Claims (9)

1. Kompakte Schneidmesser-Baugruppe zum Schneiden von Flächenteilen, mit einer Vielzahl von äußeren Hauptmesserabschnitten (3A, 4A, 4B, 4F) und einer Vielzahl von inneren gemeinsamen Messerabschnitten (3B, 3C, 4C, 4D, 4E, 4G), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hauptmesserabschnitte (3A, 4A, 4B, 4F) an benachbarte der gemeinsamen Messerabschnitte (3B, 3C, 4C, 4D, 4E, 4G) angeschweißt sind, um eine einteilige Baugruppe von Schneidmessern zu bilden, welche in sich eine ausreichende mechanische Festigkeit von der Formhaltung her gesehen aufweist, so daß beispielsweise eine Absteifung in Form einer Sperrholzplatte unnötig ist.
2. Baugruppe nach Anspruch 1, bei der, wenn der Winkel, welcher zwischen den benachbarten Hauptmesserabschnitten (3A, 4A, 4B, 4F) definiert ist, die eine Schweißverbindung mit den gemeinsamen Messerabschnitten (3B, 3C, 4C, 4D, 4E, 4F) bilden, kleiner als 90° ist, die benachbarten Hauptmesserabschnitte (3A, 4A, 4B, 4F) durch Biegen einer Schneide aus Stahl gebildet sind und der gemeinsame Messerabschnitt (3B, 3C, 4C, 4D, 4E, 4F) an die Krümmung der Hauptmesserabschnitte (3A, 4A, 4B, 4F) angeschweißt ist.
3. Baugruppe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der die Kante der Messerabschnitte (3A, 4A, 4B, 4F, 3B, 3C, 4C, 4D, 4E, 4G) ein scharfes Profil auf nur einer Seite ihres Querschnitts hat.
4. Baugruppe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der die Kante der Messerabschnitte (3A, 4A, 4B, 4F, 3B, 3C, 4C, 4D, 4E, 4G) ein scharfes Profil in der Mitte ihrer Dicke hat.
5. Baugruppe nach Anspruch 4, bei der der untere Bereich des gemeinsamen Messerabschnitts (3B, 3C, 4C, 4D, 4E, 4F), welcher an die Hauptmesserabschnitte (3A, 4A, 4B, 4F) angeschweißt ist, die gebogen sind, um die Schweißverbindung (W) zu bilden, entfernt ist, bis die Kante des gemeinsamen Messerabschnitts (3B, 3C, 4C, 4D, 4E, 4F) in innige Berührung mit den Kanten der gebogenen Hauptmesserabschnitte (3A, 4A, 4B, 4F) kommt.
6. Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der Hohlstangen (7A, 7B) an die Rückseite der Baugruppe geschweißt sind.
7. Baugruppe nach Anspruch 6, bei der ferner eine weitere Hohlstange (7C), die sich rechtwinklig in bezug auf die Hohlstangen (7A, 7B) erstreckt, an die Rückseite der Baugruppe geschweißt ist.
8. Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei der Magnete (8A, 8B) auf der Rückseite der Baugruppe montiert sind, so daß die Baugruppe durch die magnetische Kraft der Magnete (8A, 8B) an einem Auflagetisch (5) einer Preßmaschine festgehalten werden kann.
9. Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei der die Baugruppe auf einer oberen Platte einer Preßmaschine montiert ist.
