Definitions
- the invention relates to a locking device for a door, a window or the like.
- a main lock box With a main lock box, at least one additional lock box and at least one connecting rod connecting the additional lock box with the main lock box.
- a connecting rod lock which is connected to a central lock via a connecting rod.
- This connecting rod connects the two latches of the two locks.
- a door can be connected to the striking plate on the door frame not only in the middle but also in the area of its corners.
- the latches are activated via the striking plate inserted so that the door can assume its closed position.
- the latch of the middle lock is actuated and withdrawn via a handle or a locking cylinder, this movement being transmitted via the connecting rod to the latch of the connecting rod lock, so that this latch is also pushed back.
- the drive rod is always moved during the insertion movement of the trap. This leads to a stiff trap and malfunctions.
- EP 431 369 A2 discloses a mortise lock with a latch bolt.
- This latch bolt has, in addition to the task of a conventional bolt, the task of additionally locking the door, which is brought about by the fact that the latch bolt automatically changes from a latch position to a latch position after the door is closed, in which it is pushed further out of the mortise lock than engages in the latch position and thus far into the striking plate on the door frame side.
- Such a latch bolt can usually no longer be pushed back by inserting a tool into the slot between the door and the door frame. A door with such a latch bolt is automatically locked after closing.
- the invention has for its object to provide a locking device with additional lock boxes with which the door has a better resistance against burglary and also to improve the trap function.
- the additional locking box has a freely retractable latch bolt, the latch bolt being pushed into its locking position by a spring and / or by a gear beyond the normal latch position.
- the advantage is achieved that the door can be held and locked outside the center, ie at least in the area of a corner above the latch bolt. If a door equipped with the locking device according to the invention falls into the lock, the latch bolt is first pushed back over the striking plate on the door frame, thereby enabling the door to be closed. If the door is in the closed position, the latch bolt is pushed out of the additional lock box and goes beyond its latch position into a locking position. In this position, the latch bolt cannot be pushed back, for example by inserting a flat tool into the gap between the door and the door frame. A door locked in this way offers a high level of burglary resistance.
- the latch bolt is held in the latch position by a locking element when the door is open, so that the door can be closed without further ado. Only when the door is in its closed position does the locking element release the latch bolt so that it can emerge from the additional locking box by about a further 10 mm to 15 mm beyond the latch position and can engage in the striking plate on the door frame side.
- the latch bolt is released automatically by the locking element when the door is in its closed position, since the locking element is then pushed into the release position by the striking plate on the door frame side. The automatic opening of the latch bolt is triggered by the striking plate.
- the locking element is pivotally mounted in the latch bolt in a normal plane lying to the pivot axis of the door.
- the locking element thus has a pivot axis parallel to the pivot axis of the door, so that it can dodge when striking the striking plate. In the rest position, the locking element partially projects beyond the contour of the latch bolt.
- the locking element is preferably pushed in the extension direction by means of a spring-loaded lever. From this extension direction, in which the locking element projects beyond the contour of the latch bolt, the locking element can move into a position against the force of the spring-loaded lever the contour of the latch bolt are inserted, and is therefore ineffective.
- the latch bolt is pushed into the latch and locking position via the locking element.
- the spring-loaded lever which pushes the locking element in the extension direction, causes the latch bolt to be extended in its latch position even when the door is open and in its locking position when the door is closed.
- the latch bolt preferably has a projection on its side opposite the run-up slope and in the region of the latch tail, on which a latch reset lever engages.
- the latch bolt is withdrawn either from its locking position or from its latch position via this latch return lever in order to allow the door to be opened.
- the latch return lever is connected to the drive rod in such a way that it is carried by the drive rod when the drive rod is actuated in the closing position. When moving to this closing position, the latch return lever pulls the latch bolt fully into the additional lock case.
- Additional lock boxes can be connected to the main lock box via the drive rod, so that the individual latch bolts of the additional lock boxes are synchronized via the Driving rod can be inserted into the respective lock box.
- the use of several lock boxes above the height of the door also prevents the door from warping and also reduces the risk of break-in.
- the latch return lever is preferably pivoted by the latch when the door is closed and the latch bolt is pushed in, and is decoupled from the drive rod.
