Claims (10)
caractérisé en ce que le produit fritté existant déjà à une taille de grains utilisable est séparé en classes de grains avant d'être utilisé dans le haut fourneau, et uniquement la fraction de grains la plus grossière est traitée.
caractérisé en ce qu'un produit fritté est formé sur la bande d'agglomération par frittage, qui présente dans le test de désagrégation (test d'une granulation normale à la désagrégation dite à faible température) une désagrégation normalement trop élevée pour le haut fourneau, et en ce que le type et la quantité des réactifs contenant du soufre sont mesurés selon la valeur déterminée du comportement à la désagrégation de sorte que le produit fritté, en dépit de la diminution de qualité déterminée, est approprié aux conditions du haut fourneau.
caractérisé en ce que les réactifs contenant du soufre prévus pour le traitement présentent une température de décomposition entre 200 et 600°C.
caractérisé en ce que les réactifs prévus pour le traitement sont utilisés sous forme de solutions contenant du soufre.
caractérisé en ce que les solutions contenant du soufre sont pulvérisées sur le produit fritté.
caractérisé en ce que le traitement est effectué avec une solution de FeSO₄.
caractérisé en ce que le traitement est effectué avec une solution de (NH₄)₂SO₄.
caractérisé en ce que les réactifs contenant du soufre prévus pour le traitement présentent une forme solide.
caractérisé en ce que, pour chaque point de pourcentage de détérioration de RDI, une quantité du produit de traitement est ajoutée, telle que, sur le produit fritté, demeure un résidu correspondant à une teneur en soufre d'au moins 50g/t de produit fritté traité.
