Claims (9)
- Dispositif pour le mélange en continu d'un mortier, notamment d'un mortier d'enduit ou de solin avec de l'eau et pour le pompage du mélange, dispositif comportant un conteneur de mortier (14), un mélangeur (15), un réservoir (10) équipé d'un organe mélangeur (21,23) dans lequel le mélange présente une surface libre (37) à l'air, une pompe (12) agencée axialement par rapport à l'organe mélangeur et un tuyaude transport, caractérisé en ce qu'un cylindre horizontal (1) dans lequel un arbre (21) est équipé de palettes de mélange et de transport (22) est mené par déplacement axial de l'arbre (21) à l'aide d'un arbre (21) dudit organe mélangeur (21, 23) dans ledit réservoir (10) et en ce que, dans ce dernier, la surface du mélange est mise en mouvement par l'organe mélangeur (21,23).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il est assemblable à partir du réservoir (10), de la pompe (12), du conteneur de mortier (19) et du mélangeur (15), ces derniers se présentant comme unités séparées ou d'une pièce.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que le réservoir (10) présente, dans sa partie inférieure, la forme d'un tronçon cylindrique dont l'enveloppe s'étend des deux côtés dans des parois latérales divergentes ver le haut, en ce que ladite partie inférieure se termine aux deux extrémités par des sections circulaires comportant des ouvertures de raccordement (25) pour ledit cylindre (1) équipé de son arbre (21) d'entrainement (8) de l'organe mélangeur (21,23), d'une part, et pour la pompe (21), d'autre part, en ce que des parois frontales (24), de préférence divergentes vers le haut, se raccordent aux ouvertures de raccordement (25) et en ce que l'arbre (21) de l'organe mélangeur, (21,23) équipé de bras mélangeurs (23) s'étend axialement entre les ouvertures de raccordement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que les parois frontales (24) sont repliéesà la partie inférieure vers l'extérieur, vers les ouvertures de raccordement (25) et en ce que la partie repliée forme chaque fois un court passage (38) qui se rétrécit en direction vers les ouvertures de raccordement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4 caractérisé en ce que
l'entrainement de l'organe mélangeur ou l'admission (36) et la pompe (12) sont assemblables au réservoir (10) à l'aide de moyens de serrage (11). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5 caractérisé en ce que
le réservoir (10) est symétrique par rapport à sa section médiane. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5 caractérisé en ce que
l'arbre (21) avec les bras mélangeurs (23) constitue simultanément l'arbre d'entrainement de la pompe (12) et est porté d'une part par l'accouplement à la pompe (12) et d' autre part par accouplement (20) à l'organe d'entrainement (8). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications là 7 caractérisé en ce que
l'arbre (21) agencé dans le cylindre horizontal (1) s'étend en tant qu'arbre (21) de l'organe mélangeur (21,23) aussi dans ledit réservoir (10). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 8 caractérisé en ce que
lesdits bras mélangeurs (23) se présentent simultanément comme palettes de transport (23).
