An dem Achszapfen 26 der Wendetrommel 10 ist eine Scheibe 29 über Schrauben 30 befestigt (Fig. 2-6). Das Koppelrad 25 ist gegenüber der Scheibe 29 drehbar und axial verschiebbar gelagert. Zum Fixieren der Drehstellung des Koppelrades 25 sind Schaltnocken 31 vorgesehen, die mit ihren Zapfen 32 in der Scheibe 29 befestigt sind. Es handelt sich um zwei Schaltnocken 31, die um 180° versetzt angeordnet sind und mit ihren abgeschrägten Nocken in entsprechende Ausnehmungen am Koppelrad 25 eingreifen. Die Abschrägungen 33 sind vorteilhaft so ausgebildet, daß das Koppelrad 25 in der Betriebsstellung an der Scheibe 29 anliegt (Fig. 5). Zur sicheren Anlage dienen Druckfedern 34, die sich an einer Abdeckplatte 35 abstützen, die ebenfalls über Schrauben 36 an der Scheibe 29 befestigt ist. Am Koppelrad 25 liegt eine Rolle 37 an, die an einem Schalthebel 38 befestigt ist. Der Schalthebel 38 wiederum ist über ein Lager 39 schwenkbar am Maschinenseitengestell 12 befestigt und steht unter der Kraft einer Druckfeder 40, die eine sichere Anlage der Rolle 37 an dem Koppelrad 25- gewährleistet. Das gegenüberliegende Ende des Schalthebels 38 betätigt über eine Stellschraube 41 einen Schalter 42, der in dieser Schaltstellung beim Stillstand der Maschine ein Inbetriebsetzen verhindert und bei laufender Maschine ein Abschalten derselben bewirkt. Hiermit ist gewährleistet, daß bei einem ungewollten gegenseitigen Verdrehen der beiden Trommelkörper 6,10 eine Beschädigung der Zangengreifer 9 bzw. der Saugschienen 7,8 verhindert wird.If the coupling wheel 25 is rotated with respect to the disk 29 and thus with respect to the switching cams 31, the switching cams 31 slide out of the recesses of the coupling wheel 25 via the bevels 33, so that the same is displaced axially against the force of the compression springs 34 (FIG. 6) . Bei dieser Ausführung ist auf dem dem Stirnrad 20 gegenüberliegenden Ende. der Welle 21 ein Stirnzahnrad 43 verklemmt, das mit einem oder mehreren Zwischenrädern 44 mit einem ebenfalls als Stirnrad ausgebildeten Koppelrad 45 zusammenwirkt. Das Zwischenrad 44 ist hierbei über einen Lagerzapfen 46 am Maschinenseitengestell 12 gelagert. Die Zahl der Zwischenräder 44 richtet sich nach dem baulichen Abstand der zu überbrücken ist, wobei die Drehrichtung des Koppelrads 45 mit der der Wendetrommel 10 übereinstimmt. Auch bei dieser Antriebsalternative der gezeigten Triebmittel ist das Koppelrad 45 axial verschiebbar gelagert und löst über den Schaltnocken 31 einen Schaltimpuls aus.FIGS. 3 and 4 differ from the previously described embodiment in that they have different drive means between the coupling wheels 18 and 25. Claims (4)

1. Vorrichtung zum Absichern einer Rotationsdruckmaschine beim Bedrucken von Bögen im Schön- und Wiederdruck mit einer Speicher- und Wendetrommel, mit Stellmitteln zum Verstellen des nachlaufenden Trommelkörpers der Speichertrommel auf unterschiedliche Formatgrößen und mit Stellmitteln zum Verstellen der Wendetrommel, mit den Zangengreifern und mit mechanischen, elektrischen Mitteln, die die Druckmaschine bei der systembedingten Funktionsverstellung absichern,
adurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem nachlaufenden Trommelkörper (6) der Speichertrommel (4) ein erstes Koppelrad (18) zugeordnet ist, daß auf einem Achszapfen (26) der Wendetrommel (10) ein zweites Koppelrad (25,45) angeordnet ist, daß beide Koppelräder (18,25;45) über Triebmittel (20,22,24;43,44,45) schlupffrei verbunden sind, derart, daß das zweite Koppelrad (25,45) und die Wendetrommel (10) synchron laufen, und daß das zweite Koppelrad (25,45) sich axial über Schaltnocken (31) an einer an dem Achszapfen (26) befestigten Scheibe (29) abstützt, derart, daß bei einer fehlerbedingten Verdrehung zwischen Koppelrad (25,45) und Wendetrommel (10) ein Schaltimpuls gegeben wird, der ein Signal auslöst.

2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das dem Trommelkörper (6) der Speichertrommel (4) zugeordnete Koppelrad (18) ein Stirnrad (20) treibt, das auf einer, drehbar im Maschinenseitengestell (12) gelagerten Welle (21) befestigt ist und daß am gegenüberliegenden Wellenende eine Zahnriemenscheibe (22) befestigt ist, die über einen Zahnriemen (24) mit dem auf dem Achszapfen (26) der Wendetrommel (10) angeordneten, als Zahnriemenscheibe ausgebildeten Koppelrad (25) gekoppelt ist.
