Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Anzeige von Preis- und/oder Produktinformation.
Um den Kunden in Warenhäusern Preis- und/oder Produktinformation bezüglich der angebotenen Waren zu vermitteln, sind an den Regalkanten Schienen vorgesehen, die zur Aufnahme entsprechender Preis- und/oder Informationsschilder dienen. Diese Schienen weisen sowohl im oberen als auch im unteren Bereich in Längsrichtung der Schiene verlaufende Aufnahmeelemente auf. In die beidseitig angeordneten Aufnahmeelemente werden die Preis/Informationsschilder entweder von der Seite her eingeschoben, oder sie lassen sich infolge ihrer Flexibilität von vorne in die Aufnahmeelemente der Schiene einfügen.
Aus der EP 0 452 296 A1 ist eine Preiskassette bekannt geworden, die aus einem Fachkörper und einem Sichtkörper besteht. Der Sichtkörper, der mehrere nebeneinander angeordnete Sichtfächer zur Aufnahme von Ziffern oder anderen Symbolen tragenden Kärtchen aufweist, wird über eine seitliche Öffnung in den Fachkörper eingeschoben, wobei der Fachkörper im montierten Zustand zumindest die Längskanten des Sichtkörpers übergreift. Die Preiskassette wird über eine auf den jeweils verwendeten Kassettentyp abgestimmte Halterung an dem dafür vorgesehenen Gegenstand befestigt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung zur Anzeige von Preis- und/oder Produktinformation vorzuschlagen, die es erlaubt, unterschiedlichste Preiskassetten an einer Schiene, die vorzugsweise an einer Regalkante vorgesehen ist, zu befestigen.
Erfindungsgemäß besteht die Vorrichtung aus einer Schiene, einem Adapter und einer Preiskassette mit Fächern zur Aufnahme von Preis- und/oder Informationsschildern, wobei die Schiene zwei in Längsrichtung verlaufende Aufnahmeelmente aufweist, wobei an zwei gegenüber liegenden Endbereichen des Adapters zwei Einschubelemente vorgesehen sind, die im montierten Zustand in die beiden Aufnahmeelemente der Schiene eingreifen, und wobei der Adapter ein Verbindungselement aufweist, über das die Preiskassette an dem Adapter befestigbar ist. Mittels des auf die Abmessungen der Schiene abgestimmten Adapters läßt sich erfindungsgemäß eine Preiskassette, wie sie z.B. in der o.g. EP 0 452 296 A1 beschrieben ist, an den Schienen befestigen, die üblicherweise bereits an den Kanten von Warenhausregalen angeordnet sind.
Gemäß einer vorteilhaften, da kostengünstigen Weiterbildung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung ist vorgesehen, daß es sich bei den in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Aufnahmelementen um L-förmige und/ oder C-förmige Nuten handelt.
Als besonders günstig ist die folgende Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung anzusehen: zumindest eines der beiden Einschubelemente des Adapters ist in Querrichtung zu den Aufnahmeelementen der Schiene federnd ausgebildet. Insbesondere ist vorgesehen, daß das federnd ausgebildete Einschubelement aus zwei mittig an der Oberkante des Adapters angeordneten Halteelementen besteht, die im nicht-montierten Zustand unter einem spitzen Winkel von der Oberkante des Adapters wegragen und die im montierten Zustand im wesentlichen parallel zur äußeren Querkante des Adapters bzw. zu den in Längsrichtung der Schiene verlaufenden Aufnahmeelementen ausgerichtet sind. Durch die federnde Ausbildung des Einschubelementes wird erreicht, daß der Adapter und damit auch die Preiskassette nicht in der Preisschiene rutscht, sondern in der gewünschten Position in der Schiene arretiert ist. Einfach und kostengünstig läßt sich die Federung des Einschubelementes dadurch erreichen, daß die Einzelteile der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung, insbesondere aber der Adapter, als Spritzgußteile gefertigt sind. Infolge der Elastizität des Kunststoffs wird bei dieser Ausbildung die Federung der angewinkelten Halteelemente automatisch erreicht.
Insbesondere bei Adaptern mit größerer Längenausdehnung ist zwecks Erreichung einer größeren Stabilität ein querverlaufendes Verstärkungselement vorgesehen.
Eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung schlägt vor, daß es sich bei dem Verbindungselement zur Befestigung der Preiskassette an dem Adapter um eine Zunge handelt, die im montierten Zustand der Anzeigevorrichtung in entsprechende Stege, die auf der Rückseite der Preiskassette angeordnet sind, eingreift. Eine derartige Halterung ist bereits in dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster DE 93 00 474 U1 beschrieben. Ebenso wie die zuvorgenannte, aus der EP 452 296 A1 bekannt gewordenen Preiskassette zählt auch die in der DE 93 00 474 U1 beschriebene Halterung zum Offenbarungsgehalt der vorliegenden Erfindung.
Die Erfindung wird anhand der nachfolgenden Figuren näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

