Definitions

  • the object of the invention is therefore to provide a stacking device for such a self-service printer, which allows the printed receipts to be held until the printer has finished printing all the data. Depending on the task, it will be a stack of no more than 10 to 20 documents. It is the object of the invention to provide a stacking device for such a special purpose.
  • the invention relates to a device according to claim 1.
  • guide surfaces are provided in the direction of transport in front of the first pair of transport rollers, which limit the stacking space on both sides.
  • two pairs of transport rollers are also provided, which feed the receipts away from the printer and to the stacking space.
  • the pressure rollers of the first and second pairs of transport rollers are controlled in such a way that they are mechanically inevitably brought into operative connection with the drive rollers.
  • the pressure rollers of the first pair of transport rollers are mounted on a common axis above the drive rollers, while the pressure rollers of the second pair of transport rollers are provided below the drive rollers.
  • the axes of the pressure roller pairs are held by a control lever which is part of the control device and which, in its two operative positions, brings either the pressure rollers of the first pair of transport rollers or the pressure rollers of the second pair of transport rollers into the active position.
  • the device according to the invention has the advantage that an effective stacking of the receipts to be issued can be carried out with a very low expenditure of parts and that the printer itself determines when the final issuing of the receipt stack takes place, so that the customer can be sure of the documents on everyone on his Account for movements that have taken place.
  • FIG. 1 reveals, in a container 1, which is arranged under the service printer, a paper stack 2 is provided in fan-fold form, the form web 3 of which is fed to the service printer 4. Under a hood 5, the printer has a paper feed via pin wheels 6 to a printing pad 7. The pin wheels 6 are driven by a motor 8 and a belt 9. The form webs are pressed against the pin wheels by pressure flaps 10.
  • the form webs 3 are fed to the print substrate 7 and the print head 12 via guide parts 11.
  • This print head 12 is arranged on a carriage 13 on two axes 14 and 15 to be transversely displaceable.
  • the print head 12 is preferably a needle print head, but any other matrix print head can also be used.
  • a cutting wheel 16 is provided on the printing carriage 13, which is moved in cooperation with a cutting edge 17 provided on the printing pad 7 when this is necessary and thus cuts off the individual account statements.
  • the document 20 is then fed to a pair of transport rollers 21, the second pair of transport rollers, before being cut off.
  • This pair of transport rollers consists of drive rollers 22 and pressure rollers 23.
  • a sensor 24 determines whether there is a document between the transport rollers 21 and reports the absence of such a document to the electronic parts of the control device, which are not shown in the drawings.
  • the pair of rollers 21 closes.
  • the receipt 20 is then cut off from the form web 3.
  • the pair of transport rollers 21 is closed by the cutting wheel 16 during the cutting process and thus acts as a clamping strip for the form 20.
  • the pair of rollers 20 then transports the document in the direction of the storage space 25.
  • the document 20 After the document 20 has passed the pair of transport rollers 21, it becomes a storage space 25 passed, which is limited by a lower guide plate 26 and two upper guide plates 27 and 28.
  • the guide plate 19 is arranged in relation to the pairs of transport rollers 21 in such a way that the document 20 is deflected upward and then abuts against the guide plate 27 in order to be guided along the guide plates 27 and 28 between the transport rollers 31.
  • An output opening 29 is provided in the housing 5, through which the receipts can be output.
  • This dispensing opening is closed by a swivel flap 30.
  • the first transport rollers 31 are provided, which consist of upper pressure rollers 32 and lower drive rollers 33.
  • the drive rollers 22 are held on an axis 34 between two boards 35 and 36.
  • the pressure rollers 23 are supported by an axis 37, which are held between two control levers 38 and 39 on both sides of the plates 35 and 36.
  • the control levers 38 and 39 belong to the control device 40 as mechanical parts, which also include the corresponding electronic parts in addition to the mechanical part, but which are not shown in the drawings.
  • the two levers 38 and 39 have the task of alternately bringing both the pressure rollers 23 of the second transport rollers 21 and the pressure rollers 32 of the first transport rollers 31 into the active position or out of the active position.
  • the pressure rollers 23 and 32 are made of a material with a high coefficient of friction and a low Shore hardness, so that they can be transported securely in an elastic manner. The wear can be compensated to a certain extent, adjustments are hardly necessary, and noise is also reduced.
