Claims (20)
- Schutzanzug zum Schutz gegen gesundheitsschädliche chemische und biologische Substanzen mit einer Oberware und einer darunter angeordneten Futterware, die mit einer Sperrschicht gegen die Substanzen versehen ist,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Ausbildung als Overall (1), wobei in die Futterware eine Membran (9) als Sperrschicht eingearbeitet ist, die auf beiden Seiten jeweils von einer Schutzschicht (10,11) umgeben ist. - Schutzanzug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Overall (1) mit einer Kapuze (6) versehen ist, die mit dem Overall (1) einstückig ist. - Schutzanzug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Overall (1) mit Socken (7) versehen ist, die mit dem Overall (1) einstückig sind. - Schutzanzug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Membran (9) mit den beiden Sperrschichten (10, 11) als 3-lagen-Laminat aufgebaut ist. - Schutzanzug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Membran (9) atmungsaktiv ist. - Schutzanzug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Membran (9) mit Zellulosematerial versehen ist. - Schutzanzug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Membran (9) Polytetrafluorethylen, Polyester oder Polyurethan aufweist. - Schutzanzug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die beiden Schutzschichten (10,11) aus Polyamid oder Polyester bestehen. - Schutzanzug nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die äußere Schutzschicht (10) aus Polyester besteht, das atmungsaktiv ist, und das die innere Schutzschicht (11) aus Polyamid besteht, das hydrophil ausgebildet ist. - Schutzanzug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Overall (1) mit wenigstens einem gegen die Substanzen beständigen und dichten Reißverschluß (24) versehen ist, der sich insbesondere bis über die Kapuze (6) erstreckt und die Kapuze (6) im offenen Zustand des Reißverschlusses (24) in einen hinteren und einen vorderen Teil aufteilt. - Schutzanspruch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die aus Membran (9) und den Schutzschichten (10, 11) bestehende Futterware lose innerhalb der Oberware (8) liegt und nur abschnittsweise mit der Oberware (8) verbunden ist, wobei die Futterware (9,10,11) abschnittsweise mit der Oberware (9) vernäht ist, und wobei die Nähte (12,13, 16,17) durch Nahtabdichtbänder (14) abgedichtet sind, die gegenüber einem Durchtritt der Substanzen dicht sind. - Schutzanzug nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Nahtabdichtbänder (14) jeweils mit einer Membran (9) als Sperrschicht gegen die Substanz versehen sind, welche auf beiden Seiten von einer Schutzschicht (10,11) umgeben sind und wobei die Schutzschicht (10 bzw. 11) über welche die Verbindung mit der Futterware (9,10,11) oder der Oberware (8) erfolgt, mit einer Klebeschicht (23) versehen ist. - Schutzanzug nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Kapuze (6) auf der vorderen, mit einer Gesichtsöffnung (18) versehenen Seite mit einem elastischen Abschlußteil (19) abgeschlossen ist, das gegenüber einem Durchtritt der Substanzen dicht ist und das mit der Oberware (8) und/oder der Futterware (9,10,11) verbunden ist. - Schutzanzug nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
als elastisches Material für das Abschlußteil (19) Kautschuk oder ein kautschukähnliches Material, insbesonders Butyl-Kautschuk, vorgesehen ist. - Schutzanzug nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Abschlußteil (19) jeweils mit der Oberware (8) und der Futterware (9,10,11) durch Nähnähte (16, 17) verbunden ist, die gegen einen Durchtritt der Substanzen dicht sind. - Schutzanzug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Enden der Arme (4,5) und/oder der Beinteile (2,3) des Overalles (1) mit elastischen Endteilen (15) versehen sind, die aus einem Material bestehen, das gegenüber einem Durchtritt der Substanzen dicht ist. - Schutzanzug nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
für die Endteile (15) Kautschuk oder ein kautschukähnliches Material, insbesondere Butyl-Kautschuk, vorgesehen ist. - Schutzanzug nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
über den Strümpfen (7) Stulpen (28) vorgesehen sind. - Schutzanzug nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die durch den Reißverschluß (24) zweiteilige Kapuze (6) im offenen Zustand auf den Rücken des Overalls (1) und auf die Brust des Overalls (1) klappbar ist und auf dem Rücken und auf der Brust durch Befestigungsmittel (25,26), wie Schlaufen (26) und/oder Klettbänder (15), fixierbar ist. - Schutzanzug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Overall (1) wenigstens im Rückenbereich mit wenigstens einem elastischen Band (29) versehen ist, wobei im lockeren Zustand das elastische Band (29), die Oberware (8), die Futterware (9,10,11) und Nahtabdichtbänder (14) einen wellenförmigen Verlauf aufweisen.
