Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Installationseinheit für Sanitärapparate, insbesondere eine WC-Installationseinheit, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Eine solche Installationseinheit besteht aus einem im allgemeinen einstückigen Gieß- oder Formteil mit darin integrierten Ver- und/oder Entsorgungsleitungen, Steuerarmaturen und evtl. eingeformter bzw. eingebetteter Spülkastenschale. Das Gieß- oder Formteil besitzt im wesentlichen flache Vorder- und Rückwände und weist Befestigungsanschlüsse zum Anbringen des Sanitärapparates auf.
  • Zur bauseitigen Anbringung oder Aufstellung der Installationseinheit sind nach der DE-A- 34 38 647 beispielsweise in einem rückwärtigen Versteifungs- bzw. Befestigungsflansch Langlöcher zum Andübeln an eine bauseitige Wand vorgesehen. Weiterhin ist vorgeschlagen, im Fuß des Gieß- oder Formteils Gewinde zum Anbringen von Fußstützen vorzusehen.
  • Nach der DE-A- 33 09 460 erfolgt die bauseitige Anbringung oder Aufstellung einer Installationseinheit mittels eines an die bauseitige Wand anzuschraubenden Montagebügels, der mit zwei vorstehenden Armen die Seiten des Installationsbausteins umgreift. Befestigungsschrauben sind durch oben offene Vertikalschlitze in den Armen des Montagebügels in Gewindeplatten einschraubbar, die, in der Bausteintiefe verschieblich, in in den Installationsbaustein eingeschäumten Schienen untergebracht sind.
  • Eine weitere Montageart ist in DE-C- 33 27 883 gezeigt. Danach sitzt der Installationsbaustein auf zwei Montagestützen, bestehend je aus einem quergestellten U-Ständer und einer darauf befestigten Vertikalschiene. Die Vertikalschienen sind innerhalb vertikaler seitlicher Vermörtelungsnuten des Installationsbausteins aufgenommen, und ihr Querschnittsprofil ist demjenigen der Vermörtelungsnuten angepaßt.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Anmeldung ist es, weitere Varianten zur bauseitigen Anbringung oder Aufstellung der Installationseinheit aufzuzeigen, die eine problemlose und sichere Verankerung der Installationseinheit ermöglichen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit den Mitteln gelöst, wie sie in den Ansprüchen gekennzeichnet sind.
  • Nach der Erfindung sind in das Gieß- oder Formteil Schlitze eingeformt, passend zu den vorstehenden Armen eines an eine bauseitige Wand zu befestigenden Montagebügels, auf welche Arme die Installationseinheit mit ihren eingeformten Schlitzen aufschiebbar ist. Der Montagebügel erlaubt zweckmäßig durch vertikale Langlöcher eine gewisse Höhen- und Neigungseinstellung der Installationseinheit. Feststeller wie zum Beispiel seitlich durch die Installationseinheit in die Arme des Montagebügels einschraubbare Feststellschrauben sichern die Lage der Installationseinheit auf den Armen des Montagebügels, wobei durch mehr oder minder tiefes Aufschieben der Installationseinheit ein gewünschter Abstand zur bauseitigen Wand eingehalten werden kann. Justierschrauben, Justierwinkel oder dergleichen, die zwischen der Installationseinheit und der bauseitigen Wand in Abstand von dem Montagebügel angreifen, ermöglichen eine Einstellung der lotrechten Lage der Installationseinheit.
  • Vorteilhaft sind bei der Installationseinheit seitliche Versteifungs- bzw. Befestigungsflansche in Verlängerung der Vorder- und der Rückwand der Installationseinheit vorgesehen. Diese Versteifungs- bzw. Befestigungsflansche sind im wesentlichen deckungsgleich und weisen in etwa Rechteckform auf. Damit sind zwischen den Versteifungs- bzw. Befestigungsflanschen breite und tiefe Vermörtelungsnuten gebildet, die ein stabiles Einmauern der Installationseinheit an der Baustelle erlauben.
  • Die seitlichen Zwischenräume zwischen den Versteifungs- bzw. Befestigungsflanschen von Vorder- und Rückwand der Installationseinheit eignen sich zum Einbringen von Blechprofilen, die nach außen oder nach innen offene U-Profile oder Rechteck-Hohlprofile sein können. Diese Blechprofile dienen der Verankerung von Blechschrauben, zum Beispiel bei Montage der Installationseinheit zwischen Leichtbauwänden. Ebenso erleichtern diese Blechprofile den Anbau von Verkleidungswänden oder von Brandschutzverkleidungen ebenfalls mit Hilfe von Blechschrauben.
  • Indem die Blechprofile nach unten zu vorteilhaft höheneinstellbaren Fußstützen verlängert sind, ist auch in einfacher Weise eine freie Aufstellung der Installationseinheit möglich.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend an Hand beigefügter Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen
    • Fig. 1 in persepktivischer Darstellung und in Seitenansicht eine WC-Installationseinheit mit einer ersten Aufhängungsvariante, und
    • Fig. 2 in perspektivischer Darstellung die WC-Installationseinheit mit einer zweiten Aufstellungsvariante.