- the drive rod is not actuated.
- the latch return lever is preferably pivotally mounted about an axis perpendicular to the plane of the door leaf. In this way, the latch return lever converts the pushing force when the drive rod is moved in a direction parallel to the pivot axis of the door into an orthogonal pushing force lying in the door leaf plane, with which the latch bolt can be drawn into the additional lock case.
- a latch locking lever acts on the latch bolt, which latches the latch bolt in the locking position when the latch bolt is fully extended.
- This latch lock lever prevents the latch bolt located in the locked position, for example using a tool which is inserted between the door and the door frame or even if the door frame is damaged and the latch bolt is exposed, it can be pushed into the additional lock case.
- a further development provides that the latch locking lever engages behind the latch bolt or a projection of the latch bolt with a latch blocking edge in the locking position. As soon as the latch bolt assumes its locking position, the latch locking lever is shifted so that its latch locking edge secures the latch bolt in the locking position. The latch bolt can only be moved if the rear grip of the latch locking edge of the latch locking lever is released.
- a particularly preferred embodiment provides that the latch return lever has a nose which lifts the latch locking lever out of its latch locking position when the latch reset lever is actuated by means of the drive rod and releases the latch bolt for retraction.
- the latch lock lever can be pivoted about an axis perpendicular to the door leaf.
- the latch lock lever is connected to a spring urging it into the locking position, in particular a leg spring. This has the consequence that when the latch bolt is fully extended, the latch locking lever automatically assumes the locking position and locks the latch bolt against being pushed back.
- the above-mentioned object is also achieved with a variant of the invention, which can also be a further development of the above-mentioned invention, the locking device being developed in such a way that the additional locking box has a latch bolt and the latch bolt via the first Driving rod from a latch position into a locking position and back and can be brought from the latch position into a retracted position via a second connecting rod.
- the latch bolt is moved into the locking position via the first drive rod after the door has been closed, as a result of which the door is secured against burglary. From this position can the latch bolt can be brought back into the latch position by actuating the first drive rod. In addition, the latch bolt can be completely drawn into the additional lock box via the second drive rod so that the door can be opened. It is considered advantageous that the latch bolt engages with security in the associated striking plate and locks the door when the first drive rod is actuated.
- the latch bolt is supported by a spring acting in the extension direction. Furthermore, the stroke of the latch bolt when extending into the locking position can be increased via the drive rod, whereby greater burglar resistance is achieved.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the latch bolt is not only lockable but also completely retractable into the additional locking box via the first drive rod. This has the advantage that the latchbolt can be moved across the entire work area using a single drive rod.
- the latch bolt can preferably only be retracted via the second drive rod when the latch bolt is in the latch position. If the latch bolt is fully extended, ie if it is in the locked position, the latch bolt is uncoupled from the second drive rod, ie the second drive rod cannot transmit the actuating forces to the latch bolt.
- the first drive rod is preferably operatively connected to a lock cylinder of the main lock case.
- the latch bolt can thus be moved both into the open position and into the locking position via this locking cylinder. If the latch bolt is in the locking position, then in this exemplary embodiment the door can only be unlocked and opened via the locking cylinder. If the latch bolt is in the latch position, it can either be pulled into the lock box using a handle or the locking cylinder. It goes without saying that a button lock, as is usually found in the USA, can also be provided instead of the handle and lock cylinder.
- An exemplary embodiment provides that the latch bolt is connected via a toothing, in particular a toothed rack meshing with a partial ring gear of a drive wheel.
- This drive wheel has the function of moving the latch bolt between its locked position and its fully retracted position.
- the latch bolt and the drive wheel can form a step-up or step-down gear.
- the additional closing box-side end of the first drive rod is preferably connected to the drive wheel by means of two tabs.
- the drive wheel is over the first tab driven. Both tabs are pivotally attached to both the end of the drive rod and the drive wheel.
- the first tab drives the Arite drive wheel in different directions and engages with a pin in an elongated hole of the drive wheel and the second tab engages a slide which is connected to the drive wheel.
