Claims (5)

1. Procédé pour fabriquer des vitrages multiples décoratifs ou des plaques de verre de sécurité pour la décoration. Ces plaques sont composées de plusieurs épaisseurs dè verre disposées dans un cadre et séparées les unes des autres par un intervalle, avec matière synthétique thermodurcissable (2) et objets moulés (4) placés dans l'espace libre situé entre les épaisseurs. Ce procédé consiste à déposer sur une première placque placée à l'horizontale (1) la matière synthétique (2) sous une forme semi-liquide - et avant qu'elle ne durcisse; la matière synthétique est répandue partiellement et en couche d'épaisseur irrégulière. Les objets moulés (4) sont placés sur ou entre les plaques recouvertes de matière synthétique (2). Une deuxième plaque (3) est posée au-dessus de la première (1), avec un espace libre entre les deux, et le tout formé par les deux plaques (1, 3) est entouré d'un cadre (7). Ce procédé est caractérisé par le fait que les deux plaques (1, 3) sont pressées l'une sur l'autre dans le but d'obtenir des structures dans la matière synthétique (2), et que la pression est appliquée de façon irrégulière, afin que puissent se former des parties concaves et convexes.
2. Procédé selon spécification 1 Ce procédé se caractérise par la superposition des deux plaques (1, 3) afin d'obtenir la formation de bulles à l'intérieur de la matière synthétique (2); Le tout est alors retourné à 180° et est maintenu dans cette position jusqu'à ce que la matière synthétique semi-liquide cesse de couler et de-former des filaments et des gouttes.
3. Procédé selon spécifications 1 et 2 Ce procédé est caractérisé par le fait que la matière synthétique (2) est déposée sur la plaque (1) dans le sens de la longueur et sous forme d'une couche de plus en plus épaisse et que les deux plaques (1, 3) sont pressées l'une contre l'autre en position oblique.
4. Procédé selon spécifications 1-3 Ce procédé se caractérise par le fait que l'on utilise comme troisième plaque (5) une plaque plus petite que la première plaque (1) et que la troisième plaque (5) est ajoutée à l'ensemble des plaques en étant posée sur la première plaque (1) avec un espace libre entre les deux; l'espace libre situé entre la première plaque (1) et la deuxième (3) est rempli sur les bords
(8) du paquet de plaques - tout au moins en partie - par de la matière de tamis moléculaire (9), tandis que le reste de l'espace vide situé au bord (8) est scellé par un mastic (6) de nature étanche.
