Claims (8)
- Eine speziell für Backöfen bestimmte Dichtung aus Elastomer, die zwischen einen vorderen Rahmen des Ofens und eine entsprechende Tür eingesetzt wird, wobei diese Dichtung einen durchgehenden Streifen (1) umfaßt, der mit Metalleinsätzen (2, 2') versehen ist, die Haken (21, 21') aufweisen, welche in an der Ofenstruktur befindliche Bohrungen eingreifen, wobei die genannten Metalleinsätze (2) in einen röhrenförmigen Hohlraum (3) des besagten durchgehenden Streifens (1) eingesetzt werden, und zwar durch die entsprechenden, in einer flachen Wand (4) befindlichen Öffnungen (30), wodurch der besagte röhrenförmige Hohlraum (3) an einer Seite gebildet wird und wobei jede der genannten Öffnungen (30) aus einem durchgehenden Schnitt besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser durchgehende Schnitt einen Zwischenabschnitt (31) aufweist, der sich im wesentlichen in Längsrichtung zum Streifen (1) erstreckt, sowie zwei Endabschnitte (32) mit einem gekrümmten Umriß, der sich über einen 90° überschreitenden Winkel erstreckt und eine Materiallasche (33) bildet, die an der Dichtscheibe haftet und die besagte Öffnung (30) während der Verwendung geschlossen hält.
- Eine Dichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagten Endabschnitte (32) sich über einen 180° überschreitenden Winkel erstrecken.
- Eine Dichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekenzeichnet, daß die besagten Endabschnitte (32) mit gekrümmtem Umriß Kreisbögen sind.
- Eine Dichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte Zwischenabschnitt (31) der Öffnung (30) einen gewölbten Umriß aufweist.
- Eine Dichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der besagte Zwischenabschnitt (31) der Öffnung (30) mit einem gewölbten Umriß eine Einbuchtung aufweist, die der Richtung gegenüberliegt, in die der durchgehende Streifen (1) sich biegt, um eine Dichtung (10, 100) zu bilden.
- Eine Dichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die besagten Metalleinsätze (2) eine Basis (20) mit einem gekrümmten Profil aufweisen und an den Ecken der genannten Dichtung (10, 100) angeordnet werden können.
- Eine Dichtung nach einem beliebigen der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche von 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Metalleinsätze (2) eine gerade Basis aufweisen und an Zwischenstellen an den Seiten der Dichtung (10, 100) entlang angeordnet werden können.
- Eine Dichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die genannten Metalleinsätze (2') ausgehend von den beiden Enden des genannten durchgehenden Streifens (1) eingesetzt werden, der gebogen ist, um eine an drei Seiten offene Dichtung (100) zu bilden.