- a pin is provided on the slide, which engages in an elongated hole provided on the end of the second bracket remote from the connecting rod.
- the end of the second drive rod on the additional lockbox side engages the drive wheel via a slide which is pivotally attached to the drive wheel.
- the drive wheel can thus be moved in the opening direction via this slide, as a result of which the latch bolt is withdrawn.
- a preferred embodiment provides that the slide for the second tab can be pivoted out of the effective area of the second drive rod. This is the case when the latch bolt has been moved into its locking position via the first drive rod, with the Both tabs rotated the drive wheel in the closing direction and the slider was pivoted out of the effective range of the second drive rod. In this case, the drive wheel can no longer be addressed via the second drive rod, since the operative connection has been interrupted by the pivoting of the slide out of the effective range. Only via the first drive rod can the drive wheel be moved back into the falling position, in which the operative connection between the second drive rod, the slide and the drive wheel is then restored.
- a decoupling of several latchbolts is achieved in that the latchbolt is pushed back when the door is closed and is out of operative connection with the two connecting rods.
- This configuration has the advantage that e.g. by inserting a tool into the gap between the door and the door frame, the latch bolt in the latch position can be pushed back, but this does not automatically push the other latch bolts back.
- the decoupling continues to increase the burglar resistance.
- the latch bolt is designed as a pivot latch bolt.
- the latch bolt is not pushed out linearly from the lock box, but is rotated about a pivot axis, during which it rotates out of the Lock box emerges.
- This swivel latch bolt can be swiveled in accordance with a swivel bolt.
- the latch bolt can preferably be withdrawn electromagnetically. In this way e.g. the door can be opened with an electric door opener, by pulling back all latchbolts simultaneously in a known manner using a magnet.
- the main lock box preferably also has a latch bolt, a bolt and / or a latch.
- the main lock box can also be designed as a panic lock.
- the locking device shown in FIG. 1 and designated overall by 1 consists of a main lock box 2 and two additional lock boxes 3.
- the lock boxes 2 and 3 are fastened to a lock cuff 4.
- the main lock box 2 is closed with a box lid 5 and a follower 6, a lock cylinder 7, a latch 8 and a bolt 9 can be seen.
- the latch 8 is in the latch position so that it can be pressed into the main lock case 2 by a striking plate 33 shown in FIG. 6, which is located on the door frame.
- the bolt 9 is in the closed position.
- the additional lock boxes 3 are also provided with a latch, which are designed as latch bolts 10.
- the latch bolts 10 are also in their latch position and can therefore be pressed into the respective additional locking box 3 by a striking plate 33.
- a drive rod 11 can be seen, which connects the main lock box 2 with the additional lock boxes 3.
- the case cover 5 has been removed, so that the lock mechanism can be seen.
- the change 12 that can be actuated by the locking cylinder 7 is via a Bolt 13 engages on a slide 14 of an arm 15 of a control nut 16, recognizable.
- the slide 14 acts on a sliding stop 17 which is attached to a control plate 18.
- the drive rod 11 is suspended at 19.
- the control nut disk 16 has a further arm 20 which bears on a latch foot 21 of the latch 8.
- the switch 12 is actuated via the lock cylinder 7 and the control nut 16 is actuated in the clockwise direction, then the latch 8 is drawn into the main lock case 2 via the arm 20 and the latch foot 21.
- this can also be done in that the follower 6 is actuated in the clockwise direction by means of a lever (not shown), the follower 6 driving the control nut disk 16 in its rotational movement.
- the lock cylinder 7 or the follower 6 is actuated, the slide 14 and, via this, the control plate 18 are displaced, as a result of which the drive rod 11 is actuated.
- the auxiliary lock box 3 according to FIG. 3 is connected to this drive rod 11.
- the latch bolt 10 is displaceably mounted in the direction of the cutting line.
- This latch bolt 10 is in FIGS. 3 and 4 in the latch position in which the latch bolt 10 with its run-up slope 22 (FIG. 4) projects beyond the lock cuff 4.
- the latch bolt 10 is provided with a groove 23 running in its longitudinal direction and open on one side.
- this groove 23 there is a locking element 24 which is pivotably mounted in the groove 23 about a clamping sleeve 25 and thus in the latch bolt 10.
