Claims (6)

1. Joint en forme de cadre en matériau élastomère, particulièrement destiné à des portes de four de cuisson, formé d'un profilé tubulaire (1) comportant une cavité longitudinale intérieure (2) et ayant une bride périphérique continue (4), faisant saillie à l'avant, avec un seul joint en bout, au plus, et des encarts métalliques d'accouplement (5, 6, 8) disposés pour venir s'engager sous étirement dans des orifices associés (12, 13) d'une surface de butée (14) de la tôle d'acier, lesdits encarts d'accouplement étant placés à l'intérieur du profilé tubulaire (1) dont ils font saillie vers l'extérieur, partiellement à travers des fentes ou orifices (11) avec des parties en saillie (9, 9′), caractérisé par le fait que lesdites fentes (11) sont obtenues en retirant le matériau dans la partie arrière du profilé (1) et par le fait que leur dimension dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal du profilé tubulaire (1) est plus grande que la dimension correspondante de la partie en saillie (9, 9′) de l'encart métallique contenu, de sorte qu'au moins un bord de ladite fente (11) n'est pas en contact avec ladite partie en saillie.
2. Joint selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits encarts métalliques (5, 6) comportent des crochets d'accouplement (9) faisant saillie desdits fentes (11) à proximité des zones des angles dudit cadre afin de pénétrer dans des orifices (12) de la surface de la tôle d'acier (14), et en ce qu'ils ont la forme d'un grand L arrondi.
3. Joint selon la revendication 2, dans lequel lesdits encarts en forme de L (6) comprennent deux pattes de longueurs différentes, dissymétriques par rapport au crochet d'accouplement (9) pour venir en prise dans les régions des angles au voisinage desquelles un joint en butée est prévu, la patte la plus longue dudit encart (6) se trouvant le long du côté de la jonction.

Joint selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, dans lequel lesdits encarts métalliques d'accouplement (8) intercalés entre ceux (5, 6) des zones des angles pour fixation dans une direction perpendiculaire à la surface de butée (14) sont constitués d'une plaque métallique allongée et d'ergots élastiques en saillie (9′) destinés à pénétrer à l'intérieur desdits orifices (13).
5. Joint selon la revendication 1, formé de trois côtés seulement d'un profilé (1) sans aucun joint en bout, dans lequel chaque zone des deux extrémités libres dudit profilé est fixée à la surface de butée (14) grâce à des encarts d'accouplement supplémentaires (7) faisant saillie longitudinalement de l'intérieur (2) du profilé tubulaire (1) et portant des languettes crochues (9a) orientées longitudinalement.
6. Joint selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la face arrière du profilé (1) opposée à ladite bride périphérique en saillie (4) porte deux nervures parallèles longitudinales (3) définissant latéralement une bande du profilé (1) dans laquelle lesdites fentes (11) sont pratiquées.
