Claims (2)
- 立方晶窒化ホウ素粒またはダイヤモンド粒からなる超砥粒と骨材とが、ビトリファイドボンド中に含有されたビトリファイドボンド砥石において、
前記骨材は、多孔質セラミックスと、該多孔質セラミックスの孔を塞ぐ物質とからなり、
該物質は、前記多孔質セラミックスより脆く、かつ前記ビトリファイドボンドの焼成温度によって消失しない物性を有することを特徴とするビトリファイドボンド砥石。 - 請求項1において、前記物質を、前記多孔質セラミックスの孔内に充填することにより、前記多孔質セラミックスの孔を塞ぐようにしたビトリファイドボンド砥石。
