Description

La fabrication des fils destinés au tissage, tricotage... qu'ils soient d'origine naturelle, artificielle ou synthétique implique un certain nombre d'opérations (torsion, étirage, traitement thermique..) au cours desquelles la matière doit être maintenue sous une tension bien déterminée. Par ailleurs, il est parfois nécessaire de faire varier la tension du fil au cours de son traitement, par exemple de diminuer cette tension en amont de l'organe de bobinage car il est bien connu que lorsque l'on bobine un fil à l'état fortement tendu et sans précaution particulière, on obtient des bobines très dures, dont le dévidage est pratiquement impossible. Pour ce faire, ainsi que cela ressort notamment du brevet français 2 268 884, on dispose, entre le dernier barbin et le guide fil de l'organe de bobinage, un dispositif dénommé « détendeur de fil ou « délivreur de survitesse » qui permet un entraînement du fil par glissement et appelle celui-ci à une vitesse supérieure au défilement normal. Un tel dispositif permet, en fonction des variations de la vitesse d'appel du fil, d'obtenir automatiquement une auto-régulation de la tension en sortie du délivreur, cette tension étant maintenue à une valeur très faible. Il est utilisé, non seulement dans les installations permettant de communiquer une torsion au fil et comportant une broche double torsion (FR-A-2 268 884) mais également, dans des installations impliquant plusieurs traitements, effectués soit simultanément soit en continu, tels que par exemple des installations de retordage à simple ou double torsion dans lesquelles les fils subissent un traitement thermique avant renvidage (FR-A-2430991, US-A-3 525 205..). Les détendeurs de fils proposés à ce jour se présentent d'une manière générale sous la-forme d'un dispositif rotatif constitué par deux coupelles entre lesquelles passe le fil. Claims (5)

1. Device for regulating the tension of a thread on a textile machine through the different transformation operations to which said thread is subjected during its manufacture, said device comprising pairs of cups between which passes the thread and which are mounted on a hub driven by a rotary shaft device wherein :
- two pairs of cups (3, 4) and (5, 6) are mounted on either side of a cylindrical track (11) which is fast in rotation with said cups, said track having a diameter D at least equal to the diameter d1 of the circle of contact between the cups, and said thread being, while thrown, in contact with the central cylindrical track (11), and after throwing, pushed back onto the side tracks constituted by each pair of cups (3,4), (5, 6) in order to be placed in the normal working conditions after throwing ;
- two nuts (9, 10) hold each pair of cups (3, 4), (5, 6) one against the other enable a variation of their pressure, hence an adjustment of the tension which is communicated to the thread.
2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the central cylindrical track (11) is constituted by a part interposed between the two hubs (7, 8) and is held in position by screws (12, 13), the drive through the driving shaft (1) being transmitted via a joint (14), said track (11) having a diameter D which is greater than the outer diameter d1 of the cups (3, 4), (5, 6) and comprising two peripheral flanges for supporting the thread or threads during the throwing operation.

Device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the central track (11) is formed in the hub proper, forming an integral part thereof, and its outer diameter D is less than the diameter d2 of the lateral rims of the cups (3, 4), (5, 6), thus ensuring the positioning and support of the thread or threads when these are in contact with said central track (11) and acting as a ramp for transferring the thread or threads between the . cups (3, 4), (5, 6) after the throwing operation.
4. Device according one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it is possible with said device to treat two threads in two adjacent positions, the central cylindrical track (11) being used for throwing the thread, and each thread being pushed back on the two side tracks constituted by the pairs of cups (3, 4), (5, 6) after the start of the operation.
