Indeed, as can be seen in Figure 1, the heel 8a of the part 8 abuts on the shoulder 23 in question, which corresponds to a position introduced by the front part 9 of the bolt 1 in the notch 3 from bar 4.

- a locking and unlocking device has therefore been produced according to the invention which consumes a minimum of electric current, which makes it possible to obtain a locking of the bolt in the locked and unlocked position, and which overcomes the drawbacks of jamming and failure to alignment of the bolt with respect to the member to be locked.
