Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to supervise the state of each measurement position and the state of all measurement positions by simultaneously displaying information on either vibration amplitude or amplitude variation rate, which surpasses its preset normal value, at the constant position of a display unit as to all measurement positions.
CONSTITUTION: Axis vibrations of bearing 5 of turbine rotors 1, 2 and 3 and generator rotor 4 are detected by vibration pickups 6-1 to 6-8 and digitized by A/D converter 9 by way of vibration signal amplifier 7 and multiplex data input unit 8 before being inputted to operation comparator 10. By vibration signals and rotational-frequency signals at pick-up point of them, operational comparator 10 calculates the vibration amplitude and variation rate as to data of all measurement points. Calculation results are compared with a normal value stored previously in memory unit 11 and then displayed on display unit 13 via controller 12 corresponding to patterns of table 1. In this way, vibration states of each measurement position and all measurement positions can simultaneously be supervised.
