Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bogenanleger der im Gattungsbegriff des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Art. Zur Verstellung des Saugkopfes 12 dient eine mittels eines Stellmotors 17 antreibbare Gewindespindel 18, die an der Längsführung 16 in axialer Richtung abgestützt ist und in eine über die Längsführung 16 seitlich auskragende Gewindemuffe 19 des Saugkopfes eingreift. In der eingestellten Betriebsstellung wird der Saugkopf 12 durch eine in Figur 2 angedeutete Spanneinrichtung 20 an der Längsführung 16 festgeklemmt. Die nebeneinander angeordneten Andrückrollen 42 sind hierzu auf einem durch eine über die ganze Maschinenbreite durchgehende Schiene gebildeten, gemeinsamen Träger 44 aufgenommen und mittels dieses gemeinsam verstellbar. Zur Verstellung dient eine mittels eines Stellmotors 45 antreibbare Gewindespindel 46, die am Anlegergestell axial abgestützt ist und im Eingriff mit dem Träger 44 bzw. den hintereinander angeordneten Andrückrollenreihen zugeordneten Trägern 44 ist, sofern auch die hinteren Andrückrollen, wie im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel, verstellt werden sollen. In dieseum Falle sind auch die hinteren Andrückrollenreihen auf jeweil einem gemeinsamen Träger 44 aufgenommen, der im Eingriff mit der Gewindespindel 46 ist, wie Figur 1 anschaulich erkennen läßt. Die beiden Gewindespindeln 48 sind in axialer Richtung fluchtend mit mittigem Abstand nebeneinander angeordnet. Dieser Abstand wird durch eine im Bereich zwischen den beiden Gewindespindeln 48 angeordnete Antriebseinheit 49 mit Stellmotor 50 überbrückt, die alternativ mit einer der beiden Gewindespindeln 48 kuppelbar ist. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel besitzt die Antriebseinheit einen verschiebbar auf der Längsführung 47 aufgenommenen Getriebekasten 51, an dem der Stellmotor 50 befestigt ist und in welchem ein mittels des Stellmotors 50 antreibbares, zwei Abtriebswellen aufweisendes Doppelkegelradgetriebe 52 angeordnet ist. Die in Bogentransportrichtung verlaufende angetriebene Welle des Doppelkegelradgetriebes 52 ist mit dem am Getriebekasten 51 befestigten Stellmotor 50 antriebsmäßig fest verbunden. Die beiden Abtriebswellen 53 des Doppelkegelradgetriebes 52 sind fluchtend zu den beiden Gewindespindeln 48 angeordnet und mit je einem Kupplungselement 54 versehen, das zum Eingriff mit einem gegenüberliegenden gewindespindelseitig befestigten Kupplungselement 55 bringbar ist. Der Rechner 60 ist mit einer Tastatur 61 zum Vorwählen des Formats sowie einer Digitalanzeige 62 zum Anzeigen der eingegebenen Formatlänge und Formatbreite versehen und durch Signalleitungen 63 mit den anzusteuernden Stellmotoren 17, 32, 45 und 50 verbunden. Die Ansteuerung der einzelnen Stellmotoren kann gleichförmig erfolgen. Hier soll die Ansteuerung so erfolgen, daß die gewünschte Position zunächst in einem Schnellgang angefahren und dann in einem Langsamgang genau eingestellt wird. Die Stellmotoren sind dementsprechend als Mehrgeschwindigkeitsmotoren ausgebildet. Vom Stellwert für den Saugkopf 12 (Formatlänge) kann der für die Andrückrollen 42 und vom Stellwert für die Seitenanschläge 27 (Formatbreite) kann der für die Seitenmarke 39 abgeleitet werden, was die Steuerung vereinfacht.By pressing a start button, the units provided with servomotors, such as the suction head and side stops, etc., move to the entered format. Die Umstellung erfolgt einfach dadurch, daß in den Rechner 60 das neue Format eingegeben wird, indem der Suchlauf beim gewünschten Längenmaß bzw. Breitenmaß gestoppt wird. Das eingestellte Maß wird durch die Digitalanzeige 62 angezeigt, hier 720 Längenmaß und 1040 Breitenmaß. Nach Eingabe der gewünschten Maße wird die Ansteuerung der Stellmotoren freigegeben. Die Tastatur 61 benötigt dementsprechend lediglich Vorwahltasten für Länge bzw. Breite sowie zum Aktivieren und Stoppen des Suchlaufs und zum Freigeben der zu den Stellmotoren führenden Signalleitungen 63. Daneben ist selbstverständlich ein Hauptschalter zum Ein- und Ausschalten vorgesehen. Die Stellglieder 37 bzw. 56 zum Verschieben des Rahmens 35 bzw. des Getriebekastens 51 können ebenfalls mittels des Rechners 60 angesteuert werden. In diesem Falle ist die Tastatur 61 mit entsprechenden Eingabemöglichkeiten versehen. Dasselbe gilt für Spanneinrichtungen zum Feststellen der einzelnen Aggregate, sofern derartige Spanneinrichtungen vorgesehen sind. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind lediglich dem angetriebene Teile enthaltenden Saugkopf 12 und den Seitenziehmarken 39 Spannvorrichtungen 20 zugeordnet, mittels derer die betreffenden Aggregate an der zugeordneten Längsführung festklemmbar sind.In Figure 2, the positioning of the individual units is indicated with solid lines in a comparatively large sheet format and with dashed lines in a relatively small sheet format. Claims (7)

1. A sheet feeder comprising stationary front abutments (6) associated with a pile (1), holders (30), mounted on a longitudinal guideway (29) extending transversely in relation to the direction of conveyance, for side guides (29) able to be set to the side edges of the pile, and preferably side blowing nozzles (28), and a suction head (12) mounted on a longitudinal guideway (16) extending in the direction of conveyance and able to be set on the guideway in accordance with the position of the rear edge of the pile, the adjustable members being able to be set by means of associated servo motors (17 and, respectively, 32), which are able to be operated by means of a computer (60) in accordance with sheet size input data thereto and are in the form of drive motors each with a lead screw (18 and, respectively, 31) supported in the axial direction on the frame of the feeder, and in threaded engagement with the respective device to be set, characterized in that a feedboard (38) receiving a sheet taken from the pile is provided, on which pinch rolls (42) cooperating with circulating conveying tapes (41) are provided, the respectively adjacently placed pinch rolls (42), whose distance from front guides (43) arranged at the front end of the feedboard (38) may be adjusted in accordance with the sheet size length, are mounted on a common carrier (44), and the pinch roll carrier (44) placed one behind the other, make threaded engagement with sections (which have helix angles graded from the front to the rear) of a lead screw (46) associated with the pinch rolls (42) and able to be driven by means of an associated servo motor (50).