- This locking element is provided with a locking nose 26 and a trigger nose 27.
- the locking lug 26 engages behind the lock cuff 4 and prevents the spring bolt 10, which is under spring force, from being pushed out further.
- This spring force is applied by a latch extension spring 28 (FIG. 3) which is pushed onto a spring guide pin 29 and is supported on the one hand on the inner wall of the housing of the additional locking box 3 and on the other hand on a latch extension lever 30.
- This latch extension lever 30 is pivotally mounted in a bearing 31. The end of the latch extension lever 30 opposite the bearing 31 engages the end of the locking element 24 opposite the release nose 27 and urges it under the force of the latch extension spring 28 in the direction of extension. Since the locking element 24 is connected to the latch bolt 10 via the clamping sleeve 25, this is also pushed in the extension direction.
- the latch bolt 10 When the door is open (not shown), the latch bolt 10 is in the latch position shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, in which a further extension of the rear grip of the locking lug 26 behind the lock cuff 4 is prevented.
- the fully inserted latch bolt 10 is pushed out of the additional lock box 3 via the latch extension lever 30.
- the locking element 24 is simultaneously pivoted counterclockwise around the clamping sleeve 25.
- the trigger nose 27 comes into contact with the edge of the latch opening 32 of the striking plate 33 facing it, as a result of which the blocking element 24 counteracts the Swiveling moment is inserted into the groove 23 so far that the locking lug 26 can slide past the lock cuff 4. In this way, locking of the latch bolt 10 in the latch position according to FIG.
- the latch extension lever 30 can bear directly on the latch bolt 10 after pivoting the locking element 24 and extend it into the bolt position.
- the trap tail 34 has a projection 35.
- a latch lock lever 37 is pivotally mounted about a bearing pin 36 and is spring-loaded counterclockwise via a lock lever spring 38 which is designed as a leg spring. If the latch bolt 10 is in the fully extended position according to FIGS. 5 and 6, ie in the bolt position, then a latch locking edge 39 engages behind the projection 35. There may be a small one between the projection 35 and the latch blocking edge 39, as shown in FIG Distance exist, however the latch locking edge 39 engages in the displacement path of the projection 35.
- the latch bolt 10 is now e.g. inserted into the additional locking box 3 by means of a tool or the like, the projection 35 comes to rest on the latch locking edge 39 and a further insertion is prevented. The latch bolt 10 is thus locked in its locking position against being pushed in.

- the latch 109 is in the closed position.
- the additional lock box 103 is also provided with a latch which is designed as a latch bolt 110.
- This latch bolt 110 is also in its latch position and can likewise be pressed into the additional locking box 103 by an associated striking plate.
- a first drive rod 111 and a second drive rod 112 can be seen, which connect the main lock box 102 to the additional lock box 103.
- FIG. 9 shows the locking device 101 according to FIG. 8, here the lever follower 106 has been actuated in the direction of the arrow 113 by means of a lever, not shown, whereby both the latch 108 and the latch bolt 110 have been drawn into the corresponding lock boxes 102 and 103, respectively are.
- FIG. 10 also shows the locking device 101 according to the invention from FIG. 8, both the bolt 109 and the latch bolt 110 having been pre-locked by actuation of the locking cylinder 107.
- the latch bolt 110 takes its place in FIG Lock position and protrudes the latch 108 by about 10 mm to 15 mm.
- the case cover 105 is removed, so that the lock mechanism can be seen.
- This shows the change 114 that can be actuated by the locking cylinder 107 and is connected via a link 115 to a second control plate 116 and to a control nut plate 117.
- the second drive rod 112 is coupled to the second control plate 116 via corresponding drivers 118.
- Parallel to the second control plate 116 is a first control plate 119, to which the first drive rod 111 is coupled via corresponding drivers 120.
- the first control plate 119 is driven via the locking cylinder 107, which is coupled to a gear, for example a planetary gear 121, which is only shown in a hint.
- the bolt 109 can be pushed out of the main lock box 102 via a link 122.
- the change 114 is actuated, which in addition to the second control plate 116 also drives the control nut disk 117.
