Claims (11)

1. Elément de prise pour récipients à boissons, comportant une anse et une section d'agrafage qui présente une forme autant dire de U renversé avec une branche extérieure et une branche intérieure et peut être enfilée sur le rebord supérieur dudit récipient à boissons pourvu d'un bourrelet saillant vers l'extérieur, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de prise présente des éléments faisant ressort (3a, 3b, 10b, 46b) en appui sur la face extérieure du récipient à boissons (2) avec une extrémité libre qui s'avance de manière élastique, partant du bas, sous le bourrelet annulaire (5) après engagement de la section d'agrafage (4, 26, 46) sur le rebord supérieur du récipient à boissons (2).
2. Elément de prise suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments faisant ressort sont formés par deux étriers à effet de ressort (3a) prévus sur la branche extérieure (3) et s'engageant sous le bourrelet annulaire (5).
3. Elément de prise suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments faisant ressort sont formés par une languette à effet de ressort (36) prévue sur la branche extérieure (3c) et s'engageant sous le bourrelet annulaire (5).
4. Elément de prise suivant l'une des revendications 1-3, caractérisé en ce que l'anse (1) est reliée d'un seul tenant et de manière rigide à la zone de flexion de la section d'agrafage (4) en forme de U renversé.
5. Elément de prise selon l'une des revendications 1-4, caractérisé en ce que l'anse (1) présente une extrémité inférieure ouverte, de sorte que les récipients à boissons (2) munis de l'élément de prise peuvent être empilés.

Elément de prise pour récipients à boissons, comportant une anse et une section d'agrafage qui présente une forme autant dire de U renversé avec une branche extérieure et une branche intérieure et peut être enfilée sur le rebord supérieur dudit récipient à boissons pourvu d'un bourrelet saillant vers l'extérieur, caractérisé en ce que la section d'agrafage (46) en forme de U renversé et l'anse (40) sont réalisés d'une seule pièce et affectent autant dire la forme d'un D, en ce que l'anse (10) présente une section (46b) formant la branche verticale du D et s'étendant de bas en haut le long de la face extérieure du récipient à boissons (2), section dont l'extrémité supérieure s'avance sous le bourrelet annulaire (5) sur la face extérieure du récipient à boissons (2), en ce que la section d'agrafage (46) est mise de manière élastique en prétension par l'anse (40) en direction de l'extrémité supérieure de la branche verticale (46b), et en ce que la section d'agrafage en forme de U renversé s'étend à la fois par-dessus le bourrelet annulaire et par-dessus l'extrémité supérieure de la section verticale (46b).
8. Elément de prise suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'anse (1, 10, 40) et la section d'agrafage (4, 26, 46) sont réalisées d'un seul tenant en matière plastique.
9. Elément de prise suivant l'une des revendications 1-7, caractérisé en ce que l'anse (1, 10, 40) et la section d'agrafage (4, 26, 46) sont réalisées d'un seul tenant en métal élastique à effet de ressort.
10. Elément de prise suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le récipient à boissons (2) est un gobelet en carton.
11. Elément de prise suivant l'une des revendications 1-9, caractérisé en ce que le récipient à boissons (2) est un gobelet en plastique.
