Abstract

Spätestens vor dem Ansprechen der Füllstandsmessvor­ richtung wird der Öffnungsgrad des Ausflusses (5) in Nähe des normalen Gieß-Öffnungsgrades gebracht und nach Erhalt eines eindeutigen Signales von der Füllstandsmessvorrich­ tung, oder beim Erreichen einer ersten vorbestimmten Füll­ standshöhe, wird die Abzugsmaschine eingeschaltet und die Abzugsgeschwindigkeit zur Bestimmung des Öffnungsgrades des Ausflusses hinzugezogen. Hierzu wird die Geschwindig­ keit der Rollen mittels eines Tachometers (18) gemessen, das abgegebene Signal normiert, dann mit dem den normalen Gieß-Öffnungsgrad bestimmenden Signal multipliziert und mit dem so erhaltenen Signal wird der Öffnungsgrad des Ausflus­ ses gesteuert. Nach der Anlaufphase der Abzugsmaschine oder nach Erreichen einer zweiten vorbestimmten Füllstands­ höhe, welche über obiger ersten Füllstandshöhe liegt, wird auf alleinige I-Regelung des Öffnungsgrades des Ausflusses und nach Erreichen einer dritten vorbestimmten Füllstands­ höhe, welche etwa mit der normalen Soll-Füllstandshöhe über­ einstimmt, wird auf eine I-P-Regelung übergegangen.
