Claims (11)

1. Extraktor für eine Flüssigkeit enthaltende Substanzen, der einen Korb mit durch gegenüberliegende Platten (8, 9) veränderlichem Volumen besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser Korb im unteren Teil durch eine durchbrochene drehende kreisförmige Platte (1) begrenzt ist, über der zwei feste, vertikale, durchbrochene Platten (6) angeordnet sind, auf deren oberem Rand ein Deckel (7) ruht, der aus einem oder mehreren angelenkten Platten besteht, und zwischen denen zwei Schubplatten (8, 9) verschiebbar sind, die durch Zylinder (10, 11) oder andere Einrichtungen dieser Art bewegt werden, daß die drehbare, kreisförmige, durchbrochene Platte (1) in ihrer Mitte mit einer oder mehreren durchbrochenen, nach unten verschwenkbaren Klappen (15) ausgerüstet ist, daß ein Auffangbehälter (12) unter der sich drehenden durchbrochenen kreisförmigen Platte (1) mit, in Übereinstimmung mit dem Zentrum der sich drehenden durchbrochenen kreisförmigen Platte (1) einer Zugangsklappe (13) zu einer Entfernungseinrichtung (14) für die Reste ausgerüstet ist und daß die flüssigen Substanzen in einem Sammler (16) gesammelt werden, der sie verteilt.
2. Extraktor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durchbrochenen vertikalen Platten (6) aus Hartholzleisten oder Kunststoffmaterial bestehen, horizontal angeordnet und durch Stützen verbunden sind.
3. Extraktor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die drehbare durchbrochene kreisförmige Platte (1) auf einem Kugellagerlaufring ru ht.
4. Extraktor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zentrierung und die Mitnahme beim Drehen der drehbaren durchbrochenen kreisförmigen Platte (1) durch Räder (19) gewährleistet ist, von denen eines die Mitnahme durch Motorkraft gewährleistet.
5. Extraktor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Schubplatte (8, 9) auf ihrer Arbeitsfläche mit einer Auflage aus Holz oder rostfreiem Stahl abgedeckt ist.
6. Extraktor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung der Schubplatten (8, 9) durch Gleitschienen (17) oder Kugellager gewährleistet ist.
7. Extraktor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappe (13) mit der der Auffangbehälter (12) versehen ist, nach oben schwenkbar ist und in offener Stellung an der Öffung der Klappe(n) (15) anliegt, die in die drehbare durchbrochene kreisförmige Platte (1) eingearbeitet sind.
8. Extraktor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in offener Stellung die Klappe(n) (15) mit der die drehbare durchbrochene kreisförmige Platte (1) versehen ist, am Rand der Öffnung anliegt, die in den Auffangbehälter (12) eingearbeitet ist.
9. Extraktor nach den Ansprüchen 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappen (15) mit denen die drehbare kreisförmige Platte (1) und der Auffangbehälter (12) versehen sind in offener Stellung als Führungstrichter der Reste zur Entfernungseinrichtung (14) verwendet werden.

Verfahren zur Extraktion einer, eine Flüssigkeit enthaltende Substanz unter Verwendung des Extraktors gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenn die Substanz in den Korb eingebracht wird, die drehbare durchbrochene, horizontale kreisförmige Platte (1) verdreht wird, um die Verteilung der Substanzen zu vergleichmässigen, daß nach dem Schließen des Korbes die beiden Schubplatten (8, 9) durch aufeinanderfolgende, absatzweise Drücke genähert werden bis das gewünschte Extraktionsausmaß erreicht ist, daß die beiden Schubplatten (8, 9) dann rasch zurückgezogen werden, um den vorher erhaltenen Kuchen (18) zu lösen und nach Durchführung einer Drehung von 90° der drehbaren durchbrochenen kreisförmigen Platte (1) den Kuchen (18) senkrecht zu den Schubplatten (8, 9) anzuordnen, sodaß nach der Kompression der Kuchen (18) nach den Spaltebenen um einen mittleren Kern zerbröckelt wird, der zur Filtration der Flüssigkeit dient, daß der Endkuchen (18) dann unter seinem eigenen Gewicht zur Entfernungseinrichtung (14) entfernt wird, und zwar mittels des Trichters, der zeitweilig durch die Klappen (15, 13) der drehbaren durchbrochenen kreisförmigen Platte (1) und des Auffangbehälters (12) gebildet ist.
11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es händisch oder automatisch mit der Möglichkeit der Berücksichtigung des Zustandes der Substanzen sein kann.
