Claims (5)
- System zur Behandlung von Garnen für Teppiche, insbesondere eine Vorrichtung zur Führung einer Litze (1) aus mindestens zwei Garnen auf eine Transportstruktur, wobei die Vorrichtung zur Führung einer Litze (1) einen Mechanismus (2) zur Erzeugung von Falschdrähten der mindestens zwei Garne der Litze (1) zueinander verwendet, wobei die Vorrichtung zur Führung einer Litze (1) vor einem Mechanismus zur Ablage der Litze (1) auf eine Transportstruktur angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mechanismus (2) zur Erzeugung von Falschdrähten umfasst:- eine Scheibe (3) mit durchgehenden Bohrungen (3a), derart dass verschiedene Garne der Litze (1) in der Lage sind, die Scheibe (3) in entsprechenden Bohrungen zu durchqueren, wobei die Scheibe (3) dafür angeordnet ist, eine schwingende Drehbewegung um eine zur Scheibe (3) senkrechte Achse auszuführen,- eine die Scheibe (3) tragende Struktur (4), die mit einem Gehäuse verbunden und dafür angeordnet ist, die Scheibe (3) an mindestens einem Teil ihres Umfangs zu tragen, wobei die Scheibe (3) relativ zur Tragestruktur (4) um eine zur Scheibe (3) senkrechte Achse drehbar angebracht ist,- einen Motor (5) zum Antrieb der Scheibe (3) zu Drehschwingungen, der Drehschwingungen um mindestens eine vollständige Umdrehung der Scheibe (3) in entgegengesetzten Richtungen bewirkt.
- System zur Behandlung von Garnen für Teppiche nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (3) auf der Tragestruktur (4) über ein Kugellager (6) drehbar montiert ist, wobei die Tragestruktur (4) die Scheibe (3) über ihren gesamten Umfang umgibt.
- System zur Behandlung von Garnen für Teppiche nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übertragung der Drehschwingungsbewegung vom Antriebsmotor (5) auf die drehbare Scheibe (3) mindestens einen eventuell gezahnten Treibriemen verwendet.
- System zur Behandlung von Garnen für Teppiche nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Vorrichtung zur Führung einer Litze (1) zwischen einem Mechanismus zur Zufuhr von Garn oder Litze (1) und einem Mechanismus zur Ablage der Litze (1) auf eine Transportstruktur angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zur Führung einer Litze (1) aus mindestens zwei Garnen auf eine Transportstruktur, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens einen Schritt der Erzeugung mindestens eines Falschdrahts der Litze (1) mit Hilfe eines Systems zur Behandlung von Garnen für Teppiche nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 4 vor dem Schritt der Ablage der Litze (1) auf die Transportstruktur umfasst.