- An arm 123 engages behind a latch foot 124 and, as shown in FIG. 13, pulls the latch 108 into the main lock case 102.
- the locking cylinder 107 is actuated in the direction of the arrow 125.
- the control nut disk 117 is also displaced in the clockwise direction and the latch 108 is withdrawn. Since the change 114 is articulated on the control nut disc 117, the second control plate 116 and, with this, the second drive rod 112 are also displaced, as described above.
- the auxiliary lock box 103 is connected to this drive rod 112.
- the latch bolt 110 is slidably mounted in the longitudinal direction of the slot via a slot guide 127.
- the latch bolt 110 assumes its latch position in FIG. 14, whereby it protrudes beyond the lock cuff 104 with its ramp (not shown) (corresponding to FIG. 4).
- the latch bolt 110 is received from the force of an extension spring 128 (compression spring), which is supported on the inner wall of the housing of the additional lock box 103 and in a bore 129 receiving the extension spring 128, which is provided on the rear side of the latch bolt 110 Additional lock box 103 crowded.
- a longitudinal side of the latch bolt 110 is designed as a rack 130 over part of its length and engages in a partial ring gear 131 of a drive wheel 132 which is rotatably mounted on a pin 133.

- the free end of the second tab 137 is provided with an elongated hole 140, in which a pin 141 engages.
- This pin 141 is fastened to a slide 142, which in turn is pivotably articulated on a pin 143 on the drive wheel 132. At the free end of this slide 142 engages a driver 144 of the second drive rod 112.
- the latch bolt 110 is in the latched position and essentially projects above the lock cuff 104 with its run-up slope (not shown) (corresponding to FIG. 4).
- the bolt 138 rests on one end of the elongated hole 139 and the slide 142 is supported on the driver 144 with its free end.
- the bolt 109 is pre-locked via the locking cylinder 107, then the first control plate 119 and with it the first drive rod 111 (see FIG. 15) are moved downward in the direction of the arrow 145.
- the Slide 142 is moved out of the effective range of the driver 144 by pivoting the slide 142 counterclockwise about the pin 143.
- the first tab 136 drives the drive wheel 132 after passing through the elongated hole 139, so that it is also rotated counterclockwise about the pin 133.
- This rotary movement causes a partial movement of the latch bolt 110 via the engagement of the partial ring gear 131 in the rack 130.
- the latch bolt 110 now assumes its locking position. In this position of the drive components, a displacement of the second drive rod 112 does not change the position of the drive wheel 132, since the driver 144 and the drive wheel 132 are not operatively connected.
- the rotation of the drive wheel 132 is not hindered by either the first plate 136 or the second plate 137, since the bolt 138 of the free end of the first tab 136 in slot 139 and the pin 141 of the slide 142 in slot 140 of the free end of the second tab 137 can escape.
- FIG. 15 shows the latch bolt 110 in the locked position, in which the latch bolt 110 can be locked against unauthorized insertion by a latch locking lever (not shown) designed in accordance with the embodiment shown in FIG.
- This latch lock lever is then controlled analogously by moving the drive rod 111. This increases the burglar resistance.
- FIG. 17 shows a further embodiment of a main lock box 202 which is designed as a fully panic lock.
- This main lock case 202 also has a follower 206 and a lock cylinder 207.
- An actuating lever 210 which is provided at its free end with a pin 211, is fixed in a rotationally fixed manner on the trigger nut 206.
- This pin 211 engages a control cam 212 which is integrally formed on the control plate 218.
- the control plate 218 has a nose 213 molded onto the edge of the control plate 218 in the direction of a lock cuff 204, which is also shown and is inclined downward. In this way, the control cam 212 is not only inclined in the direction of the lock cuff 204, but also downwards.
- the pin 211 provided at the free end of the actuating lever 210 is pivoted upward in the direction of the arrow 214 and takes the nose 213 of the control plate 218 with it.
