Sodann wird die Kupplungsschwinge auch um einen dem Drehverstellhub der beiden Nußteile entsprechenden Weg vertikal verstellt. Bei diesem vorbekannten Fallen-Panikschloß besteht der Nachteil, daß die Kupplungsnase im eingerücktem Zustand zwischen dem innerem und äußeren Nußteil zangenartig gequetscht und daher beschädigt werden kann, dann nämlich, wenn bei hochgehaltener Innenhandhabe die Außenhandhabe heruntergedrückt wird. Die dadurch bedingte Quetschung der Kupplungsnase kann leicht dazu führen, daß ein ordnungsgemäßer Eingriff zwischen innerem und äußerem Nußteil nicht mehr gewährleistet ist, was insbesondere auch deswegen leicht eintreten kann, weil hier die Kupplungsnase zusammen mit der Kupplungsschwinge im Kupplungsfalle nur eine lineare Bewegung vollführt und daher umso leichter außer Eingriff mit den beiden sich drehenden Mitnehmernocken an den beiden Nußteilen kommt.In a case-panic lock of the above type known from DE-U-82 16 056, the latch driver arm acting on the latch drop shaft is part of the inner nut part, which in turn is to be coupled to the outer nut part via the coupling lug to be engaged. Diese Aufgabe wird erfimdungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß zwischen innerem und äußerem Nußteil ein drittes, nämlich mittleres Nußteil drehbeweglich angeordnet ist, das den Fallen-Mitnehmerarm trägt, mit dem äußeren Nußteil über die einzurückende Kupplungsnase und mit dem inneren Nußteil über Mitnehmernocken auf Drehmitnahme zu verbinden ist. Hierdurch kommt man also zu einer dreiteiligen Schloßnuß, bei der die Betätigung der Schloßfalle immer nur über den mit dem Fallen-Mitnehmerarm versehenen mittleren Nußteil erfolgt und die Drehverstellbewegungen des äußeren und des innneren Nußteils gänzlich unabhängig voneinander erfolgen. Schließlich ist am Nußteil 13 noch ein Bolzen 13v befestigt, an dem die Rückstellfeder 18 angreift, die mit ihrem anderen Ende am gehäusefestem Bolzen 19 engehängt ist. Diese dient nicht nur der drehzentrierten Lagerung der beiden Nußteile 13 und 14, sondern zugleich auch als mit einer Innenbohrung 17' versehene Durchsteckbegrenzungsscheibe für die in die Vierkantöffnungen 12"' bzw. 14v des äußeren und inneren Nußteils 14 einzusteckenden Drückerdorne, die die Außen- bzw. Innenhandhabe bilden. Der weiter oben schon erwähnte Mitnehmernocken 14' sitzt seitlich auf dem am inneren Nußteil 14 vorhandenen Betätigungsnocken 14vi für den um den gehäusefesten Bolzen 20 schwenkbeweglich gelagerten Panikhebel 21, der im Einzelnen in Fig. 9 dargestellt ist und eine entsprechende Bohrung 21' für den Lagerbolzen 20 sowie eine Mitnehmernase 21" für den darin angreifenden Betätigungsnocken 14VI des inneren Nußteils 14 besitzt. Latch-type emergency lock, especially for tubular frame doors, comprising an outer follower (12) rotationally movable by an outer handle, an inner follower (14) rotationally movable by an inner handle and arranged coaxially with respect to the outer follower, and a latch-control arm (13"') which engages with the lock latch pin (4') and which is permanently actuatable by the inner follower (14) in the sense of entraining the latch, while on the other hand said latch-control arm is displaceable by the outer follower (12) only by way of the engagement of a coupling nose (32') which is provided on a coupling rocker arm (32) which is vertically displaceable and is pivotally movable by a key-actuatable check device, characterised in that between the inner and outer followers (14 and 12) there is provided a third, middle follower (13) which is rotatably movable and which carries the latch-control arm (13"'), with the outer follower (12) being connected to the middle follower for rotary entrainment by means of the engageable coupling nose (32') and with the inner follower (14) being connected to the middle follower for rotary entrainment by means of entraining cams (13", 14').
2. Latch-type emergency lock in accordance with claim 1, characterised in that a restoring spring (18) engages with the middle follower (13).
3. Latch-type emergency lock in accordance with claim 2, characterised in that the restoring spring (18) engages with a pin (13v) on the middle follower (13), with connecting rods leading to other lock latches being couplable to said pin.
4. Latch-type emergency lock in accordance with any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that in the middle follower (13) there is provided an entrainment window (13'V) for the coupling nose (32') which engages therethrough, said coupling nose being angled backwards on the coupling rocker arm (32) which lies in front of the middle follower (13), and said coupling nose, in the engaged state, projecting into the path of movement behind the middle follower (13) of an entraining cam (12v) provided on the outer follower (12).
5. Latch-type emergency lock in accordance with any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the middle follower (13) is provided with a bearing bore (13') and with a bearing disc (17) which sits freely therein and which additionally serves as a penetration limiting stop, said bearing disc having a cylindrical portion which projects over the flat side of the middle follower (13) adjacent to the inner follower (14) and which bears in a bearing recess (14'V) provided concentrically on the inner side of the inner follower (14).
6. Latch-type emergency lock in accordance with any one of claims 1 to 5, whose key-actuated check device comprises a sliding bolt (24) held by a keeper plate (25) and an operating bolt (26) which is movable partly in common with the sliding bolt, said operating bolt, and also the sliding bolt (24), having closure cam recesses (26" and 24") for the key actuation, but beyond that the operating bolt being actuated by means of a pivotally movable emergency lever (21) and by the inner follower (14) in the sense to move the sliding bolt inwardly, characterised in that the coupling rocker arm (32) is pivoted by means of an entraining pin (24V) which is provided on the sliding bolt (24).
7. Latch-type emergency lock in accordance with claim 6, characterised in that the entraining pin (24VI) provided on the sliding bolt (24) projects through an entraining slot (26"') provided in the sliding bolt (26) and projects into an entrainment window (33) provided at the free end of the coupling rocker arm (32) positioned in front of it.
