Claims (13)

1. Bloc de rive pour la fermeture de la chambre de coulée (24) d'une machine de coulée continue avec des coquilles circulantes (25), avec des chaînons (6) liés entre eux sous forme de chaîne qui, dans le domaine de la chambre de coulée, sont disposés l'un contre l'autre entre les coquilles circulantes, fermant l'espace de coulée et avançant avec la masse de coulée (30), la trajectoire du bloc de rive (6, 7) se trouvant dans un plan parallèle aux surfaces des coquilles (25) dans le domaine de l'espace de coulée (24), caractérisé en ce que les chaînons (6) comprennent d'un côté un pied pivotant (5) et qu'ils sont reliés de l'autre côté au pied (5) du chaînon voisin (6) à l'aide d'une tige de couplage pivotante (12).
2. Bloc de rive selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les chaînons consistent chacun en un porteur (9, 10) relié sous forme de chaîne avec les autres porteurs, et en un bloc interchangeable (15), chaque bloc étant relié au porteur associé par des moyens de retenue détachables.
3. Bloc de rive selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les pieds sont des éléments de guidage (5) qui peuvent être menés librement sur des poulies de guidage (1, 2), et en ce qu'elles ont une vitesse régulière à leur entrée dans le domaine de l'espace de coulée (24), en ce que la distance entre la ligne médiane de l'espace de coulée (24) et le bloc de rive n'est pas soumise à des fluctuations lors de la rotation des poulies de guidage (1, 2).
4. Bloc de rive selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les blocs (15) sont en matériau céramique ou en matériaux métalliques, ou qu'ils sont prévus avec une couche de protection céramique ou chimique.
5. Bloc de rive selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les blocs (15; 14 ?) ont une longueur de 100 à 250 mm ou plus.
6. Bloc de rive selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la base de chaque porteur consiste en deux plaques latérales (9, 10) liées l'une à l'autre de manière fixe avec une distance mutuelle telle que la dimension mesurée par dessus les plaques est égale à ou plus petite que l'épaisseur du bloc (15), tous les éléments de fixation et de liaison pour les blocs étant disposés entre les plaques.
7. Bloc de rive selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les blocs (15) sont tendus à l'aide de ressorts (19) sur les porteurs (9, 10) ou tenus magnétiquement sur les porteurs.
8. Bloc de rive selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les plaques (9, 10) comprennent des fentes en forme de L (22) pour saisir et tendre un ressort (19) ancré au bloc (15) par son extrémité libre à l'aide d'un boulon transversal (20) et pour loger le boulon dans un évidement (21).
9. Bloc de rive selon la revendication 8 ( 9?), caractérisé en ce que le boulon (20) comprend un perçage longitudinal.
10. Bloc de rive selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que chaque porteur (9, 10) est lié de manière pivotante à une extrémité avec un pied (5) et est guidé à l'autre extrémité par une tige (12) qui agit de manière pivotante d'une part sous le bloc (15) d'un chaînon et d'autre part au point de rotation (8), ou à proximité de celui-ci, du pied (5) du porteur voisin (9, 10).
11. Bloc de rive selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le bloc de rive est pivotant dans le plan de circulation et qu'il peut être appuyé de manière élastique contre la face frontale de la buse de coulée (26).
12. Bloc de rive selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la surface (15b) de chaque bloc (15') qui limite l'espace de coulée (24) est profilée, p. ex. courbée de manière concave.
13. Procédé de maintenance d'une machine de coulée continue avec des coquilles (25) circulantes et avec un bloc de rive selon l'une des revendications 2 à 12, dans lequel on fait circuler le bloc de rive dans un plan parallèle aux surfaces des coquilles (25) dans le domaine de l'espace de coulée, caractérisé en ce que l'on échange pendant le fonctionnement des blocs (15) au brin du bloc de rive qui n'agit pas entre les coquilles.