  • the pressure rollers 32 of the first transport rollers 31 are also held on an axis 80 between the two control levers 38 and 39.
  • the drive rollers 33 of the first transport rollers 31, like the drive rollers 22 of the second transport rollers 21, are mounted on an axis 52 between the two plates 35 and 36.
  • a motor 41 drives a belt wheel 44 via a pinion 42 and a gear wheel 43, which moves a transport belt 45, which is also guided via a belt wheel 46 which is connected to the axis 34 of the first transport roller 31.
  • the gear 43 and the belt wheel 44 form part with a further pinion 47, which is in engagement with a gear 48.
  • the gear 48 is simultaneously connected to a belt wheel 49, which drives a belt wheel 51 and thus the axis 52 via a belt 50, on which the drive rollers 33 of the first transport rollers 31 are mounted.
  • a frictional engagement is present between the pulley 51 and the axis 52, so that the drive rollers 33 can rotate when the receipts are removed without the motor 41 driving them further. Both the drive rollers 22 and the drive rollers 33 are thus driven by the motor 41.
  • the swivel flap 30 is held between the two control levers 53 and 54.
  • the two control levers 38 and 39 are arranged on a common pivot axis 66, the two control levers 53 and 54 on a common pivot axis 56.
  • the pivot axis 55 acts as a torsion spring, which ensures that the pressure rollers 23 and 32 along their entire length Axles 37 and 80 press against the drive rollers 22 and 33.
  • the control levers 38 and 39 receive their control movement by means of a sensing roller 57, the two control levers 53 and 54 via a sensing roller 58.
  • the sensing rollers 57 and 58 work together with cam disks 59 and 60, which together with other cam disks 61, 62 and 63 on a camshaft 64 are arranged. All of these parts are mechanical components of the control device 40.
  • the control movement is given by a motor 64 which is fastened to the circuit board 35 and which drives a further pinion 68 via a pinion 65 and a gearwheel 66 via a shaft 67, said pinion 68 having a gearwheel 69 is engaged.
  • the gear 71 which is connected to the axis 64 of the cam disks 59 to 63, is driven via a small gear wheel 70.
  • the camshaft 64 not only actuates the two control levers 38 and 54 via the sensing rollers 57 and 58, but also a number of microswitches 72, 73 and 74 which are actuated by the cam disks 61 to 63 and which report the various functional states to the electronics .
  • a sensor 75 can be seen in the vicinity of the swivel flap 30, which actuates a further microswitch 77 via a corresponding linkage 76. This sensor 75 has the task of reporting whether paper is present between the transport rollers 31 or not.
  • FIG. 4 shows the basic position. A number of documents are stacked and clamped between the first transport rollers 31, the swivel flap 30 is lowered so that the documents cannot come out.
  • the pivoting flap 30 also acts as a stop while advancing the document 20. This stop also contains damping springs 78 which are fastened to the swivel flap 30 as leaf springs.
  • the parts take the position according to FIG. 1 a, the second transport rollers 21 are closed, the drive rollers 22 are driven, the document moves between the guide plates 27 and 28 on the one hand and the guide plate 26 on the other hand in the direction of the first transport rollers 31, which are open in this case and against the swivel flap 30, which is closed in this case.
  • Springs 78 dampen the stop of the documents 20 on the swivel flap 30.
  • the control device 40 is moved back into the motor 64 by the motor 64 Basic position according to FIG. 4 returned, ie the stacked documents 20 are clamped between the transport rollers 31 and the transport rollers 21 are opened in order to take up a document again.
  • the transport rollers 21 and 31 retain their position according to FIG. 4, i.e. the position they occupy in the basic position. Only the control lever 54 is raised above the sensing roller 58 so that the receipts can now exit through the dispensing opening, as shown in FIG. 5 shows. At the same time, however, the motor 41 is also energized, so that the drive rollers 33 are driven to a certain extent, i.e. The document stack is advanced to a certain degree. It is then up to the operator to grip and pull out the stack, which is made possible by the frictional engagement between the axle 52 and the pulley 51.
  • the electronics of the control device are given the command to return the arrangement to the basic position according to FIG. 4 attributed, i.e. thus in particular to bring the swivel flap 30 back into its starting position.
