Claims (8)

1. Vorrichtung zum Feststellen eines Fadens (11) in einer Lage (2) von Parallelfäden, bestehend aus:
- Mitteln (1, 3, 4) zum Vorbeiführen der Lage (2) von Parallelfäden (11);
- einem auf einer Seite in Nähe dieser vorbeilaufenden Lage (2) angeordneten Mittel zum Feststellen der Anwesenheit eines von der Lage (2) durch eine auf der anderen Seite derselben angeordnete Blaseinrichtung abgespreizten Fadens (11 );
- einem durch das Überwachungsmittel gesteuerten Mittel (28, 29) zum Stillsetzen der Mittel zum Vorbeiführen oder zum Auslösen eines Alarmsystems, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie sich in bekannter Weise aus einer Vielzahl von parallelen Kammzinken (10, 12, 13, 14) zusammensetzt, zwischen denen die vorbeilaufenden Fäden (11) hindurchlaufen , und daß die Blaseinrichtung (21) an der Basis (15) dieser Zinken (10) angeordnet ist und den Luftstrom zur Spitze (17) dieser Zinken (10) richtet.
2. Überwachungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zinken (10) ein Fenster (20) aufweisen, das in dem zur Spitze (17) des Zinkens (10) gelegenen Bereich angeordnet ist, und daß das Überwachungsmittel (25) quer durch dieses Fenster (20) gerichtet ist.
3. Überwachungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Überwachungsmittel durch einen elektrostatisch aufgeladenen Draht gebildet ist, der in der Nähe der Spitze (17) des Zinkens (10) angeordnet ist.

Überwachungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Überwachungsmittel durch ein Strahlenbündel (25) gebildet ist, das zur Ebene der Lage (2) parallel und zu den vorbeilaufenden Fäden (11) orthogonal gerichtet ist und das den Tunnel (20) durchquert, der in den aufeinanderfolgenden Zinken (10, 12, 13, 14) ausgespart ist.

Überwachungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Strahlenbündel (25) den Tunnel der in den aufeinanderfolgenden Zinken (10, 12, 13, 14) ausgesparten Fenster (20) durchquert, dann von einem Spiegel (26) reflektiert wird, dann denselben Tunnel (20) durchquert und von einem Empfängerorgan (27) aufgenommen wird, das mit Steuerungsmitteln (28, 29) für die Stillsetzung der Maschine oder für ein Alarmsystem verbunden ist.
6. Überwachungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die parallelen Zinken (10,12,13,14) mit Abständen in der Größenordnung eines Knotens angeordnet sind.
7. Überwachungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie den Teilkamm (5) einer Kettenwirkmaschine bildet.
8. Kettenwirkmaschine mit einer Überwachungsanlage gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
