Definitions
- the invention relates to casual clothing. Such garments are used for sport jogging), but they have the disadvantage that they cannot protect sensitive people or sickly people in particular.
- the invention now aims to design a garment in such a way that certain parts of the body receive special protection and, in addition, diseases or complaints can be counteracted with the aid of the garment.
- the invention is based on the fact that a piece of casual clothing is provided at designated locations by means of an insert.
- This insert contains an active ingredient that counteracts the symptoms to be treated.
- a substance could be used whose effects against rheumatism are known. This substance is introduced into the insert or a layer of the insert and the insert is attached to the garment at the endangered area.
- the attachment should be detachable so that the garment can be washed and, on the other hand, a new insert can be used that contains the mostly volatilizing active ingredient. Also, the layer that has been impregnated with this active ingredient is intended to be removed from the insert and soak again with the active ingredient.
- connection can be used to connect the insert to the item of clothing. It is also possible to put a kind of bag or the like on the garment see that the insert can pick up itself.
- the inserts have a corresponding shape.
- a cap shape is intended, in the area of the kidneys an extension, as is known for kidney protection belts.
- 1 denotes a protective layer in the form of an aluminum foil.
- this aluminum foil is another aluminum foil, which is connected to an air cushion foil 4 via a wash-resistant adhesive layer.
- FIG. 2 the insert shown in the structure of FIG. 1 is shown, specifically as it can be attached to a piece of clothing 27 at a certain point.
- Fig. 3 shows a kind of kidney protection belt, which can be fastened with the help of closure parts 17 around the rdrper of a person.
- 1 to 7 show the layers described in FIG. 1, which do not necessarily have to have the same thickness (perpendicular to the plane of the paper).
- Elastic bands 16 are provided for a better fit.
- the inserts are to be used in the following areas: on the upper arm joint, in the waist, in the knee joint, in the shoulder and back area and in the elbow.
- an active ingredient can also be used, which has a relaxing or sleep-promoting effect, for example.
- only those materials and active ingredients can be used that do not cause organ strain and do not cause skin irritation.
- the effect of the insert is further enhanced by the fact that layers can be provided which prevent heat loss from the side facing the skin.
- layers can be provided which prevent heat loss from the side facing the skin.
- a microclimate can develop in the immediate vicinity of the skin, which, for example, also ensures increased moisture secretion of the skin. This moisture can then be absorbed by a specially provided nonwoven layer, this moisture contributing to the additional activation of the stored carrier material.
- the active ingredients do not necessarily have to be washable, although this is preferred. In the case of non-washable active ingredients, the insert must be removed from the garment before washing.

Abstract
