Claims (5)

1. Einrichtung zum Regeln der Spannung eines Fadens auf einer Textilmaschine bei verschiedenen Umwandlungs-Arbeitsgängen, denen der Faden während seiner Herstellung ausgesetzt ist, bestehend aus Paaren von Federtellern, zwischen denen der Faden läuft, und die auf einer von einer drehbaren Welle angetriebenen Nabe befestigt sind, wobei
- zwei Paare von Federtellern (3, 4) und (5, 6) auf beiden Seiten eines, zylindrischen Spurteils (11) befestigt sind, das drehstarr mit den Federtellern verbunden ist und dessen Durchmesser (D) mindestens ebenso groß wie der Durchmesser (d1) der Kontakte zwischen den Federtellern ist, wobei der Faden beim Einschießen in Berührung mit dem zentralen zylindrischen Spurteil (11) ist und nach Vollzug des Einschießens auf die seitliche Spur zurückgetrieben wird, die von beiden Paaren der Federteller (3, 4), (5, 6) gebildet wird, um ihn nach dem Einschießen in normale Arbeitsbedingungen zu bringen ;
- zwei Schrauben (9, 10) die beiden Paare von Federtellern (3, 4), (5; 6) gegeneinander halten, um ihren Druck verändern zu können und damit die dem Faden aufgegebene Spannung einzustellen.
2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zentrale zylindrische Spurteil (11) durch ein zwischen den zwei Naben (7, 8) befindliches Teil gebildet und über Schrauben (12, -13) gehalten wird, daß der Antrieb der Motorwelle (1) über eine Verbindungsstelle (14) übertragen wird, und daß das Spurteil (11) einen Durchmesser (D) aufweist, der größer als der Außendurchmesser (d,) der Federteller (3, 4), (5, 6) ist und zwei umlaufende Randwülste aufweist, die eine Führung des Fadens oder der Fäden während des Arbeitsganges des Einschießens gewährleisten.

Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zentrale zylindrische Spurteil (11) an der Nabe selbst und mit dieser einstückig ausgebildet ist, daß sein Außendurchmessser (D) kleiner ist als der Durchmesser (dz) von seitlichen Randwülsten der Federteller (3, 4), (5, 6), die demzufolge die Positionierung und Halterung des Fadens oder der Fäden gewährleisten, wenn sie in Berührung mit dem zentralen Spurteil (11) sind und als Rampe dienen, um den Faden oder die Fäden zwischen die Federteller (3, 4), (5, 6) nach dem Einschießen zu überführen.

Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie die Behandlung zweier Fäden in benachbarter Position gestattet, wobei das zentrale zylindrische Spurteil (11) beim Einschießen benutzt wird und beide Fäden, nachdem sie auf den Weg gebracht wurden, auf den zwei seitlichen Spuren zurückgetrieben werden, die von den Paaren von Federtellern (3, 4), (5, 6) gebildet werden.
5. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eingesetzt wird, um zwei aufeinanderfolgende Entspannungs-Arbeitsgänge auf dem Weg ein- und desselben Fadens zu gewährleisten.
