Description
本発明に係る他の態様のガラスパネルユニットは、第一ガラス基板と、前記第一ガラス基板と所定の間隔をあけて対向するように配置される第二ガラス基板と、前記第一ガラス基板と前記第二ガラス基板との間に配置されて前記第一ガラス基板と前記第二ガラス基板とを気密に接合する封止材と、前記第一ガラス基板と前記第二ガラス基板と前記封止材とで密閉される内部空間と、前記内部空間内に、前記第一ガラス基板と前記第二ガラス基板とに接触するように配置される複数の第一スペーサと、前記内部空間内に、前記第一ガラス基板または前記第二ガラス基板の一方にのみ接触して他方に接触しないように配置される複数の第二スペーサと、を備え、前記ガラスパネルユニットの板面と直交する方向に見たときに、前記板面の面積に占める前記第二スペーサの合計面積の比率が0.05%以上である。
本発明に係る一態様のガラス窓は、前記ガラスパネルユニットと、前記ガラスパネルユニットの周縁部が嵌め込まれた窓枠と、を備える。

Claims (13)
- 第一ガラス基板と、
前記第一ガラス基板と所定の間隔をあけて対向するように配置される第二ガラス基板と、
前記第一ガラス基板と前記第二ガラス基板との間に配置されて前記第一ガラス基板と前記第二ガラス基板とを気密に接合する封止材と、
前記第一ガラス基板と前記第二ガラス基板と前記封止材とで密閉される内部空間と、
前記内部空間内に、前記第一ガラス基板と前記第二ガラス基板とに接触するように配置される複数の第一スペーサと、
前記内部空間内に、前記第一ガラス基板または前記第二ガラス基板の一方にのみ接触して他方に接触しないように配置される、撓んだ前記第一ガラス基板または前記第二ガラス基板の他方と接触する複数の第二スペーサと、を備え、
複数の前記第一スペーサの間に、一または複数の前記第二スペーサが配置されていることを特徴とするガラスパネルユニット。 - 第一ガラス基板と、
前記第一ガラス基板と所定の間隔をあけて対向するように配置される第二ガラス基板と、
前記第一ガラス基板と前記第二ガラス基板との間に配置されて前記第一ガラス基板と前記第二ガラス基板とを気密に接合する封止材と、
前記第一ガラス基板と前記第二ガラス基板と前記封止材とで密閉される内部空間と、
前記内部空間内に、前記第一ガラス基板と前記第二ガラス基板とに接触するように配置される複数の第一スペーサと、
前記内部空間内に、前記第一ガラス基板または前記第二ガラス基板の一方にのみ接触して他方に接触しないように配置される複数の第二スペーサと、を備えたガラスパネルユニットであって、
前記ガラスパネルユニットの板面と直交する方向に見たときに、前記板面の面積に占める前記第二スペーサの合計面積の比率が0.05%以上であることを特徴とするガラスパネルユニット。
- 前記板面の面積に占める前記第二スペーサの合計面積の比率が0.2%以下であることを特徴とする請求項2記載のガラスパネルユニット。
- 前記第二スペーサの最大長さが、100μm以下に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネルユニット。
- 前記第二スペーサが、弾性体により構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネルユニット。
- 前記第二スペーサが、透明な材料により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネルユニット。
- 複数の前記第一スペーサおよび複数の前記第二スペーサを有し、前記ガラスパネルユニットの板面と直交する方向に見たときに、前記板面の面積に占める前記第一スペーサの合計面積の比率が0.05%以上で0.2%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネルユニット。
- 前記板面の面積に占める前記第一スペーサの合計面積の比率が0.05%以上で0.1%以下であり、かつ、前記板面の面積に占める前記第二スペーサの合計面積の比率が0.15%以上であることを特徴とする請求項7記載のガラスパネルユニット。
- 前記第二スペーサが、不規則に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネルユニット。
- 前記第一スペーサが、不規則に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネルユニット。
- 前記第二スペーサが接触しない前記第一ガラス基板または前記第二ガラス基板のうちの他方に、低放射性の膜が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネルユニット。
- 前記第二ガラス基板と対向するように配置される第三ガラス基板と、
前記第二ガラス基板と前記第三ガラス基板との間に配置されて前記第二ガラス基板と前記第三ガラス基板とを気密に接合する第二封止材と、
前記第二ガラス基板と前記第三ガラス基板と前記第二封止材とで密閉され、乾燥ガスが封入された第二内部空間と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネルユニット。 - 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のガラスパネルユニットと、
前記ガラスパネルユニットの周縁部が嵌め込まれた窓枠と、を備えることを特徴とするガラス窓。
