Claims (6)

1. Eine rahmenartige Dichtung aus Elastomermaterial, insbesondere für Backofentüren, bestehend aus einem röhrenförmigen Profil (1) mit länglichem Innenhohlraum (2) und mit einem durchgehenden, nach vorn überstehenden Umfangsflansch (4), ggf. mit nur einem Stumpfstoß, sowie Metall-Kupplungseinsätzen (5, 6, 8) für das durch Dehnung bewirkte Einsetzen in zugehörige Löcher (12) an der Stoßfläche (14) aus Blech, wobei die genannten Kupplungseinsätze auf der Innenseite des röhrenförmigen Profils (1) liegen, von wo aus sie nach außen überstehen, teilweise durch Schlitze oder Löcher (11) mit vorspringenden Abschnitten (9, 9′), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Schlitze (11) durch Materialabtrag am hinteren Teil des Profils (1) hergestellt werden und daß ihre Größe in einer orthogonal zur Längsachse des röhrenförmigen Profils (1) verlaufenden Ebene größer ist als die entsprechende Größe des vorspringenden Abschnitts (9, 9′) des darin befindlichen Metalleinsatzes, wodurch wenigstens eine Kante des genannten Schlitzes (11) keinen Kontakt zum genannten vorspringenden Abschnitt hat.
2. Eine Dichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die genannten Metalleinsätze (5, 6) über Kupplungshaken (9) verfügen, die von den genannten Schlitzen (11) in Nähe der Eckzonen des genannten Rahmens zur Einpassung in Löcher (12) der Blechfläche (14) vorspringen und von radiusförmiger L-Form sind.
3. Eine Dichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die genannten L-förmigen Einsätze (6) zwei Schenkel von unterschiedlicher Länge aufweisen, die im Verhältnis zum Kupplungshaken (9) asymmetrisch sind, um ein Eingreifen in den Eckbereichen zu ermöglichen, in deren Nähe sich ein Stumpfstoß befindet, während der längere Schenkel des genannten Einsatzes (6) sich längs der Anschlußseite erstreckt.

Eine Dichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, wobei die genannten Metallkupplungseinsätze (8), die zwischen denjenigen (5, 6) in den Eckbereichen zur Befestigung in einer lotrecht zur Stoßfläche (14) verlaufenden Richtung eingefügt sind, aus einer länglichen Metallplatte und vorspringenden elastischen Zacken (9′) bestehen, die in die genannten Löcher (13) eingesetzt werden müssen.

Eine Dichtung nach Anspruch 1, bestehend aus nur drei Seiten des Profils (1) ohne Stumpfstoß, wobei jedes der beiden freien Enden des genannten Profils mit Hilfe zusätzlicher Kupplungseinsätze (7) an der Stoßfläche (14) befestigt ist, die in Längsrichtung von der Innenseite (2) des röhrenförmigen Profils (1) vorspringen und mit in Längsrichtung verlaufenden umgebogenen Haken (9a) versehen sind.
6. Eine Dichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Rückseite des Profils (1), die dem genannten vorspringenden Umfangsflansch (4) gegenüberliegt, zwei parallel verlaufende Längsrippen (3) besitzt, die seitlich einen Profilstreifen (1) begrenzen, worin die genannten Schlitze (11) ausgebildet sind.
