Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Etikettenleiste aus Kunststoff, bestehend aus einem an einem Regal oder dergleichen festlegbaren Befestigungsstreifen und einem sich an die Unterkante des Befestigungsstreifens einstückig anschließenden, am Befestigungsstreifen anliegenden und von diesem zum Einstecken eines Etiketts oder dergleichen elastisch wegbewegbaren durchsichtigen Abdeckstreifen, wobei der obere Rand des Befestigungsstreifens mit einer über den oberen Rand des Abdeckstreifens ragenden, über die gesamte Länge der Etikettenleiste durchgehenden Schutzabdeckung gegen das Eindringen von Fremdkörpern zwischen die beiden Streifen versehen ist und im unteren Bereich des Abdeckstreifens eine längsverlaufende Ablesekante angeformt ist, wobei die Schutzabdeckung des Befestigungsstreifens als Arretierkante und der obere Rand des Abdeckstreifens als mit der Arretierkante einen Schnappverschluß eingehende Rastkante mit Griffkante ausgebildet sind.
  • Eine derartige Etikettenleiste ist in der EP-A-0 158337 als ältere Anmeldung nach Artikel 54(3) ausgegeben.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Etikettenleiste der aufgezeigten Gattung nach dem geltenden Hauptanspruch so auszubilden, daß zusätzlich zu der sichtbaren Aufnahme von Etiketten weitere Anzeigemittel wie Preisschilder, Regalstopper oder dgl. aufgenommen werden können.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Hauptanspruchs gelöst.
  • Durch die Ausbildung der oberen Ränder des Befestigungs- und Abdeckstreifens als schnappend (rastend) ineinanderfassende Arretier- bzw. Rastkanten ist zwischen beiden Streifen eine sichere und ein ungewolltes Lösen verhindernde Verbindung geschaffen worden. Die Öffnung dieser Schnappverbindung ist praktisch nur dem zuständigen Personal bekannt, da auch diese Verbindung nach aussen hin nicht wesentlich in Erscheinung tritt.
  • Somit wird ein unbefugtes Austauschen von Etiketten weitestgehend ausgeschlossen.
  • Weiterhin ist durch diese Rastverbindung auch bei Überdehnung des Abdeckstreifens nach vorn hin und somit Überschreitung seiner zurückgehenden Elastizität immer wieder eine sichere Verbindung zwischen Befestigungs- und Abdeckstreifen gewährleistet.
  • Anhand der Zeichnung wird nachfolgend ein Ausführungsbeispiel gemäss der Erfindung näher erläutert. Es zeigt:
    • Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht einer Etikettenleiste mit rückwärtigem Befestigungsstreifen, und daran einschnappenden, vorderen Abdeckstreifen,
    • Fig. 2 eine Stirnansicht derselben Etikettenleiste mit in strichpunktierten Linien in der vom Befestigungsstreifen wegbewegten Stellung des Abdeckstreifens zum Einbringen eines Etikettes.
  • Die erfindungsgemässe Etikettenleiste besteht aus einem an einem Regal oder dergleichen festlegbaren Befestigungsstreifen 1 und einem sich an die Unterkante des Befestigungsstreifens 1 einstückig anschliessenden Abdeckstreifen 2, der an dem Befestigungsstreifen 1 anliegt und zum Einstecken eines Etiketts oder dergleichen vom Befestigungsstreifen 1 elastisch wegbewegbar ist. Am oberen Rand des Befestigungsstreifens 1 ist eine über den oberen Rand des Abdeckstreifens 2 vorstehende Abdeckung angeformt, die erfindungsgemäss als Arretierkante 3 ausgebildet ist; der obere Rand des Abdeckstreifens 2 ist als angeformte Rastkante 4 ausgeführt, die mit der Arretierkante 3 einen Schnappverschluss ( Rastverschluss) eingeht, in dem sie in und unter die Arretierkante 3 eingreift.
  • Die Arretierkante 3 und die Rastkante 4 fassen formschlüssig ineinander und haben in bevorzugter Weise einen teilkreisbogenförmigen Querschnitt- beide Kanten 3, 4 sind zur Frontseite und nach unten hin abgebogen.
  • Weiterhin ist die Rastkante 4 über die Arretierkante 3 hinaus nach unten verlängert und bildet eine senkrecht nach unten zeigende Griffkante 6.
  • In derverrasteten Stellung liegen die beiden Kanten 3, 4 ineinander und der Abdeckstreifen 2 am Befestigungsstreifen 1 an und zwischen diesen beiden Streifen 1, 2 ist ein Etikett, Preisschild oder dergleichen lagemässig gehalten.