- the pin 211 slides along the cam 212 and moves in the direction of the free end of the nose 213. Since the nose 213 is inclined downward, the control plate 218 is additionally displaced by the displacement of the pin 211 in the direction of the free end of the nose 213 in addition to the usual lifting movement over the degree of inclination of the nose 213 raised. In this way, a transmission gear is formed with which the control plate 218 is raised more than the pin 211 of the actuating lever 210.
- the bolt 209 By pivoting the actuating lever 210, which causes a displacement of the control plate 208, the bolt 209, which is connected to the control plate 218 via a pin-slot connection, is closed.
- the pusher follower 206 is also provided with a pusher follower disk 217, which acts on a latch foot 219 of the latch 208 via an arm 216.
- a rotation of the follower 206 in the clockwise direction also causes the latch 208 to be withdrawn via its latch foot 219. If the latch, not shown, is actuated, the pre-latch bolt 209 and the latch 208 are simultaneously moved into their position retracted into the main lock case 202 ( Figure 18).
- the main lock case 202 shown in FIG. 17 thus has a full panic function.
- the latch 208 When the trigger is released, the latch 208 is pushed into its latched position via the latch eject spring 220, as shown in FIG. 19, whereas the latch 209 remains in its closed position since the control plate 218 remains in the upwardly displaced position and only the pin 211 lifts off the control curve 212 and assumes its rest position shown in FIG. 17.
- the main lock box 202 can be provided, as in the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 11, a further control plate 220 which extends parallel to the control plate 218.
- This second control plate is then also connected to the change 215 via a handlebar (not shown).
- Second drive rods corresponding to the exemplary embodiment in FIG. 11, can be coupled to the second control plate.
- the control plate 218 is provided on the side facing away from the lock cuff 204 with a toothing 221 which engages in a gearwheel 222 of the planetary gear, which is only indicated in the illustration. If the gearwheel 222 is rotated via the locking cylinder 207 and the planetary gear, then the control plate 218 is displaced via the toothing 221 meshing with the gearwheel 222. Likewise, when the control plate 218 is displaced, the gearwheel 222 meshing with the toothing 221 and via this the planetary gear and thus the locking cylinder 207 are reset.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a locking device for a door, a window or the like. With a main lock box, at least one additional lock box and at least one connecting rod connecting the additional lock box with the main lock box.
From DE 35 05 379 C1 a connecting rod lock has become known which is connected to a central lock via a connecting rod. This connecting rod connects the two latches of the two locks. In this way, a door can be connected to the striking plate on the door frame not only in the middle but also in the area of its corners. When the door is closed, the latches are activated via the striking plate inserted so that the door can assume its closed position. To open the door, the latch of the middle lock is actuated and withdrawn via a handle or a locking cylinder, this movement being transmitted via the connecting rod to the latch of the connecting rod lock, so that this latch is also pushed back. It is disadvantageous that the drive rod is always moved during the insertion movement of the trap. This leads to a stiff trap and malfunctions.
This latch bolt has, in addition to the task of a conventional bolt, the task of additionally locking the door, which is brought about by the fact that the latch bolt automatically changes from a latch position to a latch position after the door is closed, in which it is pushed further out of the mortise lock than engages in the latch position and thus far into the striking plate on the door frame side. Such a latch bolt can usually no longer be pushed back by inserting a tool into the slot between the door and the door frame. A door with such a latch bolt is automatically locked after closing.
The invention has for its object to provide a locking device with additional lock boxes with which the door has a better resistance against burglary and also to improve the trap function.
This object is achieved in that in the locking device of the type mentioned, the additional locking box has a freely retractable latch bolt, the latch bolt being pushed into its locking position by a spring and / or by a gear beyond the normal latch position.
With the locking device according to the invention the advantage is achieved that the door can be held and locked outside the center, ie at least in the area of a corner above the latch bolt.
It is particularly noteworthy that the latch bolt is held in the latch position by a locking element when the door is open, so that the door can be closed without further ado. Only when the door is in its closed position does the locking element release the latch bolt so that it can emerge from the additional locking box by about a further 10 mm to 15 mm beyond the latch position and can engage in the striking plate on the door frame side. The latch bolt is released automatically by the locking element when the door is in its closed position, since the locking element is then pushed into the release position by the striking plate on the door frame side. The automatic opening of the latch bolt is triggered by the striking plate.
