Abstract
Um ein Einbauteil, z.B. einen Ankerstab (10) für einen Verpreßanker, durch eine Spundwand (1) in eine Bodenformation (14) mit drückendem Wasser (3) einbringen zu können, wird zunächst im Boden hinter der Spundwand ein Dichtpfropfen (2) aus injiziertem erhärtendem Material hergestellt. Anschließend wird in der Spundwand (1) eine Einrichtung mit einer ersten Dichtung (6) angebracht, durch die ein Vortreibrohr (8) mit wasserdichter, verlorener Spitze (9) eingetrieben wird. In das Vortreibrohr (8) wird ein Ankerstab (10) eingeführt. Eine zweite Dichtung (12) zwischen Vortreibrohr (8) und Ankerstab (10) verhindert das Austreten von drückendem Wasser (3). Beim Ziehen des Vortreibrohrs (8) wird der dabei entstehende Hohlraum über eine Verpreßleitung (13) mit erhärtendem Material verpreßt, das einen Verpreßkörper (17) bildet. Dabei wirkt der Verschlußpfropfen (2) als dritte Dichtung gegen das drückende Wasser (3).
