Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Befestigen von Umleimern an den Kanten von Bauplatten aus mineralischem Material, insbesondere aus Fasergips.
- Für besondere Anwendungszwecke im Innenausbau, wie z.B. für den Bau von Trennwand- und Schrankwandsystemen, sowie Doppelbodenplatten werden u.a. auch Bauplatten aus mineralischem Material, z.B. Gipsfaserplatten eingesetzt.
- Es ist bekannt die Kanten von solchen Bauplatten. ähnlich wie die von Holzspanplatten durch Umleimer, die mit oder ohne Falz angeleimt werden, zu schützen. Nachteilig ist die Haftung dieser Umleimer auf den Kanten der Bauplatten, da der Klebstoff nicht ausreichend tief in das mineralische Material eindringen kann, damit eine zufriedenstellende Verbindung zustandekommt.
- Nach DE-C 35 18 054 ist ein Verfahren zum Abbau und Verhinderung von Abrissen von mit Kunststoffkanten versehenen, quellbaren Werkstoffplatten im Verbundbereich Kunststoff/Werkstoff bekannt, bei dem an der Verbundstelle der quellende Bereich in der Werkstoffplatte in seiner Quellmasse durch ausreichende Materialentfernung oder Auflockerung verringert und durch nichtquellende Kunststoffmasse vollständig oder teilweise ersetzt wird.
- Es ist ferner bekannt, den Umleimer mit einem Preßsteg und die Kanten der Bauplatten mit einer Nut zu versehen.
- Nachteilig bei dieser Methode ist, daß diese Art von Umleimer in der Regel auf den gebräuchlichen Kantenanleimerschienen nicht verarbeitet werden können. Außerdem stellen solche Umleimer Sonderausführungen dar, die jeweils der Farbe des Flächendekors angepaßt werden müssen.
- Die Aufgabe zur vorliegenden Erfindung besteht demnach darin, ein Verfahren zu schaffen, mit dem die Umleimer auf einfache Art mit verbesserter Abrißfestigkeit an die Bauplatten angeleimt werden können.
- Die Aufgabe wird durch ein Verfahren gelöst, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß man die Kante der Bauplatte mit mindestens einer Nut versieht, die Nut mit Schmelzkleber verfüllt, auf die Kante Kleber in üblicher Weise aufbringt und einen preßstegfreien Umleimer daran anpreßt.
- In einer Ausgestaltung kann die Kante mit Nuten versehen sein, die schräg zur Bauplattenebene angeordnet sind. Bei Verwendung eines Schmelzklebers muß dieser vor Anpressen des Umleimers durch Erhitzen reaktiviert werden.
- Mit der Erfindung wird erreicht, daß der Umleimer über den in der Nut befindlichen Kleber mit der Bauplatte eine formschlüssige Verbindung eingeht.
- Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand von lediglich einen Ausführungsweg darstellenden Zeichnungen näher erläutert.
