Claims (6)

1. Procédé pour améliorer le rendement de meulage des outils de meulage et de pierrage à liant céramique ou plastique par l'utilisation de savons métalliques dans les porosités des outils de meulage et de pierrage, en particulier de sels de l'acide stéarique avec des métaux mono- ou polyvalents, caractérisé en ce que le savon métallique est formé à l'intérieur des porosités à partir d'un mélange réactionnel exempt de savons métalliques constitué d'acide gras ou d'un composé d'hydroxyde-acide gras ou d'un savon d'ammonium de la formule générale (CnH2n+1-COOH) avec n 211 et d'un composé métallique sélectionné dans le groupe des oxydes ou hydroxydes ou carbonates, en liquéfiant le mélange réactionnel par échauffement et en l'introduisant sous vide dans les porosités, après quoi la réaction pour la formation du savon métallique se déroule avec apport de chaleur supplémentaire, suivie de l'expulsion des produits de réaction secondaires.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le composé métallique est de l'hydroxyde de sodium et qu'un échauffement au-delà de 71°C provoque dans les porosités la formation de stéarate de sodium et d'eau selon la formule de réaction suivante:

3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mélange réactionnel est constitué d'un bain de stéarate d'ammonium et de la quantité stoechiométrique de l'oxyde métallique ou de l'hydroxyde métallique.
4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'hydroxyde métallique est du LiOH, ce qui conduit à la réaction suivante:

5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le composé métallique est sélectionné dans le groupe des oxydes, hydroxydes ou carbonates des métaux des premiers et deuxième groupes principaux et respectivement secondaires de la classification périodique des éléments.
6. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mélange réactionnel est constitué d'acide stéarique ou d'acide hydroxystéarique ou de stéarate d'ammonium et d'un composé métallique.
