- closures have securing means which hold the lower part or the cap or the lid in an upper guarantee position with respect to the upper edge of the container neck and can only be brought into a lower position of use after removal of the securing means, the relative movement towards the container neck , cut the same part of this with appropriate, provided means through the membrane closing the container neck or the foil or pierce.
- a second, purely technical problem of such closures with an upper guarantee position and a lower use position is that the film or membrane which seals the container neck is not supported by the closure in the guarantee position. This seriously questions the guarantee of such a seal.
- the pressure under the membrane or film can vary under different conditions. If the closure does not lie on the film or membrane located on the container neck, then the film or membrane cannot be welded onto the container neck, or can only be deficiently, through the closure by means of induction welding. Leakage is then inevitable, even if there is only a slight increase in pressure under the membrane.

- At least two, in the example shown three parallel ribs 111 are molded onto the underside of the pressure surface 108. These ribs 111 lead to an additional stiffening of the pressure surface 108. They run perpendicular to the film hinge 107 up to the edge 109. In the starting position shown in FIG. 5, the ribs 111 protrude approximately to the underside of the flat wall 7. The film or membrane of the sealed bottle neck thus does not touch the ribs 111 in the starting position. At the ends, approximately vertically below the edge 109, claws 112 are present on the ribs 111. The claws perforate the film or membrane lying under them as soon as the pressure surface 108 is pressed.
