.
  3. Coupleur de lignes en forme de bandes pour des circuits intégrés à haute fréquence, constitué par deux moitiés formées par plusieurs voies conductrices en forme de bandes couplées (L₅, L₆) de forme spiralée et s'étendent au voisinage immédiat l'une de l'autre, caractérisé par le fait que chaque moitié du coupleur est déposée sur un substrat diélectrique, que les voies conductrices en forme de bandes des deux moitiés du coupleur sont déposées respectivement sur la surface extérieure du substrat entièrement métallisé sur une face, et que les extrémités, situées à l'intérieur de la spirale, des voies conductrices en forme de bandes sont reliées entre elles par l'intermédiaire d'éléments de liaison (19) de telle sorte que les extrémités des voies conductrices en forme de bandes (L₅, L₆) d'une moitié du coupleur sont raccordées, selon la séquence partant de la voie conductrice en forme de bande extérieure vers la voie conductrice en forme de bande intérieure d'un faisceau de voies conductrices, aux extrémités des voies conductrices en forme de bandes (L₇, L₈) de l'autre moitié du coupleur dans la succession partant de la voie conductrice en forme de bande intérieure vers la voie conductrice en forme de bande extérieure du faisceau correspondant de voies conductrices.
  4. Coupleur de lignes en forme de bandes suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que la distance entre les voies conductrices en forme de bandes de faisceaux voisins de voies conductrices est égale à la distance entre les voies conductrices en forme de bandes situées à l'intérieur d'un faisceau de voies conductrices.