    • Fig. 1a zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht einer Schiene 1 und eines Adapters 2 gemäß einer ersten Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung. Die Schiene 1 hat an ihren beiden Längskanten ein C-förmige und/oder L-förmige Aufnahmeelemente 4. Die Öffnungen der beiden Aufnahmeelemente 4 weisen zueinander und dienen zur Aufnahme der beiden Endbereiche des Adapters 2.
    Die untere Kante des Adapters 2 ist als Einschubelement 6 ausgebildet; sie ist derart geformt, daß sie in das untere Aufnahmeelement (4) einpaßbar ist.
    An der oberen Kante des Adapters 2 ist ein federndes Einschubelement 5 angebracht. Es besteht aus zwei Halteelementen 7, die an ihren Enden jeweils einen Zapfen 9 tragen. Die beiden Halteelemente 7 sind mittig an dem Adapter 2 angebracht und bilden im nicht-montierten Zustand mit der Oberkante des Adapters 2 einen spitzen Winkel.
    Infolge der Elastizität des Materials, aus dem die Halteelemente 7 gefertigt sind, lassen sie sich problemlos nach unten drücken, wodurch die beiden Zapfen 9 in die Aufnahmeelmente 4 an der Ober- und Unterkante der Schiene 1 einpaßbar sind. Im montierten Zustand entspannen sich die Halteelemente 7 teilweise und üben einen Preßdruck auf die Innenseiten der Schiene 1 aus. Hierdurch werden sie in einer gewünschten Position arretiert.
    Fig. 1b zeigt den in Figur 1a dargestellten Adapter 2 in Draufsicht. Zusätzlich ist an diesem Adapter 2 noch ein querverlaufendes Verbindungselement 8 vorgesehen, das die Stabilität des Adapters 2 erhöht.
    In Fig. 1c ist die erste Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung gemäß Fig. 1a in perspektivischer Darstellung zu sehen: Die Preiskassette 3 ist über den Adapter 2 an der Schiene 1 befestigt.
    Die Figuren 2a, 2b und 2d zeigen analoge Ausgestaltungen wie die Figuren 1a, 1b und 1c für einen Adapter 2, der zur Einpassung in eine schmalere Schiene 1 geeignet ist. Entsprechende Teile sind in den Figuren mit den gleichen Ziffern gekennzeichnet.
    Fig. 2c zeigt zusätzlich einen Längsschnitt durch die zweite Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung.

    Claims (7)

    1. Vorrichtung zur Anzeige von Preis- und/oder Produktinformation, bestehend aus einer Schiene (1), einem Adapter (2) und einer Preiskassette (3) mit Fächern (10) zur Aufnahme von Preis- und/oder Informationsschildern, wobei die Schiene (1) zwei in Längsrichtung verlaufende Aufnahmeelmente (4) aufweist,
      wobei an zwei gegenüber liegenden Endbereichen des Adapters (2) zwei Einschubelemente (5, 6) vorgesehen sind, die im montierten Zustand in die beiden Aufnahmeelemente (4) der Schiene (1) eingreifen, und
      wobei der Adapter (2) ein Verbindungselement (11) aufweist, über das die Preiskassette (3) an dem Adapter (2) befestigbar ist.
    2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
      wobei es sich bei den in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Aufnahmelementen (4) um L- und/oder C-förmige Nuten handelt.
    3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
      wobei zumindest eines der beiden Einschubelemente (5, 6) des Adapters (2) in Querrichtung zu den Aufnahmeelementen (4) der Schiene (1) federnd ausgebildet ist.
    4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 3,
      wobei das federnd ausgebildete Einschubelement (6) aus zwei Halteelementen (7) besteht, die im nicht-montierten Zustand unter einem spitzen Winkel zur entsprechenden äußeren Querkante des Adapters (2) angeordnet sind und die im montierten Zustand im wesentlichen parallel zur äußeren Querkante des Adapters (2) bzw. zu den in Längsrichtung der Schiene (1) verlaufenden Aufnahmeelementen (4) ausgerichtet sind
    5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 4,
      wobei der Adapter (2) als Spritzgußteil gefertigt ist.
    6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 5,
      wobei im mittleren Bereich des Adapters (2) ein Verstärkungselement (8) vorgesehen ist.
    7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 4, 5 oder 6,
      wobei es sich bei dem Verbindungselement (11) zur Befestigung der Preiskassette (3) an dem Adapter (2) um eine Zunge handelt, die im montierten Zustand der Anzeigevorrichtung in entsprechende Stege, die auf der Rückseite der Preiskassette (3) angeordnet sind, eingreift.