  • Zum Einstecken bzw. zum Auswechseln eines Etiketts wird der Abdeckstreifen 2, der über den untenseitigen Verbindungsbogen 5 elastisch mit dem Befestigungsstreifen 1 verbunden ist, von dem Befestigungsstreifen 1 wegbewegt, in dem man mit den Fingern unter die Griffkante 6 greift und diese nach vorn zieht. Dabei wird die Schnappverbindung zwischen den Kanten 3,4 aufgehoben und die Rastkante 4 rastet aus der Arretierkante 3 heraus. Nun lässt sich in den Spalt zwischen den beiden Streifen 1, ein Etikett einstecken. Danach wird der Abdeckstreifen 2 wieder in Richtung Befestigungsstreifen 1 gedrückt und die Rastkante 4 rastet in die Arretierkante 3 ein, so dass eine sichere Verbindung zwischen beiden Streifen 1, 2 vorhanden ist.
  • Auch bei Überdehnung, das heisst bei zu weitem Abziehen des Abdeckstreifens 2 vom Befestigungsstreifen 1, so dass der Abdeckstreifen 2 nicht mehr durch die Eigenelastizität zurückfedert, ist die volle Funktion der Etikettenleiste gewährleistet, da nämlich der Abdeckstreifen 2 von Hand gegen den Befestigungsstreifen 1 gedrückt werden kann und dann bei beiden Kanten 3, 4 ineinanderrasten und somit die Streifen 1, 2 miteinander verbunden sind.
  • Die Etikettenleiste ist aus Kunststoff einteilig hergestellt, wobei der Abdeckstreifen 2 durchsichtig (glasklar) ist und ein einwandfreies Betrachten und Lesen des Etikettes ermöglicht.
  • Der Befestigungsstreifen 1 besteht aus undurchsichtigem Kunststoff und bildet rückseitig eine Befestigungsfläche 1 a, mit der er an ein Regal angeklebt werden kann oder an der Profile zum Anstecken an ein Regal oder andere Befestigungsmittel vorgesehen sind.
  • Es ist bevorzugt, die Arretierkante 3 und Rast-und Griffkante 4, 6 auf der gesamten Länge der Etikettenleiste ununterbrochen durchlaufend vorzusehen; es besteht jedoch auch die Möglichkeit, die Rast-und Griffkante 4, 6 nur auf einzelnen Teilbereichen der Länge der Etikettenleiste vorzusehen.
  • An den Abdeckstreifen 2 ist untenseitig im Anschluss an den Verbindungsbogen 5 zur Frontseite hin abstehend eine Winkelschiene 7 einstückig angeformt, die mit dem Abdeckstreifen 2 eine nach oben hin geöffnete Einstecknut bildet und deren freie Schienenlängskante eine Lesekante 8 ergibt. Diese Winkelschiene 7 ist entsprechend der Rastkante 4 mit Griffkante 5 im Querschnitt teilbogenförmig ausgebildet.
  • Die Winkelschiene 7 bildet den unteren Teil und die eine nach unten hin geöffnete Einstecknut ergebende Rastkante 4 mit Griffkante 6 bildet den oberen Teil einer frontseitigen Preisschiene, so dass zusätzlich zu der Etikettenaufnahme zwischen den beiden Streifen 1, 2 in der Preisschiene Preisschilder, Regalstopper oder dergleichen eingebracht werden können und dadurch die Etikettenleiste eine doppelte Funktion erfüllt und vielseitig einsetzbar und benutzbar ist.
  • Die bogenförmige, die Rastkante 4 überdeckende Arretierkante 3 bildet eine Schutzabdeckung und verhindert ein Eindringen von Staub oder Schmutz zwischen die beiden Streifen 1, 2.

Claims (2)

1. Etikettenleiste aus Kunststoff, bestehend aus einem an einem Regal oder dergleichen festlegbaren Befestigungsstreifen und einem sich an die Unterkante des Befestigungsstreifens einstückig anschließenden, am Befestigungsstreifen anliegenden und von diesem zum Einstecken eines Etiketts oder dergleichen elastisch wegbewegbaren durchsichtigen Abdeckstreifen, wobei der obere Rand des Befestigungsstreifens mit einer über den oberen Rand des Abdeckstreifens ragenden, über die gesamte Länge der Etikettenleiste durchgehenden Schutzabdeckung gegen das Eindringen von Fremdkörpern zwischen die beiden Streifen versehen ist und im unteren Bereich des Abdeckstreifens eine längsverlaufende Ablesekante angeformt ist, wobei die Schutzabdeckung des Befestigungsstreifens als Arretierkante und der obere Rand des Abdeckstreifens als mit der Arretierkante einen Schnappverschluß eingehende Rastkante mit Griffkante ausgebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Abdeckstreifen (2) untenseitig eine zur Frontseite hin abstehende Winkelschiene (7) einstückig angeformt ist, die mit dem Abdeckstreifen (2) eine nach oben hin geöffnete Einstecknut bildet, deren Längskante nach oben weist, wobei die Winkelschiene (7) den unteren Teil und die eine nach unten offene Einstecknut ergebende Rastkante (4) mit Griffkante (6) den oberen Teil einer frontseitigen Preisschiene zur Aufnahme von Preisschildern, Stoppern oder dergleichen bildet.
2. Etikettenleiste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winkelschiene (7) einen teilbogenförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
