- the installation includes a track, or route, 1 on which the wagons 2 move in a closed circuit which passes through the drying oven 3 and the baking oven 4 to return to the oven 3 by crossing a zone 5 successively comprising a station 7 in which the removal of the cooked products and the unstacking of the supports, and a station 6 in which the stacking of the supports takes place.
- This scheme is designed to meet the handling needs of an installation in which raw and green products, once formed, are placed on ceramic supports (or other refractory material) capable of meeting both the conditions of drying in the oven 3 and the cuisosn in the oven 4, for example a support of the type shown in FIG. 2, comprising a perforated hearth 8 on which the raw product or products are deposited without contact with each other and side walls 9 allowing stacking without contact of the products with neighboring supports, and ensuring the descent of the stacking load.
