Abstract

Procédé de production de récipients en forme de prisme, sans protubérances latérales et dotés de surfaces planes en forme de pignon servant d'extrémité de fermeture, dans lequel on utilise un tube d'un matériau souple, amené sans interruption et rempli d'une ssubstance liquide. Les zones latérales (2, 4, 2', 4') reliées aux bandes de scellement latérales (5, 5') sont passées dans le tube (1, 1') avant l'actionnement des mécanismes d'aplatissement transversal. On évite de cette manière la formation de protubérances latérales peu esthétiques sur les surfaces de fermeture.

Claims (1)

1. Procédé de fabrication de récipients prismatiques sans oreilles latérales, à bandes de scellement transversales (5, 5′) à partir d'un tube prismatique (1) en matière flexible, entièrement rempli d'une substance liquide, le récipient étant réalisé avec une extrémité inférieure aplatie et avec une extrémité supérieure réalisée sous la forme d'un capot à deux surfaces en pignon, les zones latérales (2, 4; 2′, 4′), reliées aux bandes de scellement transversales (5, 5′), étant amenées sous les faces en pignon (3, 3′) se formant par des organes d'aplatissement transversal qui assurent le scellement et sous les bandes de scellement transversales (5, 5′), caractérisé en ce que le tube (1) est réalisé de façon continue et en ce que les zones latérales (2, 4; 2′, 4′) sont déplacées vers l'intérieur du tube (1, 1′) avant l'intervention des organes d'aplatissement transversal.
