Description
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Drehantrieb, insbesondere für Fahrzeugtüren, bei dem die Kolbenbewegung einer hydraulischen oder pneumatischen Kolben-Arbeitszylinder-Einheit mittels Rollenpaaren, die in geneigte Schlitze, welche in koaxial ineinander angeordneten Zylindern vorgesehen sind, eingreifen, in eine Drehbewegung eines dieser Zylinder, der mit der Abtriebswelle verbunden ist, umgesetzt wird, wobei die Schlitze an ihren Enden in eine axiale Richtung übergehen.
- Die bekannten Drehantriebe dieser Art (siehe z. B. AT-B-342 478) weisen den Nachteil auf, daß sie oft den schweren Bedingungen, denen sie ausgesetzt sind, nicht entsprechen. Vor allem zeigen sich immer wieder Undichtheiten im Gehäuse, vor allem im Bereich des Durchtrittes der Abtriebswelle, so daß es zu Funktionsmängeln kommt.
- Die Erfindung bezweckt die Schaffung eines Drehantriebes mit dichtem Gehäuse, das jedoch die Zugänglichkeit der Bauteile des Antriebes nicht erschwert.
- Erfindungsgemäß wird dieses Ziel dadurch erreicht, daß der von der Abtriebswelle durchsetzte Deckel des topfförmigen Gehäuses einen nach außen ragenden, die Abtriebswelle umgebenden Kragen aufweist und die Abtriebswelle mit einer in einer Ringnut dicht sitzenden Topfdichtung versehen ist, deren Mantel den Kragen außen übergreift und mit seinem Rand dicht am Deckel anliegt, wobei dieser an seiner vom Kragen abgewendeten Seite mit einer axial gerichteten Ringnut versehen ist, in die der Rand des topfförmigen Gehäuses dicht eingesetzt ist.
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich ferner auf bauliche Ausgestaltungen des Drehantriebes.
- In der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform dargestellt. Es zeigen Fig. 1 einen Axialschnitt durch den Drehantrieb und Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie 11-11 in Fig.1.
- Ein aus den Teilen 1a und 1b bestehendes topfförmiges Gehäuse 1, Fig. 2, ist mit einem Deckel 2 verschlossen, der einen Befestigungsflansch 3 für den Drehantrieb aufweist. Im Inneren des Gehäuses ist ein äußerer Zylinder 4 vorgesehen, der fest mit dem Deckel 2 und mit einem in seiner Gesamtheit mit 5 bezeichneten Kolbenzylindereinheit fest verbunden ist. Diese Einheit kann für hydraulische oder pneumatische Medien eingerichtet sein. Im Inneren des Zylinders 4 ist koaxial ein weiterer Zylinder 6 vorgesehen, der in eine den Deckel 2 durchsetzenden Abtriebswelle 7 übergeht. Der innere Zylinder ist mittels der Kugellager 8, 9 drehbar gelagert.
- Beide Zylinder weisen Schlitze 10 und 11 auf, die schräg zur Achse des Antriebes verlaufen und an ihren Enden in eine axiale Richtung übergehen, wie dies die Fig. und 3 zeigen.
- Auf der Kolbenstange 12 der Kolbenzylindereinheit 5 sitzt eine radial gerichtete Achse 13, auf der beiderseits Rollenpaare 14 drehbar gelagert sind. Die Rollen laufen in den Schlitzen 10 und 11. Bei einer Axialbewegung der Kolbenstange 12 wird der innere Zylinder 6 und somit die Abtriebswelle 7 gegenüber dem äußeren Zylinder 4 verdreht und auf diese Weise die Türbewegung bewirkt.
- Dieser Aufbau des Drehantriebes ist bekannt und daher nicht Gegenstand der Erfindung.
- Zum dichten Abschluß dieses Antriebes ist der Deckel 2 mit einem die Abtriebswelle 7 umgebenden Kragen 15 versehen, von dem zum Deckelrand hin die äußere Stirnfläche geneigt verläuft, so daß Flüssigkeiten zum Umfang abgeleitet werden. Die Abtriebswelle 7 ist mit einer Ringnut 16 versehen, in der eine Topfdichtung 17 dicht eingesetzt ist. Der Mantel 18 dieser Dichtung umgreift den Kragen 15 und der Dichtungsrand 19 liegt dicht an der Stirnfläche des Deckels 2 an. Dieser weist an der entgegengesetzten Seite eine axial gerichtete Ringnut 20 auf, in die der Rand des Gehäuses 1 dicht eingesetzt ist.
- Auf diese Weise ist, wie Versuche gezeigt haben, eine völlige Abdichtung auch im rauhen Betrieb gewährleistet.
- Um die Zugänglichkeit der einzelnen Bauteile zu erleichtern, ist das Gehäuse 1 vorzugsweise nach einer Ebene, die parallel zur Kolbenstange 12 verläuft, geteilt, wie dies Fig. 2 zeigt.
- Die Erfindung wie in den Patentansprüchen definiert ist nicht auf die dargestellte Ausführungsform beschränkt.
