Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif pour nettoyer les surfaces de joint étanche des châssis à trou de repalage, sur les portes de fours à coke à chambre horizontale, dans lequel un outil de nettoyage actionné mécaniquement peut être poussé, après l'ouverture de la porte de repalage correspondante, contre la surface de joint étanche du châssis à trou de repalage qu'il s'agit de nettoyer,
    caractérisé par le fait que l'outil de nettoyage, constitué par une seule lame, une racle ou équivalent (12), est reliée à un chariot (11) dont les galets de roulement (10) sont guidés dans des rails (9), les rails étant fixés à l'extrémité côté four du sas de repalage (14) porté par la défourneuse (7) et pouvant se placer en position de travail conjointement avec ce sas, et par le fait que le chariot (11) est relié à un dispositif d'actionnement (15) dont la course de travail est calculée de manière que l'outil de nettoyage balaye la totalité de la surface de joint étanche (6) du châssis à trou de repalage (5) et dégage l'ouverture de repalage (2) avant et après l'opération de nettoyage.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait que l'outil de nettoyage (12) est monté élastiquement sur le chariot (11).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu, comme dispositif d'actionnement pour le chariot (11) un vérin hydraulique (15) dont la course peut être transmise au chariot (11) par l'intermédiaire de leviers coudés (19) et de bielles (20).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait que la course de travail du dispositif d'actionnement (par exemple 15) et, par conséquent, celle de l'outil de nettoyage (12) peuvent être réglées à l'aide de cales en tôle (21, 22).
