Claims (11)

1. Plieuse comportant en entrée un premier dispositif de pliage longitudinal (2), de préférence sous la forme d'un entonnoir de pliage, et au moins un dispositif de pliage transversal .(15) comportant un cylindre collecteur (19) pourvu de lames de pliage (18) et de preneurs (16) et précédé d'un dispositif de coupe transversale (7) raccordé à une section d'accélération (14), le cylindre collecteur coopérant avec au moins un cylindre de pliage (23) qui est muni de boîtes de pliage (22) correspondant auxdites lames (18) et qui est suivi d'au moins un dispositif de dépôt, de préférence à pli transversal (31), ainsi que d'un second dispositif de pliage longitudinal (29) associé à un dispositif de dépôt à pli longitudinal (30), caractérisée en ce que le cylindre collecteur (19), comprenant deux porte-outils (24 et 25) pourvus de plusieurs bras et réglables en position mutuelle, comporte deux jeux de preneurs (16 et 17), les preneurs (17) d'un premier jeu étant montés, chacun à côté d'une lame de pliage (18), sur le porte-outils (24) correspondant à ces lames et actionnés en alternance par rapport aux lames (18), et les preneurs (16) de l'autre jeu étant montés sur un porte-outil distinct (25) et actionnés en commun avec les preneurs (17) du premier jeu ou avec les lames de pliage (18), en ce que chaque cylindre de pliage (23), comprenant également deux porte-outils (26 et 27) pourvus de plusieurs bras et réglables en position mutuelle, comporte également deux jeux de preneurs (20 et 21) qui sont actionnés en alternance les uns par rapport aux autres et/ou par rapport aux boîtes de pliage (22) et qui coopèrent avec les preneurs actionnés simultanément du cylindre collecteur (19), les preneurs (20) d'un premier jeu étant montés, chacun à côté d'une boîte de pliage (22), sur le porte-outils (26) correspondant à ces boîtes, et les preneurs (21) de l'autre jeu étant montés sur un porte-outils distinct (27), et en ce que le dispositif de coupe transversale (7) est convertible d'une longueur de découpage à une autre longueur de moitié plus petite et inversement.

Plieuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de coupe transversale (7), lequel est de préférence convertible entre une coupe par demi-tour et une coupe par quart de tour, comporte un cylindre à couteaux (8) pourvu de deux montures pour couteaux (11) qui sont décalées mutuellement de 180° et qui peuvent être équipées de couteaux (12) à volonté, et un cylindre à rainures (9) pourvu de préférence de deux rainures (10) décalées mutuellement de 180°, et en ce que les couteaux (12) du dispositif de coupe transversale (7), couteaux dont l'un est constitué de préférence par un couteau de perforation transversale en cas de production d'articles à pli transversal, sont montés chacun sur une barre porte-couteaux (13) logée de manière amovible dans une monture respective (11).

4. Plieuse selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que, dans le cas où il y a un second dispositif de pliage longitudinal, le dispositif de dépôt à pli transversal (31) se trouve après le second dispositif de pliage longitudinal (29).

Plieuse selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le convoyeur à bandes (32) allant d'un cylindre de pliage (23) correspondant au dispositif de pliage transversal (15) jusqu'au dispositif de dépôt à pli transversal (31) traverse le second dispositif correspondant de pliage longitudinal (29).