In a further development it is provided that the locking element is pivotally mounted in the latch bolt in a normal plane lying to the pivot axis of the door. The locking element thus has a pivot axis parallel to the pivot axis of the door, so that it can dodge when striking the striking plate. In the rest position, the locking element partially projects beyond the contour of the latch bolt.
The locking element is preferably pushed in the extension direction by means of a spring-loaded lever. From this extension direction, in which the locking element projects beyond the contour of the latch bolt, the locking element can move into a position against the force of the spring-loaded lever the contour of the latch bolt are inserted, and is therefore ineffective.
In one embodiment it is therefore provided that the latch bolt is pushed into the latch and locking position via the locking element. The spring-loaded lever, which pushes the locking element in the extension direction, causes the latch bolt to be extended in its latch position even when the door is open and in its locking position when the door is closed.
The latch bolt preferably has a projection on its side opposite the run-up slope and in the region of the latch tail, on which a latch reset lever engages. The latch bolt is withdrawn either from its locking position or from its latch position via this latch return lever in order to allow the door to be opened. The latch return lever is connected to the drive rod in such a way that it is carried by the drive rod when the drive rod is actuated in the closing position. When moving to this closing position, the latch return lever pulls the latch bolt fully into the additional lock case.
Several additional lock boxes can be connected to the main lock box via the drive rod, so that the individual latch bolts of the additional lock boxes are synchronized via the Driving rod can be inserted into the respective lock box. The use of several lock boxes above the height of the door also prevents the door from warping and also reduces the risk of break-in.
The latch return lever is preferably pivoted by the latch when the door is closed and the latch bolt is pushed in, and is decoupled from the drive rod. When the door is closed, only the latch bolt is inserted, but the drive rod is not actuated.
The latch return lever is preferably pivotally mounted about an axis perpendicular to the plane of the door leaf. In this way, the latch return lever converts the pushing force when the drive rod is moved in a direction parallel to the pivot axis of the door into an orthogonal pushing force lying in the door leaf plane, with which the latch bolt can be drawn into the additional lock case.
According to a preferred exemplary embodiment, a latch locking lever acts on the latch bolt, which latches the latch bolt in the locking position when the latch bolt is fully extended. This latch lock lever prevents the latch bolt located in the locked position, for example using a tool which is inserted between the door and the door frame or even if the door frame is damaged and the latch bolt is exposed, it can be pushed into the additional lock case.
A further development provides that the latch locking lever engages behind the latch bolt or a projection of the latch bolt with a latch blocking edge in the locking position. As soon as the latch bolt assumes its locking position, the latch locking lever is shifted so that its latch locking edge secures the latch bolt in the locking position. The latch bolt can only be moved if the rear grip of the latch locking edge of the latch locking lever is released.
A particularly preferred embodiment provides that the latch return lever has a nose which lifts the latch locking lever out of its latch locking position when the latch reset lever is actuated by means of the drive rod and releases the latch bolt for retraction.
So is the latch bolt in its locking position and is secured in this position by the latch lock lever, then the latch return lever with which the latch bolt is pushed back into the additional lock box, and the The latch lock lever must be lifted out of its locked position before the latch bolt is pulled back.
The latch lock lever can be pivoted about an axis perpendicular to the door leaf. In addition, the latch lock lever is connected to a spring urging it into the locking position, in particular a leg spring. This has the consequence that when the latch bolt is fully extended, the latch locking lever automatically assumes the locking position and locks the latch bolt against being pushed back.
The above-mentioned object is also achieved with a variant of the invention, which can also be a further development of the above-mentioned invention, the locking device being developed in such a way that the additional locking box has a latch bolt and the latch bolt via the first Driving rod from a latch position into a locking position and back and can be brought from the latch position into a retracted position via a second connecting rod.
In this locking device according to the invention, the latch bolt is moved into the locking position via the first drive rod after the door has been closed, as a result of which the door is secured against burglary. The latch bolt is supported by a spring acting in the extension direction. Furthermore, the stroke of the latch bolt when extending into the locking position can be increased via the drive rod, whereby greater burglar resistance is achieved.
A preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the latch bolt is not only lockable but also completely retractable into the additional locking box via the first drive rod. This has the advantage that the latchbolt can be moved across the entire work area using a single drive rod.
The latch bolt can preferably only be retracted via the second drive rod when the latch bolt is in the latch position. If the latch bolt is fully extended, ie if it is in the locked position, the latch bolt is uncoupled from the second drive rod, ie the second drive rod cannot transmit the actuating forces to the latch bolt.
The first drive rod is preferably operatively connected to a lock cylinder of the main lock case. The latch bolt can thus be moved both into the open position and into the locking position via this locking cylinder.
Untersetzungsgetriebe bilden. An exemplary embodiment provides that the latch bolt is connected via a toothing, in particular a toothed rack meshing with a partial ring gear of a drive wheel. This drive wheel has the function of moving the latch bolt between its locked position and its fully retracted position. The latch bolt and the drive wheel can form a step-up or step-down gear.
The additional closing box-side end of the first drive rod is preferably connected to the drive wheel by means of two tabs. The drive wheel is over the first tab driven. Both tabs are pivotally attached to both the end of the drive rod and the drive wheel. The first tab drives the Arite drive wheel in different directions and engages with a pin in an elongated hole of the drive wheel and the second tab engages a slide which is connected to the drive wheel. A pin is provided on the slide, which engages in an elongated hole provided on the end of the second bracket remote from the connecting rod. In this way, a decoupling of the drive wheel from the first drive rod is made possible, so that when the drive bolt is pushed back, the latch bolt is moved into the additional lock box, the drive wheel is moved, but the first drive rod remains at rest, because of the elongated holes Idle for the first drive rod on the drive wheel has been created.
Preferably the end of the second drive rod on the additional lockbox side engages the drive wheel via a slide which is pivotally attached to the drive wheel. The drive wheel can thus be moved in the opening direction via this slide, as a result of which the latch bolt is withdrawn.
A preferred embodiment provides that the slide for the second tab can be pivoted out of the effective area of the second drive rod.
A decoupling of several latchbolts is achieved in that the latchbolt is pushed back when the door is closed and is out of operative connection with the two connecting rods. This configuration has the advantage that e.g. by inserting a tool into the gap between the door and the door frame, the latch bolt in the latch position can be pushed back, but this does not automatically push the other latch bolts back. The decoupling continues to increase the burglar resistance.
In one embodiment of the invention it is provided that the latch bolt is designed as a pivot latch bolt. In this embodiment, the latch bolt is not pushed out linearly from the lock box, but is rotated about a pivot axis, during which it rotates out of the Lock box emerges. This swivel latch bolt can be swiveled in accordance with a swivel bolt.
The latch bolt can preferably be withdrawn electromagnetically. In this way e.g. the door can be opened with an electric door opener, by pulling back all latchbolts simultaneously in a known manner using a magnet.
The main lock box preferably also has a latch bolt, a bolt and / or a latch. In a further development of the invention, the main lock box can also be designed as a panic lock.

The locking device shown in FIG. 1 and designated overall by 1 consists of a
In the view of the
If the
The
In Figure 4 it can also be seen that the
In the latch position, which is shown in FIG. 4, the locking
In Figure 4 it can be seen that the
When the door is open (not shown), the
Beim Zuschlagen bzw. When the door is slammed or closed, the
If the door is in its closed position and the
In a further embodiment, the
As can be seen from FIG. 5, the
If the
If a
When the door is open and the
When the

The second embodiment of the locking device according to the invention, which is shown in FIG. 8 and is designated overall by 101, which can also be a further development of the locking device described above, consists of a
103 eingezogen worden sind.FIG. 9 shows the
In the view of the

If, as shown in FIG. 12, the
The
A longitudinal side of the
If, as shown in FIG. 10, the
If, starting from the position according to FIG. 14, either the
Fallenriegel 110 in seiner vorgeschlossenen Position. As can be seen from Figure 14, when the
Dadurch wird eine erhöhte Einbruchhemmung erzielt.FIG. 15 shows the
By pivoting the
When the trigger is released, the
In addition to the
The
