Claims (20)

1. Dispositif permettant d'appliquer sur des parois, par projection, une couche (1) d'un mélange capable de tenir et constitué de liant, de charge et de liquide, du type comprenant, d'une part, une tuyauterie sous pression (3) d'amenée du mélange à appliquer par projection, le mélange sortant, pour parvenir sur la paroi (2), de l'extrémité (4) de cette tuyauterie sous pression qui est dirigée vers la paroi et est déplaçable devant celle-ci, et, d'ature part, une surface (5) de soutien de la couche (1) à projeter par projection, qui joue le rôle d'un coffrage et qui est disposée à une distance de la paroi (2) correspondant à l'épaisseur de cette couche (1) et est mobile de façon à suivre les déplacements de l'extrémité de sortie (4) de la tuyauterie sous pression (3), cette surface de soutien (5) étant constituée par le brin, faisant face à la paroi (2) et passant devant la couche (1) appliquée par projection, d'une peau de coffrage (7), souple et sans fin, se déplaçant autour d'au moins deux éléments de renvoi (6) situés à distance l'un de l'autre, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément de soutien (9) est associé au brin de la peau souple de coffrage (7) constituant la surface de soutien (5), du côté de ce brin qui est opposé à la couche (1) appliquée par projection, et en ce que cet élément de soutien (9) est réalisé sous la forme d'un élément vibrant agissant, à travers la surface de soutien (5), sur la couche (1) appliquée par projection.
2. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de soutien (9) est constitué par une plaque de soutien.
3. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface de soutien (5) est perméable, l'élément de soutien (9) étant réalisé sous la forme d'un élément aspirant qui agit, à travers la surface de soutien (5), sur la couche (1) appliquée par projection.
4. Dispositif suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de soutien (9), réalisé sous la forme d'une plaque de soutien, est creux et est perméable sur sa face tournée vers le brin de la peau souple de coffrage (7) qui constitue la surface de soutien (5), un dispositif d'aspiration (11) étant associé à cette plaque de soutien (9) creuse.
5. Dispositif suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la face de la plaque de soutien (9) qui est tournée vers le brin de la peau souple de coffrage (7) qui constitue la surface de soutien (5) est pourvue de perforations (12).
6. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de soutien (9) est réalisé sous la forme d'un élément chauffant agissant, à travers la surface de soutien (5), sur la couche (1) appliquée par projection.
7. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la surface de soutien (5) est munie de moyens d'entraînement (8) assurant son déplacement.
8. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de renvoi (6) sont constitués par des rouleaux de renvoi.
9. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'entraînement (8) servant au déplacement sont réalisés sous la forme de moyens d'entraînement en rotation et sont associés à au moins l'un des éléments de renvoi (6).
10. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé en ce que l'action des moyens d'entraînement (8) assurant le déplacement peut être transmise d'un appareil indépendant d'entraînement aux éléments de renvoi (6) par l'intermédiaire de bras orientables.
11. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que, notamment dans le cas de l'application successive de plusieurs couches individuelles, la surface de soutien (5) comporte des parties en surélévation (10) exerçant une pression sur la couche appliquée par projection.
12. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des éléments de renvoi (6) est réalisé sous la forme d'un élément vibrant agissant sur la couche (1) appliquée par projection.
13. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la surface de soutien (5) comporte une structure porteuse (13) qui est associée aux moyens d'entraînement (8) assurant le déplacement.
14. Dispositif suivant la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'entraînement (8) assurant le déplacement sont disposés sur un châissis de guidage (23) situé sur le côté ou au-dessous de la surface de soutien (5) jouant le rôle de coffrage et en ce que le déplacement (17) réalisant l'avancement peut être transmis aux éléments de renvoi (6) par l'intermédiaire de la structure porteuse (13).
15. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 13 et 14, caractérisé en ce que la structure porteuse (13) est constituée d'un support de liaison (15), portant les axes (14) des éléments de renvoi (6), et d'un bras porteur (16) solidaire de ce support de liaison.
16. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des re-- vendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas de parois incurvées (2), l'élément de soutien (9) est adaptable aux courbures de la paroi.
17. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce que la largeur et/ou la longueur de la surface de soutien (5), et éventuellement de l'élément de soutien (9), sont modifiables.
18. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs surfaces de soutien (5) jouant le rôle de coffrage sont disposées l'une derrière l'autre.
19. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisé en ce que la surface de soutien (5) comprend une surface (18) d'orientation du mélange, qui s'étend suivant la direction (17) de déplacement de cette surface de soutien, mais s'éloigne de la couche (1) déjà appliquée par projection, en formant une sorte de cuvette réceptrice pour le mélange à appliquer par projection.