  • Die WC-Installationseinheit besteht aus einem einstückigen Gieß- oder Formteil 1, auf das im dargestellten Fall eine Haube 16 mit vorderer Revisionsöffnung 17 aufgeklippt ist. Die im wesentlichen flache Vorderwand und Rückwand des Gieß- oder Formteils 1 sind zu seitlichen Versteifungs- bzw. Befestigungsflanschen 4 und 5 verlängert, die im wesentlichen deckungsgleich sind und in etwa Rechteckform aufweisen.
  • In der Vorderwand des Gieß- oder Formteils 1 mündet, wie üblich, das Spülrohr 9 und sind Befestigungsanschlüsse 12 zum Anhängen eines Wand-WC vorgesehen. Eine mittige Ausrundung 14 in der Unterseite des Gieß- oder Formteils 1 dient der schwenkbaren Lagerung des (nicht gezeigten) Ablaufanschlussbogens. Seitliche Einkerbungen 20 in den Versteifungs- bzw. Befestigungsflanschen 4 und 5 erleichtern das Handhaben der Installationseinheit.
  • In das Gieß- oder Formteil 1 sind von der Rückwand zur Vorderwand verlaufende Schlitze 22, 23 eingeformt. Mit diesen Schlitzen 22, 23 ist die Installationseinheit auf die vorstehenden Arme 24, 25 eines an eine bauseitige Wand zu befestigenden Montagebügels 26 aufschiebbar. Bei entsprechender Festigkeit des Bausteinwerkstoffs können die Schlitze 22, 23 unmittelbar eingeformt sein. Die Schlitze 22, 23 können aber sich in eingebetteten Metall- oder Kunststoffhülsen ausgebildet sein.
  • Seitlich in die Installationseinheit einschraubbare Feststellschrauben 27 sichern die Lage der Installationseinheit auf den Armen 24, 25 des Montagebügels 26. Justierschrauben 28 oder Justierwinkel 29, die in dem rückwärtigen Versteifungs- bzw. Befestigungsflansch bzw. an Streben 30 zwischen rückwärtigem und vorderem Versteifungs- bzw. Befestigungsflansch anschraubbar sind, dienen zur Einstellung der lotrechten Lage der Installationseinheit.
  • Die Fig. 2 zeigt drei Varianten von Blechprofilen 31, 32, 33, die beidseitig der Installationseinheit in die Zwischenräume zwischen vorderem und hinterm Befestigungsflansch 4, 5 einsetzbar sind. Die Blechprofile 31 und 33 sind nach innen bzw. nach außen offene U-Profile, während das Blechprofil 32 ein Rechteck-Hohlprofil ist. Diese Blechprofile dienen der Verankerung von Blechschrauben zum Beispiel bei Einbau der Installationseinheit 1 zwischen Leichtbauwände oder zum Anbau von (nicht gezeigten) Verkleidungswänden, Brandschutzverkleidungen usw.
  • Zur freien Aufstellung der Installationseinheit 1 können die Blechprofile 31-33 nach unten durch Fußstützen 34 verlängert sein. Diese Fußstützen können wie im Falle des DE-Patents 33 27 883 aus einem quergestellten U-Ständer bestehen, an dessen untere Enden auswärts oder einwärts gerichtete Winkel höheneinstellbar angeschraubt sind.

Claims (6)

1. Installationseinheit für Sanitärapparate, insbesondere WC-Installationseinheit, mit einem Gieß-oder Formteil (1) mit darin integrierten Ver-und/oder Entsorgungsleitungen, Steuerarmaturen, Spülkastenschale usw., welches Gieß- oder Formteil im wesentlichen flache Vorder- und Rückwände besitzt und Befestigungsanschlüsse zum Anbringen des Sanitärapparats aufweist, und mit einem an eine bauseitige Wand zu befestigenden Montagebügel mit vorstehenden Armen, auf denen die Installationseinheit mehr oder minder tief aufschiebbar und in gewünschter Lage durch Feststellschrauben feststellbar ist, gekennzeichnet durch in das Gieß-oder Formteil (1) eingeformte und von der Rückwand zur Vorderwand verlaufende Schlitze (22, 23), welche die vorstehenden Arme (24, 25) des Montagebügels (26) allseitig umfassen, wenn die Installationseinheit mit ihren eingeformten Schlitzen (22, 23) auf die Arme (24, 25) des Montagebügels (26) aufgeschoben ist, wobei die Feststellschrauben (27) seitlich durch die Installationseinheit in die Arme des Montagebügels einschraubbar sind.
2. Installationseinheit nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine Justierschraube (28), einen Justierwinkel (29) oder dergleichen zum Angriff zwischen der Installationseinheit und der bauseitigen Wand in vertikalem Abstand von dem Montagebügel (26) zur Einstellung der lotrechten Lage der Installationseinheit.
3. Installationseinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorder- und die Rückwand zu seitlichen Flanschen (4, 5) vergrößert sind.
4. lnstallationseinheit nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Blechprofile (31-33) zur Verankerung von Blechschrauben zwischen den Flanschen (4, 5) von Vorder- und Rückwand angeordnet sind.
5. Installationseinheit nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blechprofile (31-33) nach außen oder nach innen offene U-Profile oder Rechteck-Hohlprofile sind.
6. Installationseinheit nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blechprofile (31-33) nach unten zu Fußstützen (34) verlängert sind.
