Claims (8)
- Appareil pour rétreindre l'extrémité d'un tube par déformation plastique à froid et dans lequel il est prévu un outil intérieur (3 à 7), qui détermine le profil intérieur désiré du tube et, sur un corps de support, plusieurs mâchoires (8) disposées extérieurement sur le pourtour de l'outil intérieur (3 à 7), caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu un corps de serrage, qui comporte un corps annulaire (11) et un outil intérieur monté de manière à être centré sur ce corps et agencé sous la forme d'un anneau de butée (6), le corps annulaire (11) possédant des trous borgnes s'ouvrant vers l'intérieur, qui sont utilisés à la manière de cylindres (10) et disposés en étoile et dans lesquels sont insérés des pistons (9) raccordés aux mâchoires (8) et déplaçables radialement vers le centre à l'aide d'un fluide comprimé, tandis que l'anneau de butée (6) comporte des butées individuelles qui sont formées par des têtes de butée (3) possédant des tiges filetées (4), qui sont vissées, d'une manière réglable radialement, dans des taraudages radiaux (5) de l'anneau de butée (6) et possèdent, sur leur extrémité, des moyens (7) pour faire tourner la tige filetée (4).
- Appareil suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'anneau de butée (6) réalisé sous la forme d'un outil intérieur peut être retiré du corps annulaire (11).
- Appareil suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que les surfaces, qui agissent sur l'extrémité du tube, des mâchoires (8) font un angle aigu (α) qui s'ouvre à partir de l'extrémité du tube dans la direction de l'axe de ce dernier.
- Appareil suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que l'angle (α) est inférieur à l'angle de frottement entre la mâchoire (8) et la surface extérieure du tube (1).
- Appareil suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les différents cylindres (10) sont raccordés entre eux au moyen de canaux (14) ménagés dans le corps annulaire (11) et utilisés pour l'envoi du fluide comprimé, et qu'il est prévu au moins un cylindre (10) comportant des moyens de raccordement (15) pour une canalisation flexible (16) aboutissant à un générateur du fluide comprimé.
- Appareil suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les pistons (9) sont équipés d'un ressort de rappel (18).
- Appareil suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'un amplificateur de pression (21) est monté sur un ou plusieurs pistons (9).
- Appareil suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le corps annulaire (11) est monté de façon à pouvoir tourner sur un corps de serrage (2) équipé de vis de blocage (17).
