Claims (15)

1. Dispositif de soulèvement et de basculement du couvercle (4) de la cuve (2) d'un four à arc électrique, qui est disposé sur le côté de la cuve et qui comporte un élément porteur (13, 14, 24, 26, 27) susceptible d'être soulevé et abaissé et attaquant directement le bord du couvercle au moins un dispositif de soulèvement étant fixé à un portique tournant (6) disposé à côté de la cuve du four et susceptible de basculer latéralement, et l'élément porteur (13, 14, 24, 26, 27) étant, en la position abaissée (13') séparé du bord du couvercle et pénétrant, lors du soulèvement, dans un oeillet de levage (15, 16) adapté à la forme du support.
2. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas de deux dispositifs de soulèvement, le portique tournant (6) qui est susceptible de basculer latéralement, peut basculer autour d'un axe de basculement vertical se trouvant à l'extérieur de l'axe de symétrie (28) entre les deux éléments porteurs (26, 27).
3. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément porteur (13, 14, 24, 26, 27) comporte, du côté tourné vers le couvercle (4), un palier de butée inférieur (18) et, du côté éloigné du couvercle, un palier de butée supérieur (19) à un niveau plus élevé et les deux paliers de butée s'appliquent, sur des contre-paliers (20, 21) adaptés, lorsque l'élément porteur pénètre dans l'oeillet de levage (15, 16) associé du couvercle (4).
4. Dispositif suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le palier de butée supérieur (19) et le contre-palier (21) associé, sont constitués en surfaces inclinées d'un angle (a) de 5 à 20° par rapport à un plan vertical, dans la position de pénétration de l'organe porteur et alors que le couvercle repose sur la cuve du four
5. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le portique tournant (6) porte au moins une colonne de soulèvement d'un bras porte-électrode (10) du four à arc électrique (1).
6. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément porteur qui est susceptible d'être soulevé et abaissé est constitué sous la forme d'une patte (13, 14) qui peut basculer autour d'un axe de basculement (12) horizontal.
7. Dispositif suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de basculement (12) horizontal est disposé à un niveau qui correspond au niveau compris entre le bord supérieur et le bord inférieur du couvercle (4) reposant sur la cuve du four (2).
8. Dispositif suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de basculement (12) horizontal est disposé à un niveau qui correspond au niveau compris entre le bord supérieur et le bord inférieur de la traversée pour l'électrode ou des traversées pour les électrodes ménagées dans le couvercle (4).
9. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de basculement (12) horizontal peut, pour l'ajustement horizontal de la pénétration de la patte (13, 14) susceptible de basculer dans l'oeillet de levage (15, 16) du couvercle (4), être déplacé dans la direction du couvercle.
10. Dispositif suivant la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de basculement (12) horizontal est monté dans un disque à excentrique ajustable.
11. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu deux pattes basculantes (13, 14) qui sont à distance l'une de l'autre et qui, en vue d'être manoeuvrées en synchronisme, sont reliées rigidement l'une à l'autre par un arbre transversal (29).
12. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément porteur qui est susceptible de se soulever et de s'abaisser est constitué en vérin de levage (24, 26, 27).
13. Dispositif suivant la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le vérin de levage (24) est bloqué en rotation par rapport au portique tournant (6) et par rapport au couvercle (4), lors de la pénétration dans l'oeillet de levage (15) associé.
14. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle est constitué en couvercle (4) à refroidissement par du liquide.
15. Dispositif suivant la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'oeillet de levage est prévu dans un anneau support extérieur (5) du couvercle (4) à refroidissement par du liquide.
