Claims (20)

  1. Structure de pliage d'une machine à imprimer à bobines, la structure présentant un entonnoir de pliage (03) déplaçable transversalement par rapport à la direction de défilement de bande (T) d'une bande ou bande partielle (B1 à B4 ; B1.1 à B4.1) arrivant, avec deux joues d'entonnoir (17) inclinées par rapport à la direction de défilement de bande (T), une largeur (b03) de l'entonnoir de pliage (03) correspondant au moins à deux images d'impression, disposées l'une à côté de l'autre, d'un premier format d'image d'impression, caractérisée en ce que dans la structure de pliage (01) est en plus prévu un élément de renvoi (04), qui, au contraire des deux joues d'entonnoir (17) de l'entonnoir de pliage (03), présente uniquement un bord actif (06), agissant, pour effectuer le renvoi, à la manière d'une joue d'entonnoir (06).
  2. Structure de pliage d'une machine à imprimer à bobines, la structure présentant un entonnoir de pliage (03), déplaçable transversalement par rapport à la direction de défilement de bande (T) ,d'une bande ou bande partielle (B1 à B4 ; B3.2, B1.1 à B4.1) arrivant, avec deux joues d'entonnoir (17) inclinées par rapport à la direction de défilement de bande (T), une largeur (b03) de l'entonnoir de pliage (03) correspondant au moins à deux images d'impression, disposées l'une à côté de l'autre, d'un premier format d'image d'impression, caractérisée en ce qu'une bande partielle (B3.2), faisant la largeur de deux pages d'impression d'un deuxième format d'image d'impression plus petit, est guidée sur l'entonnoir de pliage (03) et, simultanément, une bande partielle (B3.1), d'une largeur d'une page, du plus petit format d'image d'impression, est guidée sur un élément de renvoi (04), qui, en observant en projection par rapport à la bande partielle (B3.1) arrivant, est réalisé en ayant sensiblement la largeur d'une bande partielle.
  3. Structure de pliage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de renvoi (04), observé en projection à la bande partielle (B3.1 ; B4.1) arrivant, présente une largeur inférieure à celle des deux images d'impression, disposées l'une à côté de l'autre, du premier format d'image d'impression.
  4. Structure de pliage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, au contraire des deux joues d'entonnoir (17) de l'entonnoir de pliage (03), l'élément de renvoi (04) présente un seul bord actif (06) agissant pour le renvoi, à la manière d'une joue d'entonnoir (06).
  5. Structure de pliage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les joues d'entonnoir (06 ; 17) de l'élément de renvoi (04) et de l'entonnoir de pliage (03) sont situées sensiblement dans un même plan.
  6. Structure de pliage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de renvoi (04) est réalisé avec une forme en tube, dans un mode de construction allongé.
  7. Structure de pliage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de renvoi (04) est réalisé à la manière d'une joue de retournement, présentant des ouvertures de sortie d'air.
  8. Structure de pliage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de renvoi (04) est réalisé déplaçable, transversalement par rapport à la direction de défilement de bande (T) d'une bande ou bande partielle (B1.1 à B4.1) arrivant.
  9. Structure de pliage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que, à l'élément de renvoi (04) et à l'entonnoir de pliage (03), sont associés, pour le déplacement, des moyens de réglage mécaniquement indépendants les uns des autres.
  10. Structure de pliage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, en l'aval de l'élément de renvoi (04), est disposé un rouleau (11), réalisé de façon à être déplaçable transversalement par rapport à la direction de défilement de bande (T) d'une bande ou bande partielle (B1 à B4 ; B1.1 à B4.1) entrant dans la structure de pliage.
  11. Structure de pliage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau (11) est réalisé sous forme de rouleau de traction (11).
  12. Structure de pliage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'en aval du rouleau (11) est associé un rouleau de traction (13).
  13. Structure de pliage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'en aval de l'entonnoir de pliage (03) est disposé un groupe de traction (16), déplaçable transversalement par rapport à la direction de défilement de bande (T) d'une bande, ou bande partielle (B1 à B4; B1.1 à B4.1), entrant dans la structure de pliage (01).
  14. Structure de pliage selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau (11 ; 13) est entraîné par un moteur, indépendamment des autres rouleaux de traction.
  15. Structure de pliage selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le groupe de traction (16) est entraîné par un moteur, indépendamment d'autres rouleaux de traction.
  16. Structure de pliage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un tronçon d'une joue d'entonnoir (17) de l'entonnoir de pliage (03) et un bord actif (06), agissant à la manière d'une joue d'entonnoir (06), de l'élément de renvoi (04) se coupent, si l'on observe en coupe verticale.
