Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Ausstellvorrichtung für einen wenigstens kippbaren Flügel eines Fensters, einer Tür od. dgl., mit einem am Flügel gelagerten Ausstellarm und einem oberen, zumindest zweiteiligen Schubglied, dessen beide Teile mittels eines abnehmbaren Verbindungsteils verbunden sind, wobei eine der Verbindungen zugleich eine Längeneinstellvorrichtung für das Schubglied bildet, dessen einer Teil mit dem Verbindungsteil über eine lösbare Vorrichtung gekuppelt ist, wobei das Verbindungsteil mit dem anderen Teil des Schubglieds über eine weitere Vorrichtung ebenfalls lösbar verbunden ist. Die zweiteilige Ausbildung des Schubglieds am oberen Querholm des festen Rahmens hat einerseits den Zweck, die verschiedenen Teile bzw. Baugruppen der Ausstellvorrichtung in vernünftiger Größe zu halten und andererseits eine Anpassung an die unterschiedlichen Flügelbreiten rasch und einfach zu ermöglichen. Außerdem soll mit Hilfe der Längeneinstelleinrichtung eine leichte Feinanpassung und ggf. ein Ausgleich von Toleranzen ermöglicht werden. Darüber hinaus liegt vielfach die Aufgabe vor, daß man die beiden Teile des Schubglieds leicht und einfach verbinden sowie ggf. auch wieder lösen kann. Die hierfür benötigten Werkzeuge sollten allgemein zugänglich und nicht kompliziert sein. Außerdem legt man Wert auf eine rasche und sichere, also unbeabsichtigtes Lösen verhindernde Verstellung. Eine derartige Ausstellvorrichtung ist durch die DE-A-25 20 668 bekannt geworden. Das Verbindungsteil ist mit dem einen Teil des Schubglieds bei dieser vorbekannten Ausstellvorrichtung über eine Zapfen-Loch-Verbindung durch einfaches Einstecken gekuppelt. In vergleichbarer Weise wird auch das andere Teil des Schubglieds mit dem Verbindungsteil durch Zusammenstekken verbunden. Diese beiden Verbindungen sind an sich gegen ein Lösen nicht gesichert. An die Außenseite des vertikalen Schenkels 70 des Eckumlenkungsgehäuses der Eckumlenkung 57 (Fig. 3) ist ein schienenförmiger Befestigungsansatz 71 mit einer Befestigungsnut 72 für eine Treibstange des vertikalen Schenkels 73 des festen Rahmens 3 befestigt oder angeformt. Der feste Rahmen 3 besitzt im Bereich der dargestellten linken oberen Ecke des festen Rahmens eine Ausfräsung 75 (Holzrahmen), die so dimensioniert ist, daß beim Einsetzen der Eckumlenkung 56 die Führungsnut 72 des Befestigungsansatzes 71 genau in Verlängerung von einer rahmenseitigen Führungsnut 74 steht. In letzeterer ist eine vertikale, beispielsweise mit einem Getriebe oder einem anderen Antrieb gekuppelte, Treibstange verschiebbar gelagert. Sie wird mit dem Kupplungselement 69 der Eckumlenkung 56 verbunden, was bei Auf- und Abbewegung dieser Treibstange eine Verschiebebewegung des waagerechten Schubglieds 55 in Richtung des Doppelpfeils 76 zur Folge hat. Aus Fig. 3 sind noch Befestigungsbohrungen 77 für den schienenartigen Befestigungsansatz 71 und damit die Eckumlenkung 56 in der Ausfräsung 75 des festen Rahmens 3 zu sehen.On the outside of the vertical leg 70 of the corner deflection housing of the corner deflection 57 (FIG. 3), a rail-shaped fastening projection 71 with a fastening groove 72 for a drive rod of the vertical leg 73 of the fixed frame 3 is attached or formed. From Fig. 3 are still mounting holes 77 for the rail-like attachment projection 71 and thus the corner deflection 56 in the cutout 75 of the fixed frame 3 can be seen.

Claims (5)

1. Opening device for an at least tiltable window, door or the like, with an opening arm (1) mounted at the window/door (5) and an upper pushing element (9) which is in at least two parts of which both sides are connected by means of a detachable connecting part (36), one of the connections forming at the same time a longitudinal setting device (38) for the pushing element (9), one part (35) of which is coupled with the connecting part (36) by means of a detachable device (37), the connecting part (36) also being connected in a detachable manner to the other part (55) of the pushing element (9) by means of a further device (58), characterized in that the pushing element (9) is mounted in a displacable manner at the upper transverse spar (2) of the fixed frame (3) and that the opening arm (1) is mounted in a rotatable and sliding manner at the window/door (5), one part (35) of the pushing element (9) being associated with the opening arm; and in that the longitudinal setting device (38) essentially comprises an adjusting piece (39) which can be joined to the connecting part (36) and a receiving device (40) therefor at the pushing element part (35) at the opening arm side, the adjusting piece and the receiving device being coupled in such a manner that it is positive- locking, displacable and can be fastened in the longitudinal direction of the pushing element (9) by means of at least one longitudinal tooth construction (41); and in that the receiving device (40) is formed in the manner of a rectangular frame in which the adjusting piece (39) is disposed, the frame having a tooth construction at its opposite longitudinal sides in each case which act in combination with each tooth construction at both longitudinal sides of the adjusting piece (39), each tooth construction (41) of the adjusting piece (39) and of the receiving device (40) forming an angle with each other of in particular approximately 90° and the receiving device (40) being situated between the adjusting piece (39) and the head (44) of a safety screw (45) which, in particular in a captive manner, is screwed in a thread (46) of the adjusting piece (39); and in that in order to form a bayonet closure, the adjusting piece (39) bears an essentially bolt-like attachment (48) which secures against torsion at its surface opposite the screw head (44) of the safety screw (45) which together with an opening (51) which secures against torsion forms in the manner of a bayonet closure the effective detachable safety device (37) for each of the pushing element parts (35, 55).
2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the connecting part (36) of the pushing element (9) is connected by means of the further securing device (58) to a horizontal pushing element of a corner deflection part (56, 57) forming the other part (55) of the pushing element.

Device according to claim 2, characterized in that the opening (59) which secures against torsion is situated at the other part of the pushing element (55) and that a bolt-like device (60) which is in particular rotatably housed and secures against torsion is situated at the associated end of the connecting part (36).

Device according to claims 2 or 3, characterized in that a bar-shaped fastening attachment (71) with a guide groove (72) for a driving rod of the vertical leg (73) of the fixed frame (3) is secured at the outer side of the vertical leg (70) of the corner deflection part housing, a guide groove (74) of the vertical leg (73) being adjacent to the guide groove (72) of the fastening attachment and a coupling element (69) of the corner deflection part (56, 57) extending into the guide groove of the fastening attachment.

Device according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that at least one ledge-shaped support attachment (65, 66, 67) in each case is disposed at the outer surface of each leg (63, 64) of the corner deflection part housing and fastening bolts (68) for the corner deflection part are situated, in particular, in the area of the support attachments.
