Claims (2)

1. Procédé de profilage de pièces réalisées sous la forme de corps annulaires, notamment de fabrication de jantes en aluminium pour véhicules automobiles, à partir d'une ébauche tubulaire qui est façonnée sans joint de soudure et qui est divisée en pièces annulaires élémentaires dont la largeur correspond à la largeur des corps annulaires, procédé selon lequel la pièce annulaire à traiter est mise en rotation en étant soutenue par son contour périphérique de manière à être suspendue librement et est profilée à l'emplacement d'appui, le profilage étant effectué au moyen de la face extérieure convexe d'un premier outil, intérieur, en forme de corps de révolution, ainsi que de la face intérieure concave d'un second outil, extérieur, en forme de corps de révolution, caractérisé en ce que le profilage est effectué avec la même pression spécifique sur la face intérieure et sur la face extérieure, les rayons de l'outil extérieur et de l'outil intérieur appliqués en même temps sur l'emplacement d'appui, ainsi que de la pièce, étant dans des rapports permettant d'obtenir une pression superficielle identique sur la face intérieure et sur la face extérieure de la pièce, lorsqu'elle est déterminée à l'aide de la formule de Herz:
